He got my information, informed me about inventory and said he would follow up. I told him I'd be traveling the next day, but he told me to still call if I hadn't heard from him. I called on my layover that Sunday morning and Manny answered and said he was getting an updated from the warehouse that had my glass and would text me with the timeframe for the repair that following Monday. The tech made it to my place that following Monday morning during the one hour timeframe that Manny provided, replaced the glass, cleaned the broken glass and was done in about 40-50 minutes. I've never had to get this done before so I can't compare, but I was super impressed by the affordability, speed, availability, and Manny's general helpful attitude! This is the level of customer service I expect and I hope I don't have to use them again, but would in a heartbeat.

Technician Donnel Jones took one look at my windshield and calmly stated 'oh sure, we can fix that'. In fact, Safelite made the appointment on the spot and within 1 hour; I was back on the road with a repaired windshield. Thank you USAA and Mr. Donnel Jones and the staff at this location for making this a very pleasant experience. If you give a customer a quote, you should stand behind it instead of changing the price and expecting the customer to just accept it. And then there's the manager, Grayson. He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
