When I've had questions, they've answered fast and honestly. I did have one window issue, but they're still batting in the high .900s. They swapped the tint under warranty, no drama, no eye roll, just "swing by and we'll fix it." I recommend them to anyone who asks where to get tint done. Wrapping? Looks awesome from what I've seen in the shop, but I haven't gone that route (none of my cars have been wrapped... yet). My only "complaint," which is really a compliment in disguise: their time estimates tend to drift by about 30 to 45 minutes. That's because they refuse to rush your car off the line.
