Chose Rosini as our date night. It was a little chilly so we sat inside. However, the next time we go we will try going for brunch and sitting outside. Everyone was friendly and explained how service works there (later we saw the sign on the wall with the same guidance). Anyway, you check in for your table, and then you order at the counter-wine and/or food. We ordered the garlic knots, a side cous cous salad (but I don't think that's what we got- didn't matter because it was still good), the chicken cheesesteak, pepperoni flatbread and seasoned fries, along with a tasting. We asked for the food to be spaced out a little so we didn't have everything all at once at our very small table. The food was really good. The salad and garlic knots were super filling so we only nibbled on the other items and ended up boxing them up. I will say the flavors of the chicken cheesesteak were delicious, and I was disappointed to find it will be removed from the menu. The tasting consists of 5 wine choices and costs $18 per person. It's a 1.25 ounce pour and gives a good sampling of the wine. I really enjoyed 3 out of the 5 and same for the man. He had more whites, while I had all reds (and of course we shared. We didn't buy any bottles but might next time. Anyway we say several dates, a couple groups of ladies having a night out, families and one birthday party. As I stated earlier, we will go back and I definitely recommend. We spent about $113 pre tip.
10/10 recommend. Personable staff, delicious food, well kept grounds, scenic views and the perfect photo opts. This is the perfect little gem in Rockwall. It's convenient for those that live in the area. And fellas if you need a date night location this one is Perfect. We stopped by on a whelm on Sunday to enjoy their brunch and I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing. It wasn't very crowded and the staff was more than attentive and accommodating. Ample comfy seating where you can enjoy all of the beautiful views. We plan to stop by on Friday nights to add this into our weekly date night rotations.

This place is 100% yes!!!! Family owned winery with the best food you can imagine!! Quaint environment, amazing food, great service and wine tasting too!!!! Yes!!! My husband said it was the best Ruben he's ever had!!! My flatbread was a perfect mix of sweet and salty!!
We had a wonderful wine tasting at Rosini Vineyards. We enjoy dry wine. The building is lovely with lots of space inside and lots of special details inside. Outside there is an open patio area in back that is dog-friendly facing a pond. We can't wait to come back again and sit outside with our dog! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient during our tasting. They offer food also but we didn't order anything to eat. We especially enjoyed their Tempranillo and the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon (our favorite from what we sampled). We didn't have a reservation for our tasting but they do accept reservations.
Fantastic vineyard in local Rockwall area. The front is deceiving but the inside is lovely with high ceilings, and a working fireplace that makes the whole place smell like a nice wood burn smell. They have a little nice back area to hang out and the staff was so knowledgeable and nice! They even made great dinner suggestions. I particularly liked the Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and port. We also tried a delicious lemon blueberry cookie because we couldn't order food since we were there close to closing. They have a nice menu to choose from. Don't expect acres of grapes, they drive them in from another location they grow them. Great date place.
You can start your visit with a wine tasting and move into a glass of your favorite from the five wines you pick from. They also give you a health pour in the tasting. I had the French toast and it was gre.at
We had a lovely lunch overlooking the lake. The property is beautiful, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The staff was also very friendly, our food came out pretty quickly and was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that they don't provide the full wine tasting at once, they also don't have waiters, which meant we had to go back inside 6-7 times for each glass. Overall it was a great experience.
First time visiting Texas and this place happens to be located next to the Sonoma Verde community. They have 2 sections of their indoor dining and next to the counter is a French door that leads to their outdoor patio. It was too hot to hang out outdoors so we opted to enjoy our $12 tasting indoors. You can choose 5 items from their white and red selections. Too bad their Cabernet reservoir has been sold out by the time we got there. I tried their blanc du bois(dry, Texas wine) which was very refreshing, perfect for the hot weather. Since I really wanted to try their reds, I tried their Cabernet Sauvignon, Aglianico, Mourvèdre and Cab Franc (Cali) . For me, the Cab Franc took home the trophy! Service was great! By the way, you can add $2 per tasting if you'd like to try their additional wine on their tasting menu....$4 to keep the glass:)
Wonderful and expansive selection of wines. Also, the food menu was great. Great to see a winery with food options. My favorite was the watermelon wine-a-rita. The tasting card is a good deal for your first visit. Also, the outdoor area was very relaxing and comfortable. I enjoyed the astro turf outdoor lawn area and the sound of the pond's water fountain. My parrot loved walking around on it and meeting new people.

The venue itself is modern and has very romantic eye catching decor. Live music was a bonus for Friday evening. Outside there is also additional seating available, and a fountain right within view making for excellent ambiance. We look forward to returning again.
Our first winery to visit since moving to Texas and was very pleased. I am a red dry wine type of girl and the selections were very good. The servers and chefs were super nice and welcoming. We ordered the garlic knots to start and they were very tasty. We then had the Caesar salad, Alfredo flatbread and the special of the day.. carne burrito. All were excellent. That burrito though... wow!!! It came with home made chips, salad and salsa. 10 out of 10!! Can't wait to come back and try more wine and food.
The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff maintained friendly smiles and a polite attitude even when the place was busy. The location is convenient, and the property is clean both inside and out. I also appreciated having both indoor and outdoor seating options. This is a great spot for a date night, girls' night out, or even a bachelorette celebration. The ambiance makes it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. That said, if you're looking for a traditional wine-tasting experience, this may not be the best fit. There is quite a bit of self-service, which takes away from the personalized tasting experience. The wine flight options were also somewhat limited for my taste. Next time, I would likely skip the flight and order a glass of wine instead. Overall, it's a fun place to socialize and enjoy a drink in a lively setting. read more
I had an amazing time at this winery! The venue itself was beautiful. There's a lovely outdoor space where you can stroll through the vineyard or relax by the water fountain. Inside, my accounting group had a reservation for about 20 people, and we all tried the signature flatbreads along with a wine tasting. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Alicia and Hope were incredible hosts, so attentive and helpful throughout the whole experience. I can't wait to come back with another group! read more

Awesome winery tucked away outside if Rowlett. Who knew there was such a cute escape right outside if Dallas? I'm not a big wine snob but they carry a pretty good variety of wines. There are no actual vineyards at this location (well, there are a few rows out front for pictures) ,but the facility features a small restaurant, beautiful patio, and private dining/tasting. Highly recommend the spinach dip and veggie sandwich. And their flatbreads looked amazing. Definitely suggest for brunch with the girls or a cute date night. read more

My bestie and I wanted to get out of town but not drive too far. Her daughter sent her this place on her phone saying that she and her girlfriends are going to check it out the next weekend. So we drove to Rockwall and almost passed the driveway, it's not very noticeable from the road. I was surprised to see the small parking lot and only a small building for the restaurant/tasting room, but was happy to see the beautiful grounds on the way to the door. The driveway and building are in fresh good condition, very clean. There is a small vineyard facing the street and that's probably why you can't view the drive from the street, lol. When we entered, we found the place fairly empty for lunchtime on a Sunday. You must place your orders both for the wine tasting as well as food orders at the bar, which I found a bit odd but they seemed short-staffed - but weren't. When the place filled up, the servers came out of nowhere and food delivered with a smile. They reserve a table for when you make your reservation - literally. You'll find a placard on a table with your name on it! There are only about 10 tables in the main room. There's a back room with a few long tables to accommodate large parties. I asked the woman behind the bar if I could change tables because the table they selected was in the path of the servers coming out from behind the bar and the kitchen. She had no problem with that. We sat in a nice spot and eventually two ladies came in with the little pooch in my photo. It was a cute dog, very quiet, but I hadn't realized this small eatery was dog-friendly. I know a larger dog wouldn't have been easy on anyone, as there isn't a lot of walk-space between most tables. I enjoyed chatting with the ladies who had the pup and felt this place was a neighborhood hangout, based on the people coming in during our time there. We both ordered the sausage and biscuits, yum! They came with 2 pieces of bacon, we wished we had known so we could ask for extra, as did the man across from us. It was very good! Not the best gravy I've had but not the worst. We began on our wine tasting while we waited for our food, which was delivered quickly! Since our tasting involved many glasses (we added to the list - hey we're here, might as well try a few), so after a bit, we looked at the menu again. Our charcuterie board was generous with the meats and cheeses. I loved the olives! After we finished and I bought a bottle of the Aglianico for $34, we moved outside to join others taking advantage of the nice day. I think I might make the drive again some day. read more

Had an excellent time today on a rainy fall day. The wines were interesting and tasty. Great apps menu. Our server Nathan could not have been friendlier. He was also efficient. The owner came by to check on everyone and stop to say hello. Working at a winery in Temecula California I can appreciate a great winery experience. read more
We went as a lark and fell in love. All the wine was drinkable and the snacks were delicious. Perhaps most striking was the delightful setting and grounds. I doubt anyone will come the Rockwall for the wine. However, if your here and enjoy the stuff then you'll enjoy a visit the Rosini. read more

New Years Eve Eve 2022. Six of us ate and drank here. Great atmosphere for the holidays and not looking like Hobby Lobby thew-up everywhere. Greg and his wife...the whole staff were extremely warm and inviting. We ordered the charcuterie board, which was pretty solid. The cheeseburger flatbread was really good. The cheese cake was too sweet and vanilla heavy for us. Of course, the wines are first rate. Saw some on a shelf with awards on them but didn't get the chance to ask Greg about that. Had an amazing ladies night here. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I had the Italian panini and it was delicious. Their winearitas are the best. The atmosphere here is very laid back. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Definitely a must try!! read more

What other way to spend a Sunday funday than with the girls! My friend lives close to this small gem in Rowlett ! The food was lovely and gave the unexpected vibes you may be looking for. The wine was great with a nice price point. We ordered our food inside then was able to sit anywhere outside near the cute pond. They only have brunch on SUNDAYS We tried: Smoked salmon flatbread avocado toast Breakfast hash Garlic knots Charcuterie board Peach Bubbly, was a sweet bubbly with natural peach flavoring (so refreshing) read more

Finally visited this place last Friday after passing by it so many times to Costco! Really nice place with a cute interior! Staff was super friendly and service was good! They had live music at our visit so hoping it's a recurring thing! Didn't get to try the food but it smelled amazing every time they passed by us with pizza and bread. read more

Sunday brunch, 11:30 am. Place was quiet - only a few other folks in there. One birthday bash was happening in the private indoor room. Their wine is very good. We had a bottle of the Aglianico. Wifey had the Southwest Egg Benedict and I had the Southern Breakfast. Don't let the name fool you. This is the hipster version but it was still awesome without the extra weight afterwards in your gut. Great winery with a wonderful ambiance inside and out. read more
