Rosie's is my jam! Service with a smile. My favorite is the Rosito Burrito and the Hawaiian Burger. Oh and the Philly Cheesesteak. Here's an Updated menu for yelp!

We shared our breakfast so we could try more stuff!!

This place is so awesome! Service is incredible, not easy to come by now a days! Our food was great! Chicken and waffles, cinnamon roll and eggs! Our son comes a lot because he says the milkshakes are amazing and they have a monthly special shake too!! Don't miss it!

We had an amazing experience at Rosie's Diner this morning! The food was phenomenal, service was super fast, and our waitress, Kristina was so incredibly friendly and sweet. She helped us start our day on the right track! We would highly recommend this place!

Biscuits & Gravy

Service was quick and easy. Food was OK. Wish the gravy was made with a milk base instead of water and it might've been thicker and better tasting. Everything was bland.

It's a diner which brings nostalgic memories. Quite a crowd during the weekend lunch time. A lot of to go orders being filled as well. We sat at the counter as there was a long wait for a table. And we could watch the 'action' as well of the kitchen line cooks and servers fulfilling the orders. The portions are large we could see. There was a Southwest chicken salad served in a fried flour tortilla shell which looked intriguing. I would have ordered this but I decided to try the fish and chips instead. He chose the turkey pesto croissant sandwich without the alfalfa sprouts. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake because why not? I'm at a diner and milkshakes scream diner to me. You can make it a malt for an extra charge. I still don't know what the difference between a shake and malt is taste wise. The fish and chips had three large pieces of slender fish and some fries. His sandwich came with a huge pile of fries and he commented that they gave him some of mine. The fish and chips were average. Nothing which would make me come back but it was a filling lunch. I didn't eat all of it. Took the rest to go with his fries. He said his sandwich was fine. Nothing special. The servers were friendly. Yinneth was our server and she checked on us. The servers take turns bringing the food to help each other out and all were nice. The chocolate milkshake came with whipped cream and sprinkles and is the stuff of movies. So cute and yummy. I did enjoy it a lot and took some to go instead of wasting it. The women's restroom was clean and large. A little deceiving when you head to it. The private parking lot is small and we parked in the adjoining shared parking lot. A solid place for lunch on our road trip.

We've visited this spot twice now, and we've loved it both times. It's never overcrowded, our food always comes out quickly, and the portions are generous with great prices to match. The classic diner vibe and fun décor make it even better!

We stopped here to fuel up on our way to the Manitou Incline and it was perfect. The scrambled eggs were perfectly done and I liked that the hashbrowns could be substituted for cottage cheese or fruit. The banana walnut pancakes were good too. The classic diner atmosphere was very cute and made us want to come back. Service was also very friendly and quick.

Great prices and a 1950's feel. I got a breakfast burrito that had pork green chile sauce, egg, sausage, cheese...it was all very good and enough to fill me up. The shamrock shake was also a big hit. I came with a group and everyone enjoyed their meals. The Staff was great, and the bathroom was clean.

Not a bad view from the lot

This place is like the holy grail of Monument. Amidst the small mountain town at the foot of the Rockies sits Rosie's. A true cliche in the form of diners. If this was on Triple D it would be the truest diner you've ever seen. Complete with little juke boxes on the tables. Daily specials are consistent. The waitresses and front of house seem to know most everyone on a first name basis. They spin their own shakes. Cmon this place is legit! You can see the kitchen staff busily working to prepare everyone's offerings to completion with the stereotypical 'DING'. My own plight is, as a diner, it is pretty pricey. You aren't getting out of there without a lighter purse/wallet. At any rate, if you're passing through def stop!! Bon appetite!

The aesthetic extends to the interior, complete with old school coin-operated jukeboxes. I'm a huge fan of breakfast food and diners, so my expectations were already high; Rosie's delivered. This is the spot for delicious omelettes and milkshakes wrapped in yesteryear nostalgia. If I lived in the Denver metro, I would make this a regular weekend spot. I'm certain many in Colorado are well aware, but I extend the recommendation to my fellow out-of-towners. Have a cup of cofffee, omelette, and maybe a milkshake; you might leave stuffed full, but not upset. I enjoyed a Greek Omelette and a cup of coffee while my wife ordered biscuits and gravy. Prompt service and warm dishes, a great morning prep for the long drive ahead. Stop by if you're in the Denver area. I wouldn't mind another meal the next time we end up in Colorado.

Busy night for dinner on a Saturday. Looks to be very popular place with the older aged folks. Though families with young children were here too. We have always loved diners and will come back next time we are close by. 5 stars!

Outside you park along the slanted type of parking that you find downtown in some of these shops. nothing too crazy about $1.50 per hour. From the outside, it's a nice little area if you wanna get out of the house and walk around a little bit typical downtown type of layout the front of the restaurant has its own seating area so I imagine that if you had a small pup, you could probably bring it and chill out in the front there too. As you walk in, it reminds me of the old-school diners that had the counter right at the entrance and some of the old-school diners that you find in LA from my past very welcoming as I walked in, there's a rope area where they walk you to your seat and you can see the rest of the dining area. There are several tables there typically 2 to 4 seats and a couple of boots along the wall. It has a very diner-y feel, which is what you would expect in this joint, and definitely what I was looking forward to. The crowd was very diverse. It was not like some of the places up north where it felt like I might be a little bit out of place. Our host quickly seated us, and our server quickly, came to the table and took our order for drinks. After a couple of minutes, she returned, took our order made some recommendations and we ordered the quarter sized Merle, and I had the full-size breakfast burrito. Now you might be a little bit taken back because the prices are a little bit high, but you get what you pay for. What we got was great quality, food, and plentyful servings. How do we known, we could've shared a half size of a Merle, and realistically one full-size burrito. I'm not mad though, since I was able to bring half of my burrito home and enjoy it this morning. This place has a reputation of having the best breakfast burrito, and I tend to agree at this point their hashbrowns are thinly shredded like the kind that you find in some of those little hole in the wall places the eggs and the sausage were great the sausage being little chopped up perfect size around portions mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. The standout here is their green salsa. Everybody kept raving about it and how you should try it boy, they were not wrong. I had half-and-half gravy and salsa on top of my burrito and I wanna say I tore that salsa side up pretty quickly. They were very accommodating even when I asked for an extra serving, I was not charged for it. All in all, I will come back. I look forward to checking out the rest of their menu, and I will keep in mind that their portions can definitely be shared at full-size.

Service was friendly and prompt. Went with the French toast combo with scrambled eggs w/cheese, crispy bacon. Everything was tasty. The French toast is damn near magical. Not clue why they toast had this great crunch to it and the breading was smithy sweet and savory. Bacon came out crispy and the eggs had the right amount of cheese. My friend had the burrito and it was huge! They do ask if you want a full or a half which is considerate. Restroom had one stall and was basic. Overall exactly what I'd expect from a diner and would go back when in the Springs again.
