Ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla and the spinach crêpes. The quesadilla was OK. The crêpes were really weird. The, " crêpe." Was a thin, weirdly sweet pancake, not even close to a crêpe. The filling was OK, but the hollandaise was totally gross. It tasted like it either came out of a can or a packet of Knorr. There are so many wonderful breakfast places in the area, I won't be going back here. Service was great. Coffee was good. read more

Went out for a weekday breakfast with my Wife... She ordered a French toast and I ordered a Country Omelet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While waiting for our food we heard two separate crashes of employees dropping trays...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] About 10 min after the second loud crash, a server came by to tell us that the crash was my Wife's order and they are remaking it... Both my order and hers came out at the same time a couple min later, my omelet and country potatoes were COLD and was missing the biscuit (which never came)! I had the server take it away and I spoke to the manager about how if they are re-firing an order they either need to bring out the one that is ready or they need to re-fire BOTH so they both come out hot. He took the omelet off the bill... When the check came I was charged for my Wife's French toast AND another side of plain toast that we did not order. I had the server take off the fraudulent item and she stated that she was not sure why that was on our bill. If you decide you must eat at this establishment please check your bill for only the items that you ordered, if they did this to me they will probably do it to others. The service was good. Helped it was early with few people. Food was mediocre. Little to no flavor on either meals served. My omelette was sausage and cheese. The cheese was on one side and the sausage on the other. Attention detail was seriously missing.. like the flavor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kitchen is an open style. Good to see what is happening, not so good to see only 1 of 4 cooking with a hat, or hair net on[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We have been coming here monthly for three years. I haven't had bad service once. What a love is the fact that they do not have a high turnover of servers. I have worked in the restaurant industry and seeing the same group of servers for three years says a lot about how management runs this place. They seem to all work well together. We have never had a wrong order, our server always keeps our coffee hot and it is still affordable when so many places are not. This is our fav breakfast place in Falcon/Peyton. read more

Our visit to Omelets ETC was slightly disappointing. When we arrived we were greeted and sat at a booth that needed to be wiped down before we could sit down, so we stood for a few seconds and watched the host busily wipe down the table, pushing the syrup back towards the back of the table, which smeared a trail of syrup on the table and wasn't wiped off. I ordered the western crepes with biscuits and gravy instead of potatoes and a side of bacon. My wife ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of pancakes. The western crepes were delicious, my favorite part! The biscuits and gravy were bland and didn't have any sausage in the gravy or added to the side like my wife's had on her B&G entree. They griddle their biscuits which makes them taste of grease from the griddle. This ruined an otherwise decent biscuit. The bacon was chewy and tasted of the same griddle grease as the biscuits. I will say that our server, Taylor, was AWESOME and single handedly the reason why this review is 3 stars and not 2 stars. Thanks Taylor! When we left I immediately noticed that our clothes smelled like the greasy kitchen after not being there very long, typically caused by a lack of adequate hood ventilation over the kitchen grill. Overall the food was underwhelming and certainly pales in comparison with other choices for breakfast or brunch in the Springs. Service was really good and fast here, the servers were very nice and welcoming. For a family of four, we payed $86 including a $12 tip. Food here was good, their sausage and bacon were amazing, but the hash browns could've used more seasoning, and the eggs benedict was phenomenal. I don't recommend getting any drink other than water because we payed $20 for apple juice (one refill) $6 for a soda, and we got charged extra for getting a coffee to-go. We were visiting some friends about an hour south of Denver and decided to come to this establishment for breakfast as a group. Our server was a gentleman in a Broncos jersey and had Batman stickers on his note pad. He gave us excellent service and was very attentive during a busy time of the morning. The food from everyone at the table was absolutely amazing. All of the prices were fair. What a wonderful location to have, if you live in the area. If you're looking for a decent, cheap breakfast, this is the place to go. I've been over a dozen times and they have always been consistent. My only complaint is that that I can't stand sitting at the bar. The seats are too high which ends up making the bar come to my waist, placing the eating surface way too low. It makes me feel like a jerk to take a table when I usually eat here alone but I just hate eating at the bar that much. Other than that, this is a solid place for breakfast. read more

They had decorated for fall, and it was a nice touch for a place that is just a little neighborhood gem. We'll be back to try lunch sometime, too. I was here early on Easter morning, so I beat most of the crowds and it wasn't to loud. It was still very full at 8am on Sunday, but I don't know if that is usual. The food was as expected for a breakfast & lunch diner. I was, however, sticker shocked when I got charged extra for turkey bacon as my meat choice on one combo plate instead of getting pork bacon or sausage and then as a sausage substitute on another plate. The turkey bacon was not ordered as an extra side, and there was no notice on the menu that turkey bacon had an upcharge as the meat choice or substitute for another meat. It's also an unusual business practice these days since so many people choose turkey for better health. My server was apologetic and said she didn't know until she rang it up. I was thinking about bringing family for breakfast this summer, but I think we'll go to another place that's not trying to squeeze out extra nickel and dimes for food items that should be standard choices. read more

We go to Omelets nearly weekly and I have to say they are consistently fantastic! The services is always amazing and all the servers are so sweet and friendly. It really feels like a small town diner with all the locals that come in. I can't say enough great things about this place! FOOD POISONING!!!! BEWARE!!! The last two times I have eaten here have been disappointing. The young waitress was snarky and short with us, which has never happened in the two years we have frequented this place. My friend asked for his toast to be a little more toasted when he placed his order, and when it arrived, it was burnt. He mentioned that the toast was burnt, and she told him to scrap off the burnt part and eat it. He said that he didn't want to eat burnt toast. She took the toast and brought it back a couple of minutes later. She had scraped it off herself and gave it back to him. He said this was the same toast that he didn't want the first time. She said yeah, and there was nothing wrong with it. He said well, for starters, there are now only three pieces instead of four, and before he could finish his sentence, she grabbed the plate and said I will just redo the toast and stormed away. She returned with another plate of toast, which was done correctly this time. I had asked for some extra butter because my toast didn't have hardly any butter on it. She brought the butter, placed it on the table, and rushed away without asking if everything else was okay. A short time later, the same waitress was walking by with two plates of food for another table, and in her best efforts to move fast, she lost one of the eggs benedicts as it slid off the plate and onto the floor. It splattered all over my legs and made a mess on the floor. She ran to the back to tell the cooks and left the mess. My friend gave me his napkin to clean my legs and shoes off. She returned with a broom and dustpan to sweep the mess up and left the remainder of the mess on the floor for about five to ten minutes until someone else came to clean it up for her. If anyone had walked by, they would have slipped on the floor. It was that bad! Yesterday my wife and I went in, and guess who our waitress was? Yup, the same young lady with the snarky attitude. When I ordered my food, I requested that she ask the cooks to please ensure that my toast was buttered entirely instead of just a tiny part of it like it usually is. She said that she would bring me some butter to butter it myself. I told her I liked the butter the cooks use and asked if they could butter the toast. She walked away and said I will see what I can do. Once again, I could sense the attitude. There was a young man that looked like he was in training, and he watched this unfold. She never returned to our table and left the new waiter to care for us. It is apparent that she is young and inexperienced. She lacks customer service skills, and at sixteen or so years old, she hasn't been taught how to work with a customer. It is disheartening that this place is beginning to go downhill. When we were given poor customer service at Nana's kitchen, we stopped going there. After we got home, my wife didn't feel well and didn't eat anything for the rest of the day. Then she came down with what appeared to be symptoms of food poisoning later in the afternoon. Yeah, I am pretty upset now that my wife is in so much discomfort. I am pretty sure at this point my wife won't want to go back there now, and this sealed the deal with me ever wanting to come back. They need to correct a few issues and least for me. When i ask for cheese on my eggs or hash browns please serve it melted. When I order an Omelet please cook ingredients with the eggs and inside omelet instead of on top including the cheese which should be melted and coffee could be stronger.
