Very poor service. The manager or whoever was working was doing everything that all her staff should have been helping with but was apologetic. Nobody would acknowledge customers coming in. There was a group of people in front of me and nobody would acknowledge them. A staff walked up to start an order and then just walked away. The people in front of me left. If I could give this store negative stars I would. Every time that I go there, there's always immature staff that seem to not know what they are doing, employees messing around whether they are taking your order, greeting you, giving you your order etc. For instance yesterday when I was there getting food I had two separate people on the speaker taking a single order, which was very upsetting because they thought it was funny to loop me around when I just wanted one meal, that they seemed to not understand since two people were swapping back in forth on the same order. This is the first time I've eating and a Wendy's in approximately six years. I must pleasantly surprised. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal, and my meal was delicious. I ordered the meal via drive-thru, everything I ordered was correct except I didn't receive any napkins (I didn't realize until I drove drove away). This made me a little inconvenient, since I was eating in my car. The next time I am having a fast food craving, I'll definitely consider trying this Wendy's location again. read more
