Went in last week. Recently remodeled but absolutely filthy. Trash over flowing, fingerprints all over the metal utensil dispenser. The new multichoice soda machine covered in soda splatter. 2 managers behind the counter on their phones, while the dining room sat dirty. Tables covered in crumbs and the floors had garbage littered. Seriously, worst Wendy's I've ever been in. Customer service was nice and food average. read more

No one in the drive thru.....whooeee - scored right? Ordered two cheeseburgers with extra ketchup and extra pickles......sounds easy right? Wrong. All they did was take two hamburgers and slap some extra pickles and a slice a cheese on. Know how I know that? The cheese wasn't melted. I had to heat them up in the microwave to make believe they were 'fresh'. Talked to the manager, who was pleasant and nice and who was willing to compensate me, but I told him no and here's why, there are THREE other places within a mile of Wendy's, I'll go to one of them next time. This one star review isn't the only one for this location. So why can't you change Wendy's of Falcon? Poor ratings is why your dining room and drive thru are empty except when the other three places are slamming you get their overflow. read more

Why is it so difficult for some people to provide good service? I understand, it is Memorial Monday but that should not be an excuse. There has been plenty of holidays I have had to work, still I provide great service because I understand that my members, are the reason I have a paying job. My family and I are on our 8th or 9th PCS, it hard to keep up with have many time the army moves you in the spans of 19 years. We have no furniture at our home and we have spent all day cleaning and fixing stuff around our home in preparation to leave in 5 days. So when I come to place to get some food for my family the last thing I want is attitude and impatience from a girl named Bry or "Breezy." We were super tired and trying to figure out what we wanted and this girl has the pure face of annoyance, keeps looking out the window for I don't know what, and then she shifts and sights. I'm sorry, are we interrupting your standing around and doing nothing time. The restaurant was empty and no one was in line until our ordered was placed then another family walked in. People need to understand that you should not expect to get paid to do nothing. Thank heavens we won't have to set foot in this location again. I can't tolerate bad service. read more

Good food served quick. Never been inside, but drive through is efficient. Typical Wendy's working at it's best. Only complaint: at drive through with 5 people in the car, we received almost no napkins. Asked Manager (who was manning drive through) for extra napkins, she hands me 3. I explain nicely that we have 5 people (including children) who need napkins for messy meals including frosty ice cream....and she reluctantly hands me 3 more. In the end, after 2 requests to remedy the lack of napkins given, we ended up with a total of 8. This was an isolated experience though. I eat at this location a couple times per month. The food is always quick and tasty. The service is a bit stale but I've never been treated badly. My issue with this location is their filthy dining room. Went today at 11 am and there were crumbs and debris all over the floor. The tables all look like they haven't been wiped down fully in about a year. The banquette seating looked disgusting so I was glad I didn't have to sit there. The chairs all needed a wipe down. There was a tall blond manager type person who came out in to the dining room and didn't seem to notice any of it. I'll probably start eating at Carl's Jr. from now on. read more

Service was great and the manager is a really nice guy. Lost my wallet and the crew made sure I got it back!

I had to give one star. Waited 30 minutes while half my order set on counter getting cold. Asked for district managers number was told no! 30 minutes and my order was wrong and cold. No apologies just excuses. Was told there was no rule actually for handling food and money...it's all good. read more

I don't know what happened but today was a terrible day for presentation...the patty was more than half off the bun, a chunk of lettuce(the pale, not fun part) couldn't even fit on my single. The worst part?? All THREE of my sandwiches we're all made the same way. Also when I got home I was missing a fry....I was with the cashier as she checked my order, so I thought it was all there. Very slow service. Our chicken sandwiches were way over cooked and dry and had to be thrown away. Burger was decent.

I've given this Wendy's more opportunities than I should have. The service is amazingly slow every time, and I have been served stale hamburger buns more than once. Tonight, it was going to be 25 minutes for a baked potato. The concept of "fast food" is obviously lost on this location. I have made my last visit to this Wendy's, and would give it zero stars if I could. read more

Went through the drive thru at 830pm on 10-27-17, the kid who was working drive thru was incredibly rude (young guy about 19, dark hair, blank stare) charged us too much and then either couldnt figure out the correct change or is just a thief (my guess is the latter) and closed the window and walked away. So, we took our food and drove home, minus our 3 dollars in change. I called the store when we got home and asked who the manager was, some obnoxious hispanic sounding woman tells me she is a manager and is covering for someone on break. I asked her who the guy running the drive thru was, she refused to tell me. I asked her name she again refused to tell me. I guess this is why they work in fast food. I will complain to corporate to get my money back, and hopefully those two idiots will move on to less difficult and more appropriate jobs, like toilet cleaners or the people who clean up puke at amusement parks. read more

We pulled up to the drive thru and the person taking our order immediately told is to wait, when he came back we tried to order, but he kept cutting Me off. He was talking so fast, I couldn't understand him and he never did let me finish ordering. We would have ordered more if he would have let us. I can understand, of they had been busy, but there was NO ONE in the dining room, or in line, and only one car behind us. Just horrible. read more

This place is absolutely terrible! Went inside to eat in the dining room, had a seemingly simple order and only had one order ahead of me even so I waited 10 minutes for the cashier to even look at me. Finally I got to make my order. The female employee taking my order was severely distracted for a reason I still don't know. As a matter of fact everything I said to her she looked blank back at me making me wonder if she didn't understand my simple order. She was even slow with her responses, if I even got a response at all. I went to set down and wait for my food. In the mean time I watch customers come in and then leave more than once when they realized they were being ignored and saw how bad the service was. After 20-25 minutes I finally got my food. I opened it thinking it will be great since it took them so long to prepare it, WRONG! The burger was cold and poorly made, the nuggets were stale and over cooked. The only thing decent were the French fries becaus by chance I got them right after they got out of the fryer. As I'm trying to eat what I can of my food I notice that the two gentlemen that ordered ahead of me still hadn't gotten part of their food from their order which was now 45 minutes past the time they ordered. Also saw at least 2 other customers that came in after me get their food and also complained. The manager was mingling in and out of the kitchen and seriously didn't notice all of the big issues going on in the restaurant and with the poor customer service. The lobby wasn't as clean as it should have been and quite a few of the table wear and napkins and even one of the ketchup dispensers were empty. Right before I left with my adult daughter she told me that she saw the employee who was preparing the sandwiches actually wipe his nose with his hand while in the process of preparing food for customers! Now that is seriously unsanitary and outright disgusting! I'm not normally a complainer but this place is really bad and could use a visit from the health inspector. read more

First, the line both inside and outside were lengthy and obviously understaffed as could be told by the wait time and this was at 7pm. When my name was finally called, I went up to get my order. The chili was in one bag and the rest was in another. I asked if she had my side salad and she said it was in the bag. Yep. It sure was. Sandwiched between the hot potato that had came directly out of the oven (as I watched them pull it out) and the hot sandwiches. I just told her (the young lady at the cash register) that in future, always separate the hot and cold food. She gave me a look like I was nuts and walked away. I am a ServSafe instructor and proctor in addition to a facility kitchen inspector. I really could have had fun in there. You never know who your customers are, so it's best to follow food safety guidelines and man your facility appropriately so that you don't risk avoidable liabilities. Just sayin'..... read more

After completing a search for establishments that are open here in Peyton for late night dining, this Wendy's shows as being open all night; so I visited their driver through. After noticing the car ahead of me pulling up and waiting I knew it was not going to be a good visit. I ordered the basic #1 off thier menu; cheese burger with no onions or pickles. When I get to the window I was apprached by a worker that only had a black t-shirt on; unlike the other wokers with appropriate shirts/pants combo. The young man in the black t-shirt informed me that it would be about 5 minutes since their meat had gone bad on the grill. Since my money was taken, I had no choice. Seven minutes later I got a bag and an apology. I drove exactly 5 minutes to my house and to my frustration, the burger was not fresh, the lettuce was old/withered, there was onions and pickles (which I had requested none of), and on top of that...the onions were old also. I tried to call to talk to the manager but after 12 rings, there was no answer. Having worked at Wendy's earlier in my employment ventures, I have a good idea what should have been presented to me. However, even though I just moved here to Peyton, I will not visit this location again. read more
