Food good! Guy who worked the window was FILTHY! Guy was wearing a tan hoodie with oil stains and filth on it like he just got finished changing his oil out of his black pickup. Yeah.. It's absolutely terrible. I've had multiple issues here, the biggest one being that they spilled the gravy in the bag, and it got on my car mats. Then, when I called, the manager hung up on me multiple times. I even reached out to corporate and they opened a case, but they don't care. Holy moly. I wish I had taken photos. The condition of the restaurant was beyond FILTHY, that it is difficult to envision. 7pm on a Thursday evening. Looked like it was fully staffed. The tables were all covered in garbage. I watched an employee walking behind the counter, and she nearly face planted because of stepping into one of numerous liquid spills on the floor. I should have turned around and left. But stupidity and a craving for fried chicken and I powered through with my carry out order. The biscuit was so undercooked that it was gooey inside. The mashed potatoes were cold and with a microscopic amount of gravy. The chicken was ok, but by the time I moved onto the chicken, I was so nauseous from the visual of the filth, that forget about it. Yuck, the gummy biscuit etc. I took one bite and that was it. While waiting for my order, I watched the young man with long, jet black dyed hair, that was at the counter and took my order, spraying and wiping a huge stack of trays. He was attempting to get something cleaned up at least. The other employees seemed to be moving around in slow motion. I wish I had taken photos!!! The only employee that I saw with any hustle, was when the lady that nearly fell, moved quickly trying to restep and avoid falling. Money was successfully removed from my account then got an email saying my order couldn't be processed. Email said I needed to call customer service at 800-CALL-KFC. spent 26 minutes on the phone because they had to write a report. For years here in Falcon, KFC has been horrible. In January when GrubHub finally started delivering in our area, my hubby talked me into KFC. To my utter astonishment it was fabulous, like KFC of the past...moist, crispy, fresh, hot! Two weeks later we ordered again and it was back to horrible :( In March we tried again with disappointing results. The new manager recently encouraged our community thru Facebook to give the Falcon KFC another try since it is under new management. Well, tonight we did and it was truly awful. We have exchange students that love KFC in Thailand and Germany..but after this visit even they don't want to go back. The crew is quite probably the most lackadaisical I've ever seen; they argue with each other ("THE F*CKING CHICKEN IS FROZEN, STOP SELLING DARK!"), make excuses, and just.don't. care. This last visit, we were at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came out from behind the racks to take our order -- they saw us, they heard us, but we weren't important enough to care about. They were out of all dark meat (see the expletive above), and said it would be 30 minutes before they'd have some ready...but were more than willing to upcharge us for an all-white chicken box. The redeeming factor is the A&W Root Beer Floats...but the food is just....middle-school lunchroom bad. DO NOT EAT IN. From my experience yesterday 04/30/2023 around 4:30 pm, this location does not deserve a single star. But I was forced to mark one to be able to post a review. The young person at the register told us that the they did not have a cook available for another hour and were running out of chicken and chicken nuggets. We wanted a 16 piece and he told us that he could put together 16 pieces between fried and baked chicken and he could sell us the remaining 5 chicken nuggets he had left. We waited 25 minutes for our order but was not called to get it. When we approached the counter we were informed that the cook had just arrived and had just started frying chicken nuggets and would have wait longer. My guess is that 5 nuggets went somewhere else. We asked for our money back ($64) I guess he screwed that up also, because we have not received it. Further, there was another young man in the back with long hair not covered that kept flicking his hair with his hands and continued to handle food.
