Glad to see young people working early on a Saturday morning! The young lady in the drive-thru window was pleasant enough, answering my questions about what was in the Supersonic Breakfast Burrito. Great zippy mid-sized burrito with eggs, tots, sausage, white onions, and jalapeños! My side of tots were perfectly hot and crunchy like we all expect them to be! Went to Sonic in Falco today. Admittedly I have not been in awhile. We got 2 foot long coneys and an order of Onion Rings. I am not sure when Sonic quit breading their own, but these frozen onion rings were horrible. Not only were they soggy but the breading was bland. It appears no one from corporate reads these... somehow every time I come to this location the food is terrible and it's a gamble whether or not ice cream is available. I won't waste any more of my money here, this is not a real Sonic. My advice to others is to hit up Freddy's or Carls, don't waste your money here, they don't mind serving burnt food or forgetting your bacon on a bacon burger. What a shame. I don't know what happened, but this place got turned around from a 1-star Sonic into a 5-star Sonic. A few years ago it was really bad, orders were constantly taking forever and often ended up wrong. Now, they're always on top of it and everything comes out right every time I order. I should get a full refund. I ordered two large milkshakes and they were the worst I've ever had in my life they were not made with ice cream they were made with whip cream absolutely disgusting warm two milkshakes were $14. They were not cold they were not made with ice cream take my advice never order a milkshake from the sonic sonic used to be good all American food but everywhere you go now their food is garbage. I've eaten all over Colorado Springs and everywhere you go. It's a long wait time and disgusting food. Worst sonic experience I've ever had. The cheeseburger had only a hint of flavor, the cheese was soggy, I couldn't even finish it! I ordered onion rings with it, couldn't eat half of those. They were overcooked but had to have been sitting around long before I got there because they were cold and soggy. Every bite I took the ring literally fell into several pieces and the onion was just limp and sad. My medium tea was filled 100% with ice and about 6oz of actual tea - which is 99% water to start. So now I've wasted the price of a combo meal for trashing half of my lunch, having a stomach ache and thirsty. Not how I pictured my Saturday afternoon! read more

One star because of that employee Lacey. She was rude more than once and the managers....if they were that...both of them made excuses for her POOR behavior. She forgot items from or order...they were NOT there and she copped a major attitude...refusing to get the manager. She is the reason we will not be back until she is GONE. We live just down the street and bring, brought, our kids here as a treat. Been walking to Sonic for years.....but sadly we will be going elsewhere while that horrible employee is there. The food as always was hot and made to order, even the items that were missing that were finally brought to us and we're good. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times. This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to. They almost never give me sauces when I request them. Absolutely horrible location. The service is beyond the worst that I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I visited this establishment at an off-peak time when there were only a few cars in the drive through and in the parking lot. I ordered two drinks. That's all and I waited 15 minutes. How in the world does it take 15 minutes to pour two sodas into cups and walk it out to the parking spot right next to the door? horrible experience!!! we ordered at maybe 9:30 (open until 11 on there sign) the second it turned 10 they shut every single light off outside (we were eating at the benches) it was pitch black out so we couldn't see anything while we ate. When we had first got there our 3 year old needed to use the the bathroom the worker finally agreed and 100% told us to hurry up. Back to the story we moved our car to were the lights were pointing out us so we could see while we ate " coincidentally" we parked infront of there cars, they came out yelling "Move your car right now or I'm calling the cops!!" we let her yell while we finished eating we left maybe 5 minutes later while the highschool dropouts were yelling and pointing at us from inside also when we asked for her manifest number she just ignored us... btw we have never had good service here foods ether cold or it took 20 minutes to get a limeade and some frys... This needs to get to the manager of this location because me and several more people have had horrible experiences here... read more

Every single time we come here, they are out of something. We are able to order it on the app and they end up coming out to the car to ask us if we want something else. How are they out of peanut butter so often? Might have to drive further down the street if we want sonic in the future. If it's a new item, go the first day they have it. So, I use a different scale when I rate a fast food joint. You pretty much know what you are going to get going in. I have yet to be shocked by an exceptional gourmet experience at fast food places. That being said, the things I look for are pleasantness/attitude, accuracy, quality of the food and consistency. Overall, I would rate this a 4. For a fast food, service is very slow. I went last night to one of their stalls. Pushed the button, got a msg that they will be right with me, waited and then nothing. I had to push button again, waited for like 10 mins for our order, somebody arrived with the wrong order so they had to go back in and "make it fresh again" for which we waited for I think more than 10 mins! A simple fast food run for me and my daughter became a 30+ mins of waiting. I've never experienced this with Colorado Springs Sonics before. I'll stick to other Sonics. Been here multiple times. This is the second time in a row I've come here after calling and they tell me they are open until midnight. If you show up at 11:30 10 minutes after you call, their grill is off any they "can't safely cook anything," and the kids working can be seen clear as day through the glass celebrating when you tell them never mind. We feel so sorry for the "kids" who work at this Sonic Location. We stopped by last night for 2 yummy Sonic Blasts. We waited in line for over 20 minutes. Once we got to the order area and ordered they said "we aren't making any ice cream tonight because we are short handed". What?? This location has so many problems that we have seen. Sonic Corporate needs to make a BIG management change or this location will not survive. They seem to have fairly good local support but if they could get new management installed they could easily triple their business. Corporate, time to save this location and step in. Consistent place to eat, if you like your food order wrong and have to go back to employees that seem to care even less than the norm at fast food chains. Seriously, this is the WORST Sonic that we have ever been to. We went several times spanning about 8 months. They couldn't even get a "burger with nothing but buns and meat" right! Also, this is not fast at all. In fact, a glacier could server food faster. Skip this location as it is not indicative of the general quality of Sonic's across the nation.
