Who doesn't love ice-cream? Baskin-Robbins has the best Mint Chocolate Chip ice-cream ever.. and that's exactly what I ordered when I got there. Yum! There was only one employee there and she did a good job attending to my husband and I. I sampled one of their new flavors, Cannoli, I believe. She said that you taste more of the pistachio than anything else. I had to pass & go with my usual. I only got a kid's size (had a big meal beforehand) & my husband got some kind of peanut butter, Oreo, and caramel shake. Too decadent for me. Mint Chocolate Chip is just refreshing for my pallet. So, a tidbit, my mom's favorite flavor is their Pistachio Almond and a long time ago, she literally bought the whole tub from Baskin-Robbins. Curious, I asked the employee how much one tub was. Why? Why does the phone number not work so I could call them and complain? No, I am forced to leave a 1 star review instead! Really just wanted to drive there and show them the hair that was inside my ice cream! It has been so warm lately that we had to stop by and get some ice cream! Haven't been here in years, I grew up coming to this location, and it's great it is still open. The staff were so welcoming and kind, they let's us try some flavors before picking. I chose the cotton candy, it was so sweet and creamy. I chose the waffle cone in the cup so it's easier to eat because the cone will fall apart while the icream melts and the cup catches it all. The waffle cone was amazing, crunchy, and sweet. They have so many flavors to choose from, and they have new ones that change with the season, so you can try new flavors all the time. It was hard to pick a flavor, but I love the classic cotton candy. Will need to come back sooner to try something new! read more

I was there on 3/27/25 at Stetson Hills in the evening and first I noticed the guy working who scooped up a scoop for someone had a hair within the ice-cream attached to another piece of ice-cream! He actually threw that scoop away and rinsed the scooper but served them another scoop out of that same container. It should have been thrown away! The two boys working didn't use plastic gloves and their arm was touching the sides of ice-cream containers! The glass in from of all the ice-cream was very dirty, as well as the front glass of store. The counters dirty and credit card area was disgusting. We sat on a bench and chair to eat our ice-cream and the white chair was dirty, as was the floor, mats! I will never go to this place again! Health dept. needs to check this location! read more

Writing this review because there has not been a single time that I have gone where I was able to get what I wanted. Without fail, they are always out of half of the basic items. The last time I went in a few days ago, there were other angry customers as well. She had placed an order online, paid, and came to pick up and was told sorry we are out of that. Oh and sorry we can't give you your money back. Here's a gift card. This past time I got, sorry we are out of bananas, sorry we are out of hot fudge, sorry we are out of bags to carry your ice cream in. On top of that, the gal taking our orders had a massive hickey on her neck. Not exactly professional or kid/family friendly. Don't order for delivery!!! They screwed up 3 of the 4 orders. Wrong topping on one, made a large sundae small but paid for a large and not even a teaspoon worth of hot fudge and even less on the marshmallow topping, 3rd sundae was wrong size as well and a teaspoon of fudge read more

The owners are thieves. They made my ice turkey with bad ice cream then took it back saying they would "call me. I had to harass them to get them to call me back then nothing happened. I would put NEGATIVE stars if I could. 4/2/2018 I took my children to the B-R on Stetson Hills Blvd in Colo Spgs for their 31st sale. I specifically asked for the sale price before ordering. The male who helped us asked the other clerk (a female) for confirmation on every step - looks like he was in training... The order price was REALLY high- it turns out they charged us for REGULAR prices= $9.74 It should have been $1.50 per scoop!! $6 plus tax. I asked him to check to make sure it was the Sale price for 4 scoops... assured me it was. And, then said the printer paper was out- so I could not see how much I was charged for the ice cream. Service was horrible tonight. Older lady who I presume is the manager was very grumpy. I was asked if i wanted a bag and when i said "yes" her employee handed me the bag and said "here" and moved on to the next customer before I could get my ice cream bagged up and moved out of the way. Went into this location this evening around 9:15 and was very disappointed to see that over half of the ice cream had already been put away and it was all of the good most popular flavors. I don't go out for ice cream much but when I do I like to get what I want. When I asked the girl was pretty rude and just said this is all we have but I heard the girls talking about how they wanted to leave as soon as the store closed so I am guessing that the ice cream had been put away already. I went in for $1.31 ice cream scoops and I was very disappointed because they only had one person working. It was very busy and people were coming in large groups. I didn't get to try the ice cream I wanted because the lady working was pissed. She was an old german lady and she was rude. Finally another person comes in and helps me, she was a younger girl but she looked a little stressed because she came in the relieve the other woman. The older lady left and the young girl was all alone and had alot of customers. I think the store manager came in or a co worker to drop off keys and was trying to talk to the girl when she's clearly busy!
