The one of two consistency with any Sonic is the fact that 1) there is no consistency and 2) the food is consistently poor quality with poor service at best. Regularly wait long to receive cold food. Stopped in Falcon to get a super sonic breakfast burrito, super apparently applies only to the price, not the quality or quantity, $4 and received an uncooked tortilla (always the case) broken in pieces with unidentifiable black substances in it. They apparently don't understand those tortillas come partially cooked and need finished on the griddle for about 5 seconds on each side which keeps them from crumbling when rolled. Sometimes missing tater tots, some times missing cheese, and frequently filled with moldy jalapenos. Got one once and the main ingredient was onions lots and lots of onions, inedible. read more

I wish I could give less than a star. Got a milkshake wrong, specifically asked "is the chips ahoy supposed to have banana?" And the girl said no, like we thought. Tonight I ordered 4 Sonic blasts in Falcon, CO...zero were edible. It was the first time I have seen kids not eat ice cream. For some reason it had a weird aftertaste and an oily texture which I had not experienced before. In addition to this there were no toppings blended in to the ice cream.. it was a big cup of whatever it was with a handful of m&m's on top. My order was wrong to boot, asking for pb cups and getting some kind of stale Twix. The manager was nice enough to give me a refund on my order In 7-10 days. Food was disgusting. Got a chili dog and chili fries with a sweet tea. Chili dog looked like it sat all day, pretty rubbery. Chili also looked like it sat all day. It was very dark and not very tasteful. I've been to many Sonics and there chili was much lighter in color and tastes way better. And sweet tea.... well not very sweet at all. Now granted food quality and nutritional value might be speculative, but I have to say it's extraordinarily tasty and I love the shakes and other dairy products They have. I have been here a few times. And always the slowest service I've ever had at any sonics. The last straw was when I ordered a Reece's blast. After waiting 15 min. I received vanilla ice cream with a Reece's topping. My suggestion is go to Dairy Queen by Peterson, or go to Safeway and buy a box of corn dogs and ice cream. Worst sonic ever. read more

I was there Saturday night (6-18-2016) and we waited 25 minutes to get our shakes, which ok, they were half price, but the "manager" there named Tracy was furious about some guy who ordered a ton of food and that some lady had driven off after ordering, she was furious enough that I could hear her yelling at co -workers She was also unfortunately the person taking orders on the drive through and she was rude, condescending and acted like everyone who was ordering was a moron. This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to! Takes forever to get your order, I waited 45 minutes once for two medium drinks and the employees didn't care. The food is good, haven't ever messed up my order but the wait is ridiculous!!! And it's not like they've been super busy, there's only about 3 people in the drive thru and no one at the pull in. Took about 25 minutes for our drinks. No food. Today as of 8:19 pm Bella took my families order and it was wrong. This is the usual issue here but we go back because it's half priced shakes and as human's we crave icecream and can't all agree on one large tub. But today was the last straw. Bella incorrectly took our order. Forgot one shake completely and keyed the other two in wrong. The girl who was making the milkshakes had no idea what she was doing because shakes had random ingredients in them that we did not order and other's were missing items. Asked for a chocolate brownie milkshake and got vanilla and brownie. Asked for the banana nutter butter and it had no banana. Asked for two chips ahoy and we got one oreo with banana and one chips ahoy with banana. Returned the chips ahoy and asked is this supposed to have banana and bella said no. So either she went around the corner and gave us the same milk shake or again the milkshake girl has no idea how to make shakes. Not to mention we typically have to wait 20 minutes for wrong milkshakes. From now on have a system like starbucks. Have the person taking orders write down the order on the cup that is the right size and then give it to the maker. So it's 8:00pm and my husband and I have worked all day out side. We thought sonic would be great because they have a variety of food. So I ordered the combo #1 with mustard, he ordered combo #3 we ordered onion rings and Chedd r peppers , we get our order ... hamburgers they were both cold !!!! onion rings was cold as well....the Chedd r peppers were disgusting!!!!!!!!! it taste like old cheese and rancid oil. The high school kids working today tried to pull a fast one on me. The ice cream cups they handed me were half melted and dripping everywhere, I noticed a soggy smile sticker on the bottom of my cup and the kid in the window told me he'd get me some napkins. I guess he thought I was looking at the mess, but I peeled off the sticker and saw that my cup was cracked. A really big crack half the size of the bottom of my cup. They had obviously put the sticker on it to try to cover up the fact. I can't believe they would prefer to tick off a customer rather than make it right the first time. I asked for a double cheeseburger with no bun and replace it with lettuce. They decided to give me a hotdog box that they chopped up the burger and put it into because they didn't have full pieces of lettuce. The younger dude taking orders at the drive through has no business interacting with other humans. Everyone else seems really nice. I've been there five times and four of those five they've put unwanted chili on my food. I hate chili. The wait is usually ridiculous even if you're the only vehicle in line.
