Consistently slow and not managed well. I don't understand....do they even read their reviews on here or Facebook? I consistently wait here for ten minutes or more for simple orders because they can't seem to get it together. Corporate sonic should close this place. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Thanks for giving me old and congealed ranch. Worst sonic ever. - Burgers Near Me - Falcon, Colorado

TERRIBLE! Never get your order right. Very slow service. Rude over drive through intercom. read more

I ordered some sweet treats before heading back home which is 30 minutes east of here in the middle of nowhere, so needless to say I couldn't just come right back. They got the order wrong to start with but to make matters worse, I find hair in my sonic blast. Sad day since Sonic is one of my favorites read more

The one of two consistency with any Sonic is the fact that 1) there is no consistency and 2) the food is consistently poor quality with poor service at best. Regularly wait long to receive cold food. Stopped in Falcon to get a super sonic breakfast burrito, super apparently applies only to the price, not the quality or quantity, $4 and received an uncooked tortilla (always the case) broken in pieces with unidentifiable black substances in it. They apparently don't understand those tortillas come partially cooked and need finished on the griddle for about 5 seconds on each side which keeps them from crumbling when rolled. Sometimes missing tater tots, some times missing cheese, and frequently filled with moldy jalapenos. Got one once and the main ingredient was onions lots and lots of onions, inedible. read more

Been sitting here for exactly 30 mins and still no food. Extremely angry. I would leave but we paid.

I wish I could give less than a star. Got a milkshake wrong, specifically asked "is the chips ahoy supposed to have banana?" And the girl said no, like we thought. We asked them to remake it because we did not ask for banana and then proceeded to watch them add banana yet again. They obviously do not know how to make the menu items. read more

If you are ever having a bad day, and think let's go to sonic and get some drinks. Don't do it. #notSonictheHedgehog. Took 20 minutes just to get a large drink and medium mozzarella sticks. I recommend our community favorite, McDonald's. The place is fast with decent food and decent service. Sonic has decent food but service could be better. :( ;( :( !!!!!!!!$$$$ super expensive as well. #broke. read more

I normally like sonic, but this sonic is really bad . Food is cold service is slow .... Buns are hard !!! Never coming back, This was the 3rd time it was like this. read more

Tonight I ordered 4 Sonic blasts in Falcon, CO...zero were edible. It was the first time I have seen kids not eat ice cream. For some reason it had a weird aftertaste and an oily texture which I had not experienced before. In addition to this there were no toppings blended in to the ice cream.. it was a big cup of whatever it was with a handful of m&m's on top. My order was wrong to boot, asking for pb cups and getting some kind of stale Twix. The manager was nice enough to give me a refund on my order In 7-10 days. Go elsewhere and save yourself some disappointment. read more

This place is a lot like the mcdonalds here in falcon. Never see the same face twice. Service is hit or miss. Plan to eat a half hour after hitting the drive thru menu. Check to make sure your order is right read more

It's good place for our treats (the closest) but they really need to fix the million pot holes!

Sonic in falcon most disgusting bathroom I have every experienced. I seriously thought there must have been a dead body in there. I'm an ICU nurse and can tolerate extreme smells and couldn't even go in there. Had to use the men's room which was horrible as well. I can't stand to eat there now since you know staff can't have clean hands if that is the amount of care the manager has for the restaurant. read more

This place is terrible. The food is cold the burgers are dried up little hockey pucks the service subpar. In short don't go there if you want to eat some that tastes good and is warm. This is the third time I tried this place so this wasn't one bad experience. read more

Stopped in here today I thought to eat, so much for that! No fries, no onion rings and no tots! NOT EVEN A DAMN NAPKIN IN THIS PLACE!!!!!! One of our group ordered a chicken sandwich which was more like a tomato sandwich read more

The lady who brought my food out tried to keep the change. They brought me the wrong order and they had an attitude when they brought it out 20 minutes later. Avoid this sonic read more

This sonic takes forever and they have the worst potholes I've ever seen I think I might've damage to my car just going in here.

Food was disgusting. Got a chili dog and chili fries with a sweet tea. Chili dog looked like it sat all day, pretty rubbery. Chili also looked like it sat all day. It was very dark and not very tasteful. I've been to many Sonics and there chili was much lighter in color and tastes way better. And sweet tea.... well not very sweet at all. Almost like regular tea. This sonic needs to step way up, I've been here before with pretty much same results read more

It's pretty hard to say anything bad about sonic. Now granted food quality and nutritional value might be speculative, but I have to say it's extraordinarily tasty and I love the shakes and other dairy products They have. Especially after 8 PM when you get them half price. Granted not really good for the waistline but a good weekend night munchy run read more

I've been here three times so far. Never get bacon when I order a bacon cheeseburger. I don't get the incompetency here. Gave them three shots, won't be back. read more

I was there Saturday night (6-18-2016) and we waited 25 minutes to get our shakes, which ok, they were half price, but the "manager" there named Tracy was furious about some guy who ordered a ton of food and that some lady had driven off after ordering, she was furious enough that I could hear her yelling at co -workers She was also unfortunately the person taking orders on the drive through and she was rude, condescending and acted like everyone who was ordering was a moron. It was unpleasant and unprofessional and it marks the last time I will go to this particular sonic. read more

So it's 8:00pm and my husband and I have worked all day out side. We thought sonic would be great because they have a variety of food. So I ordered the combo #1 with mustard, he ordered combo #3 we ordered onion rings and Chedd r peppers , we get our order ... hamburgers they were both cold !!!! onion rings was cold as well....the Chedd r peppers were disgusting!!!!!!!!! it taste like old cheese and rancid oil. Needless to say we will not make that mistake again!!!! More time than I have checked in to here on this app the food is just bad. I only recommend this sonic at lunchtime. read more

It's an average sonic. Haily was a good carhop though. My order was correct and she delivered it quickly and with a smile. Can't ask for more than that. read more

The past dew times we've been here, they've completely screwed up every order. From giving us stuff we did not order at all, to getting the things we actually did order in the wrong sizes. Our last visit we sent the food back to be corrected, and they completely forgot about us. So 30+ minutes to get some cold food. Thanks, Sonic read more

If I could pick 0 stars I would. They are always alway always very slow. They should change their name to something more appropriate like "Snailic" or "Slothic"! They get the orders wrong all the time as well. read more

I have been here a few times. And always the slowest service I've ever had at any sonics. The last straw was when I ordered a Reece's blast. After waiting 15 min. I received vanilla ice cream with a Reece's topping. My suggestion is go to Dairy Queen by Peterson, or go to Safeway and buy a box of corn dogs and ice cream. Worst sonic ever. read more

If I could leave less than 1 Star I would have. 40 minute wait and still don't have the 4 drinks we ordered. We used the call button and the girl who answered acted like we were idiots for trying to figure out how 4 drinks could possibly take this long. Absolute joke read more

The food is good, haven't ever messed up my order but the wait is ridiculous!!! And it's not like they've been super busy, there's only about 3 people in the drive thru and no one at the pull in. Took about 25 minutes for our drinks. No food. And when we pulled up to the window, we could see our drinks sitting at the window ready for us, but for some reason it took 10 minutes to actually receive them. The whole restaurant is run by teenagers who are too lazy to do their job efficiently. Definitely need new management. read more

Night shift girl was on her phone instead of answering our orders. Took her 40 min just to get 3 shakes.

Today as of 8:19 pm Bella took my families order and it was wrong. This is the usual issue here but we go back because it's half priced shakes and as human's we crave icecream and can't all agree on one large tub. But today was the last straw. Bella incorrectly took our order. Forgot one shake completely and keyed the other two in wrong. The girl who was making the milkshakes had no idea what she was doing because shakes had random ingredients in them that we did not order and other's were missing items. Asked for a chocolate brownie milkshake and got vanilla and brownie. Asked for the banana nutter butter and it had no banana. Asked for two chips ahoy and we got one oreo with banana and one chips ahoy with banana. Returned the chips ahoy and asked is this supposed to have banana and bella said no. So either she went around the corner and gave us the same milk shake or again the milkshake girl has no idea how to make shakes. Not to mention we typically have to wait 20 minutes for wrong milkshakes. From now on have a system like starbucks. Have the person taking orders write down the order on the cup that is the right size and then give it to the maker. Or hey hire more people who aren't in highschool and standing around in plain view on their cell phones as we wait 20 minutes for our orders. read more

Horrible Service! Was ignored by staff even though we were in the stall right across Drive thru window when they were not busy at all. This isn't the first time we have been to this location and received bad service. Wrong orders, extremely wrong wait times, and unfriendly staff. Response from the site manager was just excuses for poor customer service. Would give 0 stars if i could read more

BAD MANAGEMENT!! Servers seem great, The only thing worse than the food is the horrible manager's attitude. Would not reccomend eating here, had my 3 year old waiting 20 minutes for a corn dog. Never saw any food. read more

The high school kids working today tried to pull a fast one on me. The ice cream cups they handed me were half melted and dripping everywhere, I noticed a soggy smile sticker on the bottom of my cup and the kid in the window told me he'd get me some napkins. I guess he thought I was looking at the mess, but I peeled off the sticker and saw that my cup was cracked. A really big crack half the size of the bottom of my cup. They had obviously put the sticker on it to try to cover up the fact. I can't believe they would prefer to tick off a customer rather than make it right the first time. To make matters worse, after I had waited another 3+ minutes for a new cup and pulled away wary of spit in my two year old' ice cream, my son in the back seat announced that his cup had a crack as well! read more

The worst fast food in Peyton! The food is consistently cold and consistently awful. The service is slow and incompetent.

The WORST service I have ever seen. Long wait times, cold over fried food, and sloppy looking food. None of the people that work there care very much about how to run a business. Never going back!!!! I give them 0 stars to be honest!! read more

I asked for a double cheeseburger with no bun and replace it with lettuce. They decided to give me a hotdog box that they chopped up the burger and put it into because they didn't have full pieces of lettuce. They also only gave me one piece of burger meat in the box when it was a double. I like Sonics food and drink but this location is the worst service and speed I've ever had. Multiple time where it takes more than 15 minutes. Fast food? Not even close. read more

Purchased Pineapple slush drink. After getting to the bottom of the drink, I found a "hair" mixed in the ice. I will definitely not return. It makes me wonder about all other foods I have purchased here. read more

Went there last night ordered the chicken tenders meal with gems the whole dinner tasted like a big pile of old grease. This place needs new management or something read more

Horrible service. Even simple orders take a long time. The kids are usually rude and slow. They need a good manager to turn things around.

This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to! Takes forever to get your order, I waited 45 minutes once for two medium drinks and the employees didn't care. Today I ordered 5 drinks for my family, it took about 20 minutes, and I was looking at my drinks most of the time! They just didn't hand them out to me for some reason. This location's customer service is absolutely horrible and they clearly need some new management. read more

The younger dude taking orders at the drive through has no business interacting with other humans. Everyone else seems really nice. I've been there five times and four of those five they've put unwanted chili on my food. I hate chili. The wait is usually ridiculous even if you're the only vehicle in line. Which makes their mistakes even more mind boggling. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. read more
