I have come here a few times over the last two years. Good food and wonderful service. My husband loves the fish and chips, and my favorite is the Butterfly Shrimp (that's really all I order now). The burgers are good too. Nice dining room area and not too noisy for the most part. I like that there is outside seating as well, can't wait for the weather to get warmer. I like that the food is pretty fresh, my shrimp is always hot and delicious! Look, McDonald's will always be my place, but when I just want something different, pretty fresh and oh, they offer a military discount (maybe other discounts too). I have really come to believe Culver's is the best fast food chain around. No matter which one I go to, the obvious high standard is maintained. They must really focus on the staff being extremely pleasant as that has been a constant at all four I've visited. This store was clean, fast and friendly, the parking was plentiful and safe. This place is bomb af. I'm starving and they absolutely pull through with phenomenal burgers and even bomber fries. Drinks? Phenomenal! Fries? I had the worse experience the one and only time I have been to this location. I arrived and half of my food was missing and the other half was SO cold to the touch. When I brought it to their attention, the cook in the window was complaining and yelling the entire time I was there that they didn't want to remake the food. I ended up waiting and extra 10 minutes listening to the complaints. It was embarrassing and extremely awkward for me. They didn't even offer to heat up all the food that was now also sitting there. The place was clearly dirty and they handed me chili that was spilling and outside the bowl. I did contact a manager and instead of offering me a refund they wanted to offer me gift card to go back. I think it's fair to say I will not be returning. I would rather drive an extra ten minutes to go anywhere else. read more

This Culver's seems to have some quality control issues. 1. A couple months ago, they forgot the fries with our meal. No biggie, they made it right. 2. Three weeks ago, I ordered a fish sandwich in the drive-thru. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it did not have a top bun. How do you put sandwich in the box and forget the bun? 3. Tonight, I ordered a burger with bacon. The meat patties were way over cooked, the bacon destroyed it was so over cooked, and the bun was dried out. I guess this fast food place will be removed from the list, unless I just want some custard. They haven't figured out how to mess this up. (Yet.) read more

Very disappointed tonight. We have had such good meals usually but tonight was a let down. Tonight I ordered 2 salads, 2 soups, & 2 cheese curds. The salads lettuce was bad - not flavor wise but actually rotten. The cucumbers were the same way. So picked the chicken out and only ate that. Got to the soup and my soup was only half way full in container. I get needing to leave a little space for the lid but my husbands was almost double the amount I had. Went with my wife to get frozen custard and waited in line at the drive thru. When we got to the ordering speaker, we were told the kitchen was backed up for 30 minutes and they could not accept our order and to have a good night. I completely understand being backed up and we wouldn't have minded waiting 30 minutes, but they refused to even hear our order or try to accommodate us. Worst Culver's I've ever been to. Literally was handed 2 cold burgers tonight. The burgers were "cool" temperature and the buns were actually cold to touch. Mine and my husband's- we were both shocked. It was awful. We were so hungry and excited to hear here and it was just disgusting. We visit this area often and will never come back here. I thought it was weird the McDonald's had a line and no one was at Culver's- now I know why. We have Culver's in TN and their burgers are served hot and delicious.
