I have come here a few times over the last two years. Good food and wonderful service. My husband loves the fish and chips, and my favorite is the Butterfly Shrimp (that's really all I order now). The burgers are good too. Nice dining room area and not too noisy for the most part. I like that there is outside seating as well, can't wait for the weather to get warmer. I like that the food is pretty fresh, my shrimp is always hot and delicious! Look, McDonald's will always be my place, but when I just want something different, pretty fresh and oh, they offer a military discount (maybe other discounts too). It may just equal a few dollars and cents, but why not? read more

I have really come to believe Culver's is the best fast food chain around. No matter which one I go to, the obvious high standard is maintained. They must really focus on the staff being extremely pleasant as that has been a constant at all four I've visited. This store was clean, fast and friendly, the parking was plentiful and safe. The food was simple and good. I especially enjoy the fish sandwich. I enjoyed how well they decorated for Christmas. Their ice cream is first rate as well. I had the worse experience the one and only time I have been to this location. I arrived and half of my food was missing and the other half was SO cold to the touch. When I brought it to their attention, the cook in the window was complaining and yelling the entire time I was there that they didn't want to remake the food. I ended up waiting and extra 10 minutes listening to the complaints. It was embarrassing and extremely awkward for me. They didn't even offer to heat up all the food that was now also sitting there. The place was clearly dirty and they handed me chili that was spilling and outside the bowl. I did contact a manager and instead of offering me a refund they wanted to offer me gift card to go back. I think it's fair to say I will not be returning. I would rather drive an extra ten minutes to go anywhere else. read more

This Culver's seems to have some quality control issues. 1. A couple months ago, they forgot the fries with our meal. No biggie, they made it right. 2. Three weeks ago, I ordered a fish sandwich in the drive-thru. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it did not have a top bun. How do you put sandwich in the box and forget the bun? 3. Tonight, I ordered a burger with bacon. The meat patties were way over cooked, the bacon destroyed it was so over cooked, and the bun was dried out. I guess this fast food place will be removed from the list, unless I just want some custard. They haven't figured out how to mess this up. (Yet.) read more

Very disappointed tonight. We have had such good meals usually but tonight was a let down. Tonight I ordered 2 salads, 2 soups, & 2 cheese curds. The salads lettuce was bad - not flavor wise but actually rotten. The cucumbers were the same way. So picked the chicken out and only ate that. Got to the soup and my soup was only half way full in container. I get needing to leave a little space for the lid but my husbands was almost double the amount I had. What is Culver's known for? Frozen Custard? I just got a small dish of Vanilla with "hot fudge" sauce" .... it was supposed to be a Sundae. They need to close this place and start over!! Flies all over the place and gnats? Gnats! No black pepper, no Coke Zero, lemons for seafood was slimy a sign of being old!! Bread hard as a rock ! Went with my wife to get frozen custard and waited in line at the drive thru. When we got to the ordering speaker, we were told the kitchen was backed up for 30 minutes and they could not accept our order and to have a good night. I completely understand being backed up and we wouldn't have minded waiting 30 minutes, but they refused to even hear our order or try to accommodate us. I'm not upset that I would have to wait, Im upset that they didn't even give me an option. read more

The Food was not cooked very well and our server was extremely rude to us and kept sighing whenever we asked for something that he kept forgetting to put on our tray. And to add onto that the whole staff team was extremely loud and obnoxious. Worst Culvers to date... we went back just to see if it was a bad day. Nope, every day seems to be a bad day. I saw nothing but teenagers, which I fully understand kids will be kids, but they need an adult to get something done. Which they don't, and they dont. Cleanliness of restaurant is poor. Drink station is disgusting... I don't even want to think of what the customer cannot see. 30+minutes for 3 burgers that are inedible. Service here was terrible. Cashier was rude and the workers were yelling very loudly when there is people inside trying to eat. Server brought the food and sighed when I asked for ranch! I don't know what makes taking an order for mixers handing the customer the number to wait in the parking lot for delivery of mixers to take 20 minutes when all the cars before and after got their orders. Worst Culver's I've ever been to. Literally was handed 2 cold burgers tonight. The burgers were "cool" temperature and the buns were actually cold to touch. Mine and my husband's- we were both shocked. It was awful. We were so hungry and excited to hear here and it was just disgusting. We visit this area often and will never come back here. I thought it was weird the McDonald's had a line and no one was at Culver's- now I know why. We have Culver's in TN and their burgers are served hot and delicious. Where is the manager on Sunday night during the dinner rush? You literally have employees staring at a lobby full of customers and doing nothing. No one has any hustle in their step and the orders are taking well over your four minute limit. I've run multiple different Culver locations, never have I seen such a lack of leadership. read more

Just plain disgusting. I gave this place 2 opportunities to make me a half decent burger and they failed miserably both times. The burgers were soggy and tasted like the were under a lamp for hours. I placed an order for 3 other friends and they felt the same way. I'm not wasting my time with this place again even if it was free. read more

Weird experience. First of all, this is all self serve. No prices listed anywhere visible. Zip…read morezilch nada. A chalk board with maybe the name and some drawings but no prices listed anywhere in sight. Odd. That should have been my first cue. Yogurt was nothing to get excited over, and I had zero interest in using self serve toppings that's just gross. The student who was attending the place appeared to be doing school work, that's great that's allowed! Then they needed to stop to ring us up. And while no prices were listed, a big tip jar was in front of the register. Extremely expensive for a half full cup of the smallest size just yogurt at over $6. Probably the same amount of a golden arch cone lol. Then to be expected to tip for someone getting paid to study and only operate the register. Yep weird all around, and I will not return. Not sure how this place stays open, as evidenced by never seeing anyone there when in the plaza nearby.
