Went in for an after-dinner drink and got pulled into a full Star Wars takeover, complete with Han Solo frozen in carbonite on the door, a Mos Eisley Cantina bar setup, and Star Wars shows playing in the background. The theme changes every 3-4 months, so what you see now won't be there forever. Reservations are usually required and we got lucky thanks to a local host who knew someone. Worth planning ahead. Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. Our server was on point, brought drinks fast, and even remembered the names of the people we were with. The creativity that goes into each one of their themes that rotates quarterly-ish, is so impressive! They even had an old book for guests to sign that looked like it could've belonged in the Lord of the Ring movies. That's the purpose of calling ahead and making reservations, to let them get prepared for you. Work _with_ the establishment, not against it, and they'll take care of you. It's not reasonable to just walk in without giving them warning, then complain about the result. That's on you.

The chicken pasta presentation was what you would see at a chain restaurant and everything accompanying the chicken was so smothered in oil, you couldn't really taste the flavor or the food. The cordon bleu was a frozen heat and serve with virtually little chicken, ham, or cheese. To say I was disappointed is really an understatement. We were in and out in less than an hour for a special occasion dinner. Synopsis: Atmosphere: 10/10 Music: 10/10 Hostess: 10/10 Server: 4/10 (never even acknowledged our special occasion) Specialty Drink: 2/10 Food: 2/10 I really wanted to live this place, but definitely didn't.
