Went in for an after-dinner drink and got pulled into a full Star Wars takeover, complete with Han Solo frozen in carbonite on the door, a Mos Eisley Cantina bar setup, and Star Wars shows playing in the background. The theme changes every 3-4 months, so what you see now won't be there forever. Reservations are usually required and we got lucky thanks to a local host who knew someone. Worth planning ahead. Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. Our server was on point, brought drinks fast, and even remembered the names of the people we were with. That's the purpose of calling ahead and making reservations, to let them get prepared for you. Work _with_ the establishment, not against it, and they'll take care of you. It's not reasonable to just walk in without giving them warning, then complain about the result. That's on you.

An owner was there and really took the time to talk to us and tell us about the bar, you could tell he was really passionate about it and I loved his vision. I noticed that there was music playing but very low and I could almost hear everyone's conversation which wasn't a horrible thing although I think good music always helps the vibe of a bar. Our drinks came and the presentation was beautiful, but I just could not sign off on the taste. Just wasn't my bag of tea when it came to an espresso martini. Being a bartender myself I have had my fair share and trust me I wanted to love it more. It felt as if the bar as a whole was missing something, although I could not quiet place it. I'm sure with the growth and popularity of the bar, it will iron itself out as everyone was very nice and I do love a good Speakeasy Vibe.

I'd have them again. Side salad -- good. The ranch is made in house and very flavorful, and the salad was actually loaded with veggies. French fries with garlic aioli -- a bit of a letdown. We didn't even finish them. They came out okay, just a little dry, and the aioli itself wasn't very good -- we didn't really like it. Pro tip: The entrées looked pricey, which is why we stuck to snacking at the bar -- and after the fries came out, we were fine calling it there and eating elsewhere. Overall, would recommend for happy hour, and would return.
