I love McDonald's, what can I say, been my favorite fast food for over 50 years! At first after moving out here, this one was ok, lots of mix up in orders. One time, my husband ordered a vanilla shake and got a sundae. I almost took it back, but he ate it, so... The service is good, employees are polite and get your order to you as quick as possible. Seen some of the reviews here, so maybe the management are reading them too, hopefully. read more

I have only myself to blame for not heeding the reviews. Ordered a sausage biscuit sandwich and it took fifteen minutes for my number to move from in-progress to serving and another five to get it to me. That's just unacceptable. This is probably the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. We go here fairly regularly on Saturday mornings for breakfast purely because of location, but we would be better off driving farther to a more efficient location. The service is slow and today our food was not brought to the table as it always is. Instead it was left on the counter and a number was called out. It wasn't our table number but a number on the receipt we had fortunately saved. No one told us about this change when we ordered and our dine in food came out in a to go bag. This food was very very slow and the grinch meal was not worth the hype and the fries where soggy. we are still waiting on our drinks after an hour and a half. so many people are waiting in line and no progress is being made. my daughter never even got her seasoning for the fries in her grinch meal. I hadn't been back to this McDonalds in a couple of months due to how long it took get my order in the drive through, but my daughter was visiting and really wanted to pick up lunch there so we went. Not only has the drive through really improved but the employees seem so much happier. Every thing was great! I was leaving very early to drive out east to Kansas. Falcon was my last town until Eads, Colorado, where I could get Subway, but it is over 2 hours away, So I planned to stop and get breakfast and coffee at McDonald's in Falcon because they advertise opening at 5:00 AM. I got there at 5:20 AM, but I could not order until 6:00 AM because they were "short on staff". I don't expect much from McDonalds, but I DO expect them to at least be able to serve me coffee and overpriced crappy food when they claim to be open for business! read more

Food is great ! Service is great? Except for a young gentleman ( blonde blue eyes) he works the morning shift and his name tag "Lieutenant Dan" . for the last few months this was my GO TO for a yummy breakfast! But I will no longer be a customer at this location . " Lieutenant Dan" has scolded me several times because I didn't put down in the app that I needed hot sauce. And today he made me Go back in line and start over because I was not in the right que . So I'm an idiot I guess So I had to go from his pickup window and drive around and get in que again. I just hope gets more training on customer service . There probably short staffed and Lieutenant Dan ruined my day and took away my happy place due to his rudeness and non understanding or caring I'm there several times a week. We have called and complained but no resolution....so take this as a warning....they deep fry fish with deep fry chicken patties so everything tastes like fish. When the sandwich rolls are left uncovered they get stale but none of the staff pays attention.....so if you want anything fried to taste like fish, undercooked frys with a pound of salt and stale bread....then you have located the crappiest location here in Falcon. read more

You want to know why they are rated so low. I'd love to give it a zero, but 1 star is the lowest. Placed a mobile order. When I got to the speaker, apparently the computer system was down for an update. No drive through, mobile service, etc.. Store was closed. I had my mobile receipt and was told that I would get a full refund. This was without knowing my name, order number, or anything. Total BS. When i questioned it, the girl at the drive thru taping a paper sign indicating they were closed flipped me the middle finger. I will never visit this store again. I usually don't review fast food resturants but people need to know just how horrible this location is. Ever since covid this location only has their drive thru open half the times you do show up they are randomly closed to do to staff shortages when they are open lines are absolutely ridiculous and usually a 30 minute wait if not longer. Menu items are often out of stock. My suggestion is to save yourself the frustration and just go to Wendy's up the road or Culver's across the street. read more

BY FAR, the worst McDonalds in El Paso County! This place may just be the slowest, most incompetent fast food restaurant I've ever been to. One time and only one time have I ever gotten the order exactly as I ordered it. And tonight was not it. I got a Big Mac, it was missing the middle bun, the onions, and one slice of cheese. 2 out of 2 orders have been missing items; First, about two weeks ago my husband ordered a Big Mac in the drive thru and got chicken nuggets but we were in the middle of a move and too exhausted to go back. Second, we ordered multiple meals for delivery and had a happy meal show up with nothing more than a toy and French fries then when I called their suggestion was that I drive to the store to get a new happy meal with 4 kids on icy roads. Literally the worst service McDonald's I've ever been to. I've given this place more than enough chances since moving here two years ago but every visit it just gets worse. The straw the broke that camels back was that I waited for 35 mins at the third window for my kids happy meals because they were making fries and within those 35 mins 6 cars behind me all got their foods and two of those had happy meals included. This restaurant seems like it operates without a manager in sight. The employees are playing around and smoking outside while customers are in line. It was dark outside and not a single light was in in the parking lot. I'll leave out the fact that I had to go back to get my complete order. I'm not sure ONE star is what I would give but it won't let me choose no stars. This was by far the worst McDonalds visit to date! Well considering we left and didn't even order last time after the lady working the register (handling money) grabbed a handful of fries that fell off the tray, on the public counter, as she was handing it to the custom, in front of us, and threw the fries on top of the rest of her order. GROSS!! So on to tonight...really wanting one of those new'ish, fresh never frozen Quarter Pounders, but what we got was literally a smashed flat BURNT, dried up, I don't know what.
