It's a McDonald's. What is there to expect? I've only ever been to one AMAZING Mickey D's, and this is not it. Don't work here either. The staff get up to some weird stuff when no ones around. read more

If only I could give zero stars to this McDonalds. Ugh, what terrible customer service and the sheer rudeness they had towards us. We were in the drive thru and we needed a refund for an order they wrongly charged us for, they told us we needed to come in for the refund. We said okay. Went inside, and turns out the lady THREW AWAY THE RECEIPT? What. So yeah, now they couldn't give us a refund. What utter buffoonery. Mmmm I'm lovin it. read more

Drive through order was a double burger and only got a single. Rudeness from both window associates! Fries were perfect and hot. Great Coke products. read more

I love McDonald's, what can I say, been my favorite fast food for over 50 years! At first after moving out here, this one was ok, lots of mix up in orders. One time, my husband ordered a vanilla shake and got a sundae. I almost took it back, but he ate it, so... The service is good, employees are polite and get your order to you as quick as possible. Seen some of the reviews here, so maybe the management are reading them too, hopefully. read more

I have only myself to blame for not heeding the reviews. Ordered a sausage biscuit sandwich and it took fifteen minutes for my number to move from in-progress to serving and another five to get it to me. That's just unacceptable. Don't go to this McDonalds if you don't have extra time to wait around. read more

This McDonalds is still the worst. After a terrible experience 8 months ago I went back and the hash browns were ice cold and my egg McMuffin was hard like it had been sitting in a heat box for hours. Definitely worth the extra 5 minutes to do to the better McDonalds. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. We go here fairly regularly on Saturday mornings for breakfast purely because of location, but we would be better off driving farther to a more efficient location. The service is slow and today our food was not brought to the table as it always is. Instead it was left on the counter and a number was called out. It wasn't our table number but a number on the receipt we had fortunately saved. No one told us about this change when we ordered and our dine in food came out in a to go bag. Apparently all the people who ordered after us had the same experience. I really wish we had a better option for our Saturday breakfasts. read more

This food was very very slow and the grinch meal was not worth the hype and the fries where soggy. we are still waiting on our drinks after an hour and a half. so many people are waiting in line and no progress is being made. my daughter never even got her seasoning for the fries in her grinch meal. Overall a bad bad experience. read more

Please fire the management. Always long waits. They say they have call offs. OVER SCHEDULE!!!!

Well well well where do I start well for starters let's just say everything about this place is mid everything here is below par. The food is mid. The people are mid. The overall area mid. The cleaning was mid. Would come here again because I'm not well off I'm mid. read more

I was leaving very early to drive out east to Kansas. Falcon was my last town until Eads, Colorado, where I could get Subway, but it is over 2 hours away, So I planned to stop and get breakfast and coffee at McDonald's in Falcon because they advertise opening at 5:00 AM. I got there at 5:20 AM, but I could not order until 6:00 AM because they were "short on staff". I don't expect much from McDonalds, but I DO expect them to at least be able to serve me coffee and overpriced crappy food when they claim to be open for business! read more

So, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and drove home to find out they were not in the bag. I should have went with my gut feeling and check the bag, but i didn't. So, I drove back to McDonald's and decided to go inside and address the issue. I was pretty surprised to look on the kitchen floor to see it riddled with trash and pretty disgusting. All the while a group of teenage boys stood around laughing and giggling. Needless to say someone stepped up and righted the wrong. I will say this to any reviewers who take the time to read this far. I should be a McDonald's mystery shopper or whatever you want to call it, but literally everytime I go through the drive thru they screw it up. What are the chances of that randomly everytime. Right?! So, if you are asking yourself why I keep going back there here is the other side of the story. We had a family emergency and I was the only one who could get take out, and the kids wanted McDonald's. I avoid Falcon's McDonald's at all cost. It is just not worth their poor customer service triggering me. If this owner, managers, and kids don't care if they lose business then why should I buy local. It's less stressful and more employee competent going to the Woodmen Mcdonald's. Just saying! read more

I hadn't been back to this McDonalds in a couple of months due to how long it took get my order in the drive through, but my daughter was visiting and really wanted to pick up lunch there so we went. Not only has the drive through really improved but the employees seem so much happier. Every thing was great! The food was back to McDonald's standards, the service was prompt and the folks at the windows were great. They were friendly and polite. Thanks for turning things around. read more

this McDonald's was pretty good. Every time I go there they never failed to disappoint me by giving me a flavorful great and wonderful experience. also the service was to the up most respect towards there customers. read more

I was sitting down with friends and I look in my sprite medium shamrock shake 10 piece and four nuggets and a small fry when I opened my 10 piece I found a dark charcoal nugget and then somebody named daniel said that's how they're usually made and I got up and asked for the manager, and the manager told me the same thing that was destroyed that broke the camels back read more

Poor service, dine in closed and not enough employees to help. Always bad service. Owners need to take care of there customers.

Wanted to stop here on my way to work. They supposedly open at 5am, waited till 5:20am still closed apparently. Not sure if the hours are wrong, or if the employees just suck read more

We have called and complained but no resolution....so take this as a warning....they deep fry fish with deep fry chicken patties so everything tastes like fish. When the sandwich rolls are left uncovered they get stale but none of the staff pays attention.....so if you want anything fried to taste like fish, undercooked frys with a pound of salt and stale bread....then you have located the crappiest location here in Falcon. read more

Id say about 85% of the time they forget at least one of my things i ordered (this morning it was 3) apart from that i wouldnt say its the worst place but maybe they need some reading lessons to actually see whats on the damn order read more

You want to know why they are rated so low. I'd love to give it a zero, but 1 star is the lowest. Placed a mobile order. When I got to the speaker, apparently the computer system was down for an update. No drive through, mobile service, etc.. Store was closed. I had my mobile receipt and was told that I would get a full refund. This was without knowing my name, order number, or anything. Total BS. When i questioned it, the girl at the drive thru taping a paper sign indicating they were closed flipped me the middle finger. I will never visit this store again. I love McDonalds but will find another location. I can't wait for the new restaurants to open across the street so I never have to even thing of this McDonalds again. read more

I usually don't review fast food resturants but people need to know just how horrible this location is. Ever since covid this location only has their drive thru open half the times you do show up they are randomly closed to do to staff shortages when they are open lines are absolutely ridiculous and usually a 30 minute wait if not longer. Menu items are often out of stock. My suggestion is to save yourself the frustration and just go to Wendy's up the road or Culver's across the street. read more

This is the slowest "fast food" joint on the planet. Horrible service, managers are on drugs, nobody wants to do their job, takes 30 minutes bare minimum to get your food. Waited nearly 50 min for a cookie and a sandwich. There's one old lady back there that gives a shit and everyone else can get fucked read more

This is a "cheeseburger" at the Falcon McDonalds... do yourself a favor and drive to Stetson and Tutt go to that McDonald's and you'll have burger in your cheeseburger and won't have to air fry the heat into your fries. read more

How is it possible that for the last three months every time I've tried to get an Oreo McFlurry your ice cream machine is down?!

BY FAR, the worst McDonalds in El Paso County! This place may just be the slowest, most incompetent fast food restaurant I've ever been to. One time and only one time have I ever gotten the order exactly as I ordered it. And tonight was not it. I got a Big Mac, it was missing the middle bun, the onions, and one slice of cheese. I swear the Manager there must tell their new hires that rule one is to not care about their performance or the customers. read more

Terrible place to eat breakfast. I told the workers there that they got my order wrong and when I told her she looked at it and said I was wrong and when I left, she told me to go fuck myself so I told her to kill her herself. read more

2 out of 2 orders have been missing items; First, about two weeks ago my husband ordered a Big Mac in the drive thru and got chicken nuggets but we were in the middle of a move and too exhausted to go back. Second, we ordered multiple meals for delivery and had a happy meal show up with nothing more than a toy and French fries then when I called their suggestion was that I drive to the store to get a new happy meal with 4 kids on icy roads. There is no point in wasting the money for food if you don't even get what you asked for. read more

This is perhaps the WORST McD in all of America!!!!!! Horrible service and no one behind the counter seems to know how anything works. Time and time again we have tried to be a customer and end up walking out and going somewhere else. read more

Literally the worst service McDonald's I've ever been to. I've given this place more than enough chances since moving here two years ago but every visit it just gets worse. The straw the broke that camels back was that I waited for 35 mins at the third window for my kids happy meals because they were making fries and within those 35 mins 6 cars behind me all got their foods and two of those had happy meals included. So where's my food? Sitting in the table waiting for fries. I wish I could give this a 0 but YELP allows 1 star as the lowest. I rather drive 20 mins into town to get McDonald's and 20 mins back home than come back to this McDonald's anymore. read more

This restaurant seems like it operates without a manager in sight. The employees are playing around and smoking outside while customers are in line. It was dark outside and not a single light was in in the parking lot. I'll leave out the fact that I had to go back to get my complete order. Whoever owns this restaurant should know that it's being run horribly and take the time to correct the issues. read more

I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens, small fry well done, chocolate shake, and 3 honey mustard. Not counting the drive thru wait before the intercom, i had to wait 30 minutes for my food and i feel like that's not enough food to wait 30 minutes for but they made up for it (i guess) by giving me fresh food and apologizing read more

How on earth does $7.29 breakfast combo with orange juice and a small Carmel macchiato come out to $14+ .. doesn't make sense.. they a la carte your order after requesting a combo.. they also charge you a larger size when you request a small.. I understand restaurants are short staffed but this is unacceptable read more

I'm not sure ONE star is what I would give but it won't let me choose no stars. This was by far the worst McDonalds visit to date! Well considering we left and didn't even order last time after the lady working the register (handling money) grabbed a handful of fries that fell off the tray, on the public counter, as she was handing it to the custom, in front of us, and threw the fries on top of the rest of her order. GROSS!! So on to tonight...really wanting one of those new'ish, fresh never frozen Quarter Pounders, but what we got was literally a smashed flat BURNT, dried up, I don't know what. It was not edible. Can't really take your food back and not expect the cooks to spit in it so we just ate the fries and left. What a disappointment!! read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to. They can't seem to ever get the order right. We either end up with someone else's order, or they completely forget multiple items. This hasn't only happened once, but multiple times in a row. And on top of it all, the wait time was over 30min. Whoever "manages" this McDonald's, needs to get it together because you're doing a horrible job, and that's just me being nice. read more

The food was cold right out of the window, the bread was stale and the meat was very dark as if it was sitting for hours or overnight. This was the case for all 3 sandwiches ordered. This was a reminder why I dont eat fast food often. Most of all why I avoid McDonalds. Im hoping I dont get sick from this visit. read more

Gotta love sitting in the drive thru while they take orders from the other lane and completely forget you exist in the other one. It's insanely frustrating to wait an extra 10 minutes because they're taking 2-3 or more orders in the other lane while ignoring you're there waiting. read more

Ridiculous. Have to wait for every order just to get your drink. Laziest McDonald's ever!

This place needs to go. The lobby was closed, and they put cones in front of one of the two drive-thru lanes. This place has always sucked, but it's actually not even acceptable anymore. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired, ASAP. read more
