We went to this Mc Donald and was provide the most awful service that I have seen in a while. I will not return to this place at all.

I mean the people were nice... food was horrible and at the end of the day that's what matters. Hopefully they figure it out ‍

15 minutes in the drive thru for a Coke. 2 cars ahead of us when we ordered. This location is very poorly managed. I have asked the management and employees on numerous occasions to please turn their outside lights on. Parking lot is pitch black and they just play dumb about the lights. I have yet to get a French fry that's fresh. My granddaughter got sick after eating chicken nuggets. It's dirty inside. Not me never again. I've had three close calls in that parking lot. If a child ran out in front of your car you wouldn't see them until it was too late. Poor management! read more

Alright, so I know McDonald's is never a good experience, but this one tops it all off. I placed an order through the drive through and was missing a sandwich and some hash browns. I just walked in and got the missing sandwich, no big deal, the lady gave me more attitude that I've ever seen in the food and bev industry. I drive 20 minutes home only to find out that the other sandwich was completely wrong. So of course, with these fucking gas prices, i turn my ass around and ask to speak to manager. I have waited to see if this was a fluke, but this McDonald's has gotten much better. I have gone a few times in the past month and noticed the food and especially the service has improved. This store is so unorganized. They are always out of something, there are no signs up informing you that certain soft drinks are out & only when you bring it to their attention, do they tell you "oh we're STILL out of that". Also, the women's restroom has a very strong, distinct bad smell such as there has recently been or is about to be a massive sewage back up. Waste of money and time. read more

Great customer service . My fries were the bottom of the barrel fries but when I asked more another order I received it without complaint or dirty looks. The slowest McDonalds in Colorado. I usually try to avoid coming to this one when we do decide to go to McDonalds. There is always a line, and on the off chance there isn't, it still takes forever from ordering to getting your food. If you decide to go through the drive thru, you'll want to pack a day bag. Not only that, we once ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my 3 year old and instead of nuggets, the container was filled with some weird sauce. We had to make him nuggets from the freezer. Pulled into the drive thru @ 21:10 and ordered myself and my buddy a large drink each(sprite and sweet tea), got to the window and I see three employees standing in a "circle" talking and laughing, paying me no mind. that continued for almost minute before the young man closest to the window begins to fill up my sprite, before getting sidetracked and continuing the conversation w his two coworkers, both young ladies, one of whom was wearing a light blue(I assume) mangers blouse. the fry cook then appears and, to the presumed manager, passes off a THC vape pen whilst expelling a cloud of smoke. after another minute or so, I am finally served and able to exit the lane. eagerly, I sip my sprite only to discover an essentially flavorless, CO² water filled cup. onto the "sweet" tea. absolutely piss warm with less sugar than a grain of salt. read more

I went through the drive through here for a quick and easy lunch with my little one while her mom was at the barn. The person taking orders did a good job and was making funny faces at the kiddo to make her laugh while taking the payment. He read back my order to ensure I was the right person by listing off the first two items and then finished it off at "and the rest of the stuff." I laughed it off thinking nothing of it until I got up to the next window. I was handed my food and drinks and told to have a good day without being given my daughters food. I pointed it out and had to sit at the window for about 5 minutes while the person handing out the food had to grab a manager to double check and get my food without even a sorry. I drove off a little miffed that something that should have been quick and easy took probably 2-3 times what it should have but thought nothing else about it until I realized they'd forgotten my little ones chocolate milk too. More than once I have sat in that drive thru for at least 20 minutes, just to have my order be totally wrong! This, after it has been verbally verified by every employee right up to handoff! The worst thing is I have complained in person and they couldn't care less! Just a bunch of excuses and no offer of compensation at all! Really? Not even a gift card? Can never get an order correct when I did go and now I place a curbside pick up, placed order prior to 10:30. I arrive to pick it the order and now I'm told so sorry it is after 10:30am. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in town. The lines are always long and you frequently have to pull around to wait for your order even when they are not busy. Once you get your food its usually wrong and they forget something. The food is only cooked well half of the time and the service is slow. Wife ordered a burger and when we got home we noticed that they forgot to put the meat between the buns! Several times they are out of basic supplies like cup holders, cups, and napkins. The only reason i come occasionally is because of the kids but i think im done. Visited a few McDonald's around town and the experience is night and day. Very disappointed! read more

Just had the worst hot fudge sundae of my entire life, I was unaware that hot fudge sundaes could be ruined. I had a glob of hard chocolate on top of my ice cream as if they had run out and scraped the bottom of the hot fudge bowl. If I would have felt better I would have taken it back. Not even sure what kind of person thinks that it was acceptable to serve that. One more reason to never visit McDonald's again. read more

Every time I have had breakfast at this location, the eggs are soggy, and just downright nasty. I won't be going back to this location.

Used to be a decent location but has gone downhill in a huge way last year or two. The other reviews are correct re epic lines and waits. The last four times we've been here they have been out of basics. No ice cream. No chicken tenders. Shake machine broken. List goes on. Otherwise it's clean and the people try to be friendlyish for McDonald's. But they can't keep disappointing us with staples availability. read more

Fairly quick service but I will say that they have burned me more than a few times on my coffee orders. Definitely get in the habit of checking your order before you pull out. One downside is that this location has no play area. Free wi-fi is a plus for surfing with a coffee, though. read more

I noticed the flag was tattered and unserviceable. I thought to myself, well they should be able to remedy this, I mean this is a community with many military members and as a vet, I think it is really disrespectful to fly a flag that is tattered...Well I called and they didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. Then I heard several people argue who was taking the phone. I asked for the manager maybe about 3 more times. A woman got on the phone: She didn't have the professionalism to be a manager..so I doubt I was speaking with one. I asked did she know the flag was unserviceable. She said, "Uh, huh? Um noooo." I said did they have a way to purchase a new one? She said she didn't do the ordering. When I asked her name she seemed not to want to give me that information. It was very loud and that is funny since it's Covid and the main dining is closed...Please do not go to this location. But I swung by on my way to work for the first time in about two years the other morning and they were operating at normal fast food speed. Was terrible, they messed up our order bad. We ordered 2 spicy crispy sandwiches and the meat on the sandwiches was half cooked. We asked to have those in meals and she rang it in as 2 sandwiches which would've been cheaper in meals. We got a kids meal with an extra small fry instead of apples and didn't get that either. They also didn't give us our apple juice. We got the Big Mac meal and that was right. It just didn't make sense because they gave us 2 sprites when we only got rang in for 1 meal but the female said she only got one meal ???
