Alright, so I know McDonald's is never a good experience, but this one tops it all off. I placed an order through the drive through and was missing a sandwich and some hash browns. I just walked in and got the missing sandwich, no big deal, the lady gave me more attitude that I've ever seen in the food and bev industry. I drive 20 minutes home only to find out that the other sandwich was completely wrong. So of course, with these fucking gas prices, i turn my ass around and ask to speak to manager. I have asked the management and employees on numerous occasions to please turn their outside lights on. Parking lot is pitch black and they just play dumb about the lights. I have yet to get a French fry that's fresh. My granddaughter got sick after eating chicken nuggets. It's dirty inside. Not me never again. I've had three close calls in that parking lot. They are always out of something, there are no signs up informing you that certain soft drinks are out & only when you bring it to their attention, do they tell you "oh we're STILL out of that". The slowest McDonalds in Colorado. I usually try to avoid coming to this one when we do decide to go to McDonalds. There is always a line, and on the off chance there isn't, it still takes forever from ordering to getting your food. If you decide to go through the drive thru, you'll want to pack a day bag. Not only that, we once ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my 3 year old and instead of nuggets, the container was filled with some weird sauce. We had to make him nuggets from the freezer. Pulled into the drive thru @ 21:10 and ordered myself and my buddy a large drink each(sprite and sweet tea), got to the window and I see three employees standing in a "circle" talking and laughing, paying me no mind. that continued for almost minute before the young man closest to the window begins to fill up my sprite, before getting sidetracked and continuing the conversation w his two coworkers, both young ladies, one of whom was wearing a light blue(I assume) mangers blouse. the fry cook then appears and, to the presumed manager, passes off a THC vape pen whilst expelling a cloud of smoke. after another minute or so, I am finally served and able to exit the lane. eagerly, I sip my sprite only to discover an essentially flavorless, CO² water filled cup. onto the "sweet" tea. absolutely piss warm with less sugar than a grain of salt. read more

I went through the drive through here for a quick and easy lunch with my little one while her mom was at the barn. The person taking orders did a good job and was making funny faces at the kiddo to make her laugh while taking the payment. He read back my order to ensure I was the right person by listing off the first two items and then finished it off at "and the rest of the stuff." I laughed it off thinking nothing of it until I got up to the next window. I was handed my food and drinks and told to have a good day without being given my daughters food. I pointed it out and had to sit at the window for about 5 minutes while the person handing out the food had to grab a manager to double check and get my food without even a sorry. I drove off a little miffed that something that should have been quick and easy took probably 2-3 times what it should have but thought nothing else about it until I realized they'd forgotten my little ones chocolate milk too. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in town. The lines are always long and you frequently have to pull around to wait for your order even when they are not busy. Once you get your food its usually wrong and they forget something. The food is only cooked well half of the time and the service is slow. Wife ordered a burger and when we got home we noticed that they forgot to put the meat between the buns! Several times they are out of basic supplies like cup holders, cups, and napkins. Just had the worst hot fudge sundae of my entire life, I was unaware that hot fudge sundaes could be ruined. I had a glob of hard chocolate on top of my ice cream as if they had run out and scraped the bottom of the hot fudge bowl. If I would have felt better I would have taken it back. Not even a one star, but you have to pick at least one. McDonald's in Falcon CO steals money. My daughter went through the drive-thru and ordered a cheeseburger meal and a chicken nugget happy meal. Total around $22 which sounded wrong. She asked when she got to the window to pay if that amount was correct and was rudely told that prices just went up. She asked if it was one cheeseburger meal and one happy meal and was told yes. When she got the receipt she saw that there were two cheeseburger meals. When she asked for a refund she was told they cannot do refunds. They offered her desert or another meal which she didn't need. Thinking it was maybe my daughter's age my wife and I went in to talk to the manager. He (River Douglas) was exceptionally rude. He said the button to do refunds was removed by the owner. They make the mistake and cannot fix it. It's hard to believe that there is no way to get your money back. He wrote on the receipt that my daughter could get a free meal next time, but that hasn't worked in the past. He got angry at our insistence on the refund and told us we could call the President for all he care, flipped us off, and walked away. read more

I thought to myself, well they should be able to remedy this, I mean this is a community with many military members and as a vet, I think it is really disrespectful to fly a flag that is tattered...Well I called and they didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. Was terrible, they messed up our order bad. We ordered 2 spicy crispy sandwiches and the meat on the sandwiches was half cooked. We asked to have those in meals and she rang it in as 2 sandwiches which would've been cheaper in meals. We got a kids meal with an extra small fry instead of apples and didn't get that either. They also didn't give us our apple juice. We got the Big Mac meal and that was right. It just didn't make sense because they gave us 2 sprites when we only got rang in for 1 meal but the female said she only got one meal ???
