Prior to getting to this location for dinner I decided to order in the App.. Under the offers tab they had a free kids meal with 15.00 dollars or more purchase. The App would not discount the kids meal at check out. When I arrived at the drive thru window I explained to Kayden what had happened with the App.. He was apologetic and said he would have no problem honoring the App. Kayden himself walked the kids meal out to me at the front door and again was extremely nice. If I could give zero stars I would! I came here yesterday and I got 2 bacon western combos and omg it was the nastiest fast food meal I've ever had! I love the bacon western but this restaurant literally gave me old cold food! I ate a couple fries right after driving off and they were cold. Once I got home (15 min later) my burger was cold and hard. The onion ring better was HARD, the onion inside was just a string, the meat patty was stiff and tasted old. Just to think I spent $20 of my hard working $ for some garbage upsets me. I can't believe someone really thought it was ok to give someone food this horrible. I literally wanted to drive back and get a refund or make them make me a "fresher" meal but it was snowing really bad. I'm very upset. I come here pretty often because I work across the street, and I swear In the last 20 orders or so I've gotten in the mourning for breakfast the lady at the front has forgotten something. My family and I were just verbally and physically assaulted by an employee named Rachel at this Falcon location. I do not recommend this place at all. In fact we left our $30 food order and went to McDonalds down the street. Way more peaceful and no employee meltdowns! Apparently this employ at the Falcon Carl's Jr. was working in the back and had a meltdown followed by a profanity laced rant. Then when my wife told her to watch the language as my young son was sitting here, she stated she was "going to kill a motherf@cker". Went there tonight so my son could grab a burger after his hockey game. Arrived about 7pm it was quiet. I was shocked to see they have the Beyond Burger!! so I got a burger too it was very good. I have the receipt that showed I said no sauce, on the CA CLASSIC CMB. I ALSO ASKED FOR NO ONIONS. she did not hear me. The second burger was wrong also. Upon getting home It was found that the entire burger was smushed, and full of sauce and onions. I was quick to contact the establishment and notify them. Instead of making this simple. Went through the drive thru today, got my order quickly and had not issues. Went to Culver's right after to get food for myself. Got home and the western and a spicy chicken were missing. The western was for my type 1 diabetic husband. I immediately left my house to return to the location and get the missing sandwich's. I deliver meals that are placed through an app and picked up at the drive thru. I am asked to pull to the front and wait for my order while others in the drive thru receive their orders at the window and pull away. It took them 50 minutes from the time I arrived, to get my order out to me last evening (12/30/20) and I had to remind the employee of drinks. After bringing me 2 of my 3 drinks, I reminded him that I needed one more to fulfill my order. He went in and I waited and waited. He had propped the door open earlier, so I went in for my last drink. He was talking to someone and I was told that I could not be there and I told him that I needed my last drink and a drink holder. One bag of food was cold and one was warm. I also noticed on 12/29/20 that the cook was not wearing a mask. This complaint is about how customers that use the food delivery app are treated. These customers should respectfully get their meals in a timely manner just like other customers ordering in person. This is total disrespect and disregard for customers who use the app for delivery. I deliver 7 days a week from many places in Falcon and I have had to wait at almost all of them but this place is the worst. I turned down 2 more deliveries after this incident last night because I couldn't go through that again. There are too many food options to settle for less. read more

Talk about a bad day; and I'm not talking about mine...well until I received an attitude from one of the workers which I assume was a supervisor. Poor person well that's how I felt at first. The person tried handing out 5 drinks on a four slot car carrier and as I reached for it it cracked...yep soda all down the outside and inside of my car ( not even sure why there was five drink with a four meal order). I kept my cool even after I got the look like it was my fault and that he had to redo my drinks. I still gave the person the decency to be nice when he got my drinks wrong. Got my order and nicely pulled into the parking lot due to others behind me waiting on their order; to check on my order. One sandwich I ask for no mayo, it had mayo on it so I went inside with my pants and shoes wet with soda to ask for a new sandwich. The supervisor asked me what I needed and when I told him he gave me a look of disbelief he said well where's the sandwich I can't give you a new one without it. With my mind still trying to figure out how I was going to get soda out of my leather seats I forgot the sandwich in the car. So now I'm irritated because I'm being treated like I did something wrong; so I showed my irritation by saying to the guy "I didnt make the mistake!" After bringing the sandwich in he checked the sandwich to make sure I was being truthful. So now after spending $50 dollars on 4 meals; I will be spending $150 to get soda out of my car and an unenjoyable $200 dinner because someone wanted to be mean. Never again!! read more

The kids meal didn't have the chocolate milk or the honey mustard for the chicken tenders. One of the drinks was supposed to be a Dr. Pepper, but the cashier tried giving me a Powerade. Finally, when I unwrapped my burger, half of the bottom bun was missing and the paper wrapper had holes in it. There was paper indented on the bun like someone had taken a bite through the wrapper. It was vile and disgusting. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get a refund, but was only refunded for a single not double. It cost me money to not have a burger.
