It had braised beef in a mild red sauce, rice and beans all in a flour tortilla smothered in green chili (of course!), Monterrey Jack Cheese, sour cream and guacamole. He ate half and brought half with for lunch the next day. Normally I gravitate to chile rellenos, but I felt like something different on this night. I chose the Enchiladas Sunrise. It has two corn tortillas, I chose chicken and cheese as my fillings. Those are topped with Monterrey jack cheese, green chili, and two eggs over easy. It was delicious and I had half to bring with me for next day lunch. Great food, great service, would go back.
