The ambiance is amazing. The breakfast food is a little pricy so we'll definitely stick to the lunch menu items. The service was tip top! The cinnamon roll is a must. The shake was perfect for the kids. Great place to frequent. read more

Walk in after 4th July, and was surprised we were seated immediately. Always a busy diner. Ordered Philly Cheesesteak and fries. Ample cheesesteak and very good; the second best I've had locally. Fun place, and no complaints. Give this diner a try! read more

Service was quick and easy. Food was OK. Wish the gravy was made with a milk base instead of water and it might've been thicker and better tasting. Everything was bland. read more

It's a diner which brings nostalgic memories. Quite a crowd during the weekend lunch time. A lot of to go orders being filled as well. We sat at the counter as there was a long wait for a table. And we could watch the 'action' as well of the kitchen line cooks and servers fulfilling the orders. The portions are large we could see. There was a Southwest chicken salad served in a fried flour tortilla shell which looked intriguing. I would have ordered this but I decided to try the fish and chips instead. He chose the turkey pesto croissant sandwich without the alfalfa sprouts. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake because why not? I'm at a diner and milkshakes scream diner to me. You can make it a malt for an extra charge. I still don't know what the difference between a shake and malt is taste wise. The fish and chips had three large pieces of slender fish and some fries. His sandwich came with a huge pile of fries and he commented that they gave him some of mine. The fish and chips were average. Nothing which would make me come back but it was a filling lunch. I didn't eat all of it. Took the rest to go with his fries. He said his sandwich was fine. Nothing special. The servers were friendly. Yinneth was our server and she checked on us. The servers take turns bringing the food to help each other out and all were nice. The chocolate milkshake came with whipped cream and sprinkles and is the stuff of movies. So cute and yummy. I did enjoy it a lot and took some to go instead of wasting it. The women's restroom was clean and large. A little deceiving when you head to it. The private parking lot is small and we parked in the adjoining shared parking lot. A solid place for lunch on our road trip. read more

Rosies has become our GoTo breakfast joint over the past several years. My friend and I have made it a tradition to meet here on our motorcycles a couple times a month and their consistently excellent service and food yields the coveted 5 Star Rating in my book! Mimi, the Manager is doing something right, as many of the employees have been there for years and have gotten to know us. The food is always done perfectly and the coffee is great. Whether ordering breakfast lunch or dinner, Rosies' is always a great choice! read more

We've visited this spot twice now, and we've loved it both times. It's never overcrowded, our food always comes out quickly, and the portions are generous with great prices to match. The classic diner vibe and fun décor make it even better! read more

We stopped here to fuel up on our way to the Manitou Incline and it was perfect. The scrambled eggs were perfectly done and I liked that the hashbrowns could be substituted for cottage cheese or fruit. The banana walnut pancakes were good too. The classic diner atmosphere was very cute and made us want to come back. Service was also very friendly and quick. read more

A great casual diner for both breakfast and lunch, with an awesome location overlooking the Rockies. I had a delicious hamburger with crispy onion rings, while our party of seven enjoyed a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes. The food was satisfying all around, and it's definitely a perfect spot to drop by en route read more

Bland food, ok service. Nothing we ordered tasted that good. Disappointed it wasn't a great diner.

Through the service, the ambience is really cool really like the burrito like a breakfast burrito. Thought there peoples food look good too. Definitely a must try. You won't regret it. read more

Great prices and a 1950's feel. I got a breakfast burrito that had pork green chile sauce, egg, sausage, cheese...it was all very good and enough to fill me up. The shamrock shake was also a big hit. I came with a group and everyone enjoyed their meals. The Staff was great, and the bathroom was clean. read more

We had a very mice dining experience here. Our server was friendly and efficient, and we really enjoyed the pleasant dining atmosphere.

Food is fantastic very old school diner feel. Lots of options and in food and shakes. Definitely worth the trip

This place is like the holy grail of Monument. Amidst the small mountain town at the foot of the Rockies sits Rosie's. A true cliche in the form of diners. If this was on Triple D it would be the truest diner you've ever seen. Complete with little juke boxes on the tables. Daily specials are consistent. The waitresses and front of house seem to know most everyone on a first name basis. They spin their own shakes. Cmon this place is legit! You can see the kitchen staff busily working to prepare everyone's offerings to completion with the stereotypical 'DING'. My own plight is, as a diner, it is pretty pricey. You aren't getting out of there without a lighter purse/wallet. At any rate, if you're passing through def stop!! Bon appetite! read more

All Americana! It's the diner that you only see in movies now. Retro to the R! One of the breakfast places that open early. It's the basic. You don't come here for fancy or trendy stuff. You come here for sustenance. You leave almost happy and fed as we did a bit rushed! Staff were on top of it but a tad in a rush to get you started and going. Hurry up and wait! The very tall male staff that helped us had a date with Peggy Sue that I decided to forego my asking him about my beverage choices and went for water instead. The man had a date! Who am I to delay him? Anyways, I had the Corned Beef Hash with a +1 of a two stack pancake! Two eggs over medium and water.‍ The food is very average. The pancake especially had nothing special to it. Dry.dry.dry. Even with syrup poured all over it.( yeah cos that's how I roll. I pile them on). They got the eggs almost right. The hash is promising. Top side cooked and tasty. The corned beef? Canned. Big order. Will I be back? Why not? One annoyance doesn't and won't distract me. Although this place is going to be on my mental list of the last place I will go since there are many other choices around. C'est la vie! read more

Solid experience. Great diner music and ambiance, great service, the burger and "frings" were good and the price point is spot on.

Great food and service. Try the chicken fried steak skillet you won't be disappointed!

If you haven't been to Rosie's, I highly recommend you go to this diner. From the friendly staff and amazing food, it's a great place for family and friends. Built around that old school feel, I'll be visiting again very soon! read more

If you like diner food then this is the Mecca! Great service, great food, good prices and big helpings. On the way to Colorado Springs for the day we came here for breakfast from Centennial. Took about 40 minutes to get there. We were all nice and hungry! They have so many options you can get anything off the menu all day. The meatloaf sandwich was a favorite of my son. The gravy was rich and delish. There is plenty of parking and the bathrooms are nice and clean. It's an easy on off freeway spot so make sure to try it if your traveling on I25. read more

She said it was the best she had ever eaten! So cute and loved the theme. We also had an amazing server, I can't recall his name but he said he had been there for 16 years! We arrived with a large party of 12. We are never sure how well that will go on a Sunday morning. This restaurant went out of their way to combine some tables and give us a great place to sit. Our waitress, Jenice, was all smiles and incredibly good at her job. Drink orders were taken quickly and arrived just as quick. Orders weee taken with great efficiency and the food all came out at the same time. The food was hot, fresh and the portions were large and satisfying. The entire restaurant is clean and well organized. Even the bathrooms are clean and maintained. This is a local hot spot and I surely know why. Fast, friendly, reasonable prices and great staff. I highly recommend this eatery. read more

Dear Rosie's, YOU ARE THE BEST. You saved our party of 6 post-family-reunion breakfast from a total bummer of an experience. We had just self-ejected from another local business where we were treated with rudeness. You welcomed us with open arms. YOU RECEIVE 5 STARS FOR: * Friendly Welcome on arrival and quick seating during a Sunday Morning rush * Speedy delivery of menus, coffee and water after seating * Quick and simple explanations of menu offerings * Fast delivery of breakfast orders -- 3 of which were custom * Delicious, hot food prepared with attention to detail * Frequent staff check-ins that felt appropriate -- no hovering * Invisible coffee refills that didn't interrupt family catch-up and table dialogue * Reasonable pricing on all items (everything is almost 12.95 -- how easy is that?) * Generous portions * CHICKEN AND WAFFLES -- WHO KNEW I WANTED THAT? And, Finally, TAMARA, TAMARA TAMARA -- the world's best waitress. Thank you for kicking off our last day together with a warm and welcoming experience. We shall return. read more

Cute Diner but not impressed with the liver and onions and mashed potatoes that were too soft, almost on the runny side.

Fantastic service and good old fashioned diner food with some modern twists for the young ones.

Nice place that is busy on the weekends but the wait isn't bad. Standard bfast fare as well as diner stuff. They'll make your hash browns and corned beef hash extra crispy if you ask - a nice touch indeed. The pics of the various cars in the "pick of" was interesting to look at as well as the various local and not so local celebs who've stopped by. While the portions are large, the prices are a bit high - first meal of the day for 4 was about $75. Oh, and the big cinnamon bun is a softer type - some of our party were partial to this, rather than the one from Mountain Shadows down south. YMMV. read more

Arrived early on a Sunday morning to beat the church rush. Waited a half hour for TERRIBLE food!! It DID NOT USED TO BE LIKE THIS!! SAD! The hash browns were completely hard and inedible like uncooked pasta (I think they used dehydrated hash browns that they forgot to add water to...REALLY!) the biscuit was a rock hard hockey puck, the gravy was terrible, the sausage patties horrible, and the French toast was tasted like rubber. Nothing had salt or any flavor. It used to be wonderful, but we WILL NEVER BE BACK! A complete waste of money. Spend 15 minutes to drive to Black Bear Diner on Garden of the Gods Rd. IMPECCABLE!!! Shame on you Rosie's, where did your standards go? Out the door apparently! read more

Very cute old school diner. Definitely pay for the ambiance and kind service. Came during a lunch rush on a Saturday and had to wait 30 min for our food. The Turkey pesto croissant was delicious! Perfect amount of pesto mayo, and the croissant made it a special sandwich. My husband enjoyed his burger, but felt it was a bit overpriced. You get a lot of fries when you pick "frings" as your side, so we got to take some home. The bacon on both sandwiches was really good, nice and thick. We'll come try breakfast next time! read more
