Drove 45 minutes from Denver on Fathers Day to buy family breakfast. Ordered 4 meals - paid and waited. After about 10 minutes they asked me to pull up (there were 4 cars behind me at this point. After waiting 20 minutes since paying, I called the restaurant, spoke to a manager and asked why I've waited so long. The manager had no idea I was waiting or why. She said she would make it right. About 4 minutes later they brought out my food and said they gave me a cookie. SERIOUSLY. That was a slap in the face. If you feel a cookie is "making it right" after waiting 24 minutes for food, some additional customer service service training is needed. read more

Whataburger - Court yard - Fast Food Near Me - Monument, Colorado

The menu has lots of variety. I guess it's slightly better than basic fast food. The location is great with an outdoor patio and games. Perfect place to bring kids. They really messed up our order, and after waiting 20 minutes for our food, I finally talked to someone. The food had been sitting all that time. read more

They tried to charge me for ketchup??? Not extra ketchup. Just any ketchup at all. There are lots of other whataburger locations around here. Don't go to this one. read more

We've been to this location about five or six times now and every time it's great! The customer service is wonderful, the food is always hot n fresh, and it never fails to hit the spot. As two Texan transplants living in Colorado, this is a very happy addition to the state. It is def on par with back home! Pro tip: if you get a breakfast taquito, crumble one of your hashbrown sticks inside and top with picante sauce. It makes it even better! read more

Went here on 12/7/25. First time ever on a Whataburger. Staff was very friendly. Ordered the #10, which is a fried chicken sandwich. Fries were fresh. Sandwich was hot. Very good. Will try again another day. read more

Had never been to Whataburger before. Not disappointed. Decent value meal. Would pick this over In and Out any day. Also, the staff was really friendly and responsive. Addressed little things that needed attention quickly. I let them know ladies room ran out of paper towels and my husband used finished the last of the Diet Coke - both were taken care of before while we waited for our to-go order. read more

The on duty manager was a guy, his service was very rude and unprofessional. Was upset that my burger was made wrong and yelled at his team instead of being understanding. Slammed the receipt on the counter and rolled his eyes multiple times throughout the interaction. His team looked like they did not want to be there around him, unfortunately I did not get a name but he needs to be looked into and coached! read more

James manning an employee at this establishment was incredibly respectful and patient with us! We paid in all quarters and order total was 42$ and counted it all out :) . Make him shift lead! He deserves it or a nice payday!! 2 AM service btw!! read more

Denied a pregnant woman the bathroom, and the shake machine wasn't even working. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service. Couldn't hear us and had to repeat myself many times. Then had to wait for over 10 minutes for our food when multiple people after got their food right away. Don't recommend this location! read more

I think it's funny when people post negative reviews for fast food joints. I mean, come on, they're not 5 star restaurants, it's fast food. Set your expectations very low. That said, I was impressed by this Whataburger! Its brand new (which could also mean they're working out some kinks, keep that in mind). The dining area and bathrooms were clean. But really what I liked the most was the outside area. Fun chairs to sit in, corn hole and giant connect 4 games and room to run around. It's great for kids and good for dogs. read more

I had my family take me to Whataburger for Father's Day because it is my favorite fast food burger. The staff was so friendly, and the restaurant was clean. They nailed the order and everything was hot and fresh. The location also has a nice outdoor area for this awesome Colorado weather. read more

I gotta say it- these Coloradans need to put some respect on Whataburgers name. This location especially is deserving of 5 stars and I've eaten here multiple times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'll drive the hour from Denver just to eat here it's so worth the trip. Food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is great too. It's always clean inside and out. Also it's a vibe to sit outside when the weather is right to enjoy your meal while looking at the insane mountain views. Don't let the haters fool you, this location is legit! read more

It had been quite a day, involving a tire blowout and a long wait to get it repaired. Heavy snowfall gave the restaurant the aura of Christmas. It's Whataburger, so by definition it was open, but I had the place to myself. After a modest wait, I got to enjoy some warm, delicious fries, and a fabulous Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese. My drink was a little flat, but it was from ice melting - insulated cups were ruining the planet, or something. Anyway, it was exactly the kind of visit that keeps me coming back to Whataburger. Fan for life! read more

Do not go! Been in line waiting for food now 23 minutes. Still 4 cars in front of me. Not sure how a new place can't hire people to work

I've been to this location twice. I won't waste my money again. The first time I had to wait a long time, and I had ordered ahead of time on their app. The gravy they gave me was only about 2 tablespoons in a large container. It was the consistency of water, and it was not edible. The person who prepared the order had to know that was not acceptable. Today I ordered ahead of time again on the app. They weren't very busy, but I still had to wait in line for over 20 minutes. That is unacceptable. Service is quicker in a sit down restaurant. I ordered a hamburger without onions. It had onions. I ordered a chocolate shake. They gave me a caramel latte shake. I ordered a large size of onion rings. They gave me a medium size. Fast food restaurants should have timely service, and accurate orders. This location has neither. read more

Avoid this place. The food is just like every other location, but the service sucks. Better to go somewhere else unless you'd like to spend half a day there. read more

I have tried 3 times to get food here... thinking "Okay, maybe they need to work things out..."This was strike three. Why is this place even open 24/7? It took 3-4 minutes to get service at the drive up menu, and after ordering a simple cheeseburger with everything, I sat at the window for ten minutes simply waiting for someone to take my money and promise me a cheeseburger. After no- repeat NO- human interaction, I gave up and went home. I feel like the kid in the Suicidal Tendencies video- "All I wanted was a cheeseburger..." but yeah, I got nothing. The ambience is great, wish I could say the same for the food and the service. I will not darken your drive up with my presence again. I wish you success, but I don't predict it. read more

Great food and service. Fresh and fast. Keep it up. The views are great and outdoor patio is nice too.

20 minute wait for cold and stale food. Won't be returning. Step your game up you just opened

We really wanted to like this new restaurant. Went there last night for a burger and shake. They took our order in the drive through. We were the only car there. After pulling up to the window to pay, everything fell apart. The girl working the cashier left us waiting there for 10 minutes without at least opening the window to tell us we had to wait for something. One of the young mail employees was taking trips to the shake machine and gulping them down in front of us. If I was the owner, I would clean house...starting with the manager. It just looked bad, so we drove off with no food and will not come back. read more

Waited for 15 minutes behind one car this evening to get a burger and fries. I said that was the longest wait for a small order for the one car ahead of me. He blamed it on only having six people working. I asked if the food was still warm and he assured me that it was fresh even though I saw it sitting around on the counter while he was taking orders. Burger and fries were both cold and burger was terrible! It's obvious that the service and quality have gone downhill since opening. read more

Drove an hour here and its fast food, nothing too crazy. However, Karri was amazing and so sweet. We drove another hour today just because she solidified our experience the first time!! We went at 2:00 on a Friday and there was 1 person in front of us. It took 20 min for our 1 milkshake to come out. I don't know if they were training but the girl who took our order had no idea what I was talking about. When we got to the window finally the girl asked us what we ordered again . So I'm wondering where the order we had went?? Then she proceeded to take forever to process our card and make the milkshake ! So within the 20 min of waiting they didn't even have it made. read more
