I asked her to repeat herself once then asked her to please speak louder. She raised her voice and seemed very frustrated and angry, and slammed a cup on the counter and said (I think) "Here's your free water!" I asked to speak with the store manager who came to the counter and listened to my complaint. She apologized and said she would speak to Shannon about her behavior. It appears to me that training and supervision are lacking at this location and the disrespect shown to a senior (or any customer) speaks badly for the brand. I hope that Smashburger leadership might consider taking action regarding this review. I clicked food needs improvement in error, burgers are fine.

He talked to me about the difference between using a Groupon versus ordering online. We both use two different dipping sauces and neither one of us used up all of our sauces. When I went to pick him up, it was clean and they got me in and out quickly. We definitely will be going there again! We might try different calzones next time. I heard that they have a deal of the day with different calzones everyday, it's a great way to try new calzones.
