Its 5 guys, the food is as good as you have come to expect. Really nice restaraunt with nice outdoor seating. Just be aware they don't announce orders outside, so you will need to check. i'm still not use to a burger, fries, and a drink costing $20. read more

Chaos reigns. Our orders got all mixed up as they went down the assembly line , and required us to stand next to the kitchen area and monitor our orders. Meat was nice. And hot; it would have been nice to have a warm bun. But- the burger was good, the hot dog was good and the fries fresh and hot. More training is wanted in the kitchen.! read more

Ordered a shake and it took almost 15 minutes to get it. Watched 8 people who came in 3 mins afters us get their food before us. Luckily the shake was fantastic which saved my bacon because I got a hangry wife. But as someone who used to make shakes for years at a icecream store it takes only a few mins to make. But if they can be more consistent it will be a game changer. read more

Retired military.....Damian made me feel like I was at home. Great southern hospitality. He welcomed us in with a huge smile and was very polite. This is my first time here but it will definitely not be my last time. read more

Prices are high! Too high for the thickness of the burgers. That being said, they do load up the toppings if you ask for it. These are more "smash burger" style patties, but they are tasty. The fries are ridiculously overpriced, and for the portion you get, they are not worth the cost. The value here doesn't warrant return visits for me. This is a once in a while burger spot, in my opinion. Especially with In-and-Out right around the block! I can get 3 burgers for the price of one vs. this establishment. All this being said, they do offer complimentary peanuts. Which, if you wanna sit and hang out and chat inside, is a nice perk. There is plenty of parking in the rear and many shops, and the theater in the area will keep this spot open. Just wish the prices were more competitive. read more

My boyfriend treated us to five guys for dinner celebrating me, I chose this place because it had been a while since we came last, and I wanted a good burger. They greet everyone as they come in, and the staff were patient when looking at the menu. I chose the small bacon cheeseburger and added lettuce, ketchup, and grilled onions. They don't charge extra for more toppings, which is great. The burger is by far my favorite fast food burger! Cooked perfectly, juicy, and so falvorful! We all shared the large frie, there were so many, even more in the bag that we didn't even eat them all. I also got a strawberry shake with whipped creme, it was so good! Bits of actual strawberry in it and so creamy. This place is very expensive, it cost $60 for the 3 of us because everything is separate, they don't do combinations. This is why we don't come often, but the taste never disappoints. I also like how they have a sign telling you where they sourced the potatoes from! read more

A burger, fries, and a drink should not cost $20 especially when the fries were not fresh. Also they let some homeless guy come in get a water cup but instead sampled each soda and take a big scoop of peanuts after touching them, not a healthy thing to do. read more

Decent burger & fries, but WAY overpriced for fast food . I'd much rather go to STK and get their lunch burger or any other higher end restaurant that is cheaper or close to the same price as 5-Guys for legit burger ‍ read more

I visited and had a hotdog, small French fry and a small drink. The hotdog was very good. The fries were quite greasy. Here's the bad part....$17.58! Yes, $17.58. When I contacted the manager, I received a rather condescending answer about how they use the highest of ingredients. Why would I ever return when I could go to a sit down restaurant and eat a full meal for less. For example, I recently visited outback steak house. I had a steak, salad and a soft drink. My total was $15.77. That's $2 less than a five guys hotdog. No excuses. $17.58 is crazy for a fast food hotdog, period. Not recommended read more

Awful service the girl working tonight is so rude even the other customers said the same. It's not ok to have employees acting childish. I will be reaching out further. Not a professional place at all. I took a pic of my receipt so you can't take down the review. Reach out with a number so we can get things right. We are paying customers. I really enjoy a Five Guys burger when I want a good burger and don't want to go to a fancy sit-down restaurant. Five Guys does have a kind of fast food feel, but quality is way better. I will say though, that compared to a regular fast food joint, this place can seem a bit pricey, but when I'm really craving it... the price seems worth it. The menu is very simple but they offer good options. I've had their burgers, hot dogs, and grilled cheese. All are good in my opinion but you can't go wrong with a classic cheeseburger. My food always comes out hot and veggie toppings always seem fresh. They are also extremely generous with their fry portions! They give you your ordered portion and then, it seems as if they top your portion off with extra fries just for good measure. The fries are one of my favorite things to have here! And I really like that they offer a cajun spiced option and plain salted. Both are delicious. read more

The restaurant was almost empty. Service was good. Part of the burger was missing. French fries were the biggest disappointment! They were overcooked and there were only at most half as many fries as usual. read more

When Five Guys opened in town a couple years ago it instantly stole number one spot for best fast food burger in town. Hands down beats Culver's and any of their other competition. My usual go to is a double bacon cheese burger with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes and they never seem to fail to make me smile and dish out excellence. Their fries are banging and to boot if I'm feeling a little extra I tend to get one of their milkshakes which go perfectly with burger and fries. The most important thing I tend to take out of a restaurant experience other than leaving satisfied is also leaving not feeling bloated or sluggish. When I leave Five Guys I don't feel that way at all. Not too much food and not too little. Just makes the experience even better afterwards. read more

Honestly, 75% of the reason I order from Five Guys is the utter abundance of fries in the large order. I've hit six different states, and all Five Guys locations are incredibly generous with fries (and at nearly $10 for a large delivery order, they should be.) This location is the exception. Stingy with fries and toppings. Stingy with anything "extra" at all as far as I can tell. I don't usually take to Yelp to vent anger but rather, do so to encourage and reward. Except this location. They're a rip-off. Avoid them. read more

Reliable and consistently good burger. Our go to when we cant pick something for dinner. I have been craving a burger since lockdown. Finally one day, my boss gave me a grubhub gift card and so I tried this place. I cannot say enough about how delicious these burgers are! This is a pretty mediocre five guys. I'm use to a juicy burger but mine was hard last time I was there. I've been here maybe four times and the first three times were good, but now I probably won't be back since it's so expensive. My friend and I were craving burgers and fries and decided to grab a bite at Five Guys. I've been to other locations and my meal was always tasty and satisfying. Unfortunately last night at this location our burger meat was so crunchy and tasted so charcoally? It was not great at all, I couldn't finish my burger because it was so hard and the patty was very thin. I paid so much money here and I didn't even get to enjoy my cheeseburger. Definitely not coming back. read more

Pricey for a 'fast food' burger but the freshness is undeniable. This newer location on the East side of the Springs has had it's growing pains. We've been in several times since it opened. Many of our first trips resulted in calls to management to correct issues with the order (burgers on buns when ordered without and such.) Each time they were very nice about the mistake and made it right. I only post this as background, not so much as a complaint. But my most recent trip was fine, well except getting Cajun fries when we asked for regular fries with seasoning on the side. I love the seasoning... the wife, not so much. But we dealt with it. They did offer to make us fresh fries. We had to declined due to time. The burgers were fresh, hot and loaded just as we requested. We'll be back read more

When I went, it was very busy and the music was entirely too loud. I placed my order and they got it wrong. Had to get a manager. Then the manager got it wrong, again. He refunded me the difference and I took the wrong order and left since I did not want to continue yelling over the music and did not want to wait as there were two other ladies who had gotten their orders wrong in front of me waiting for their replacements. The food is good, but pretty on par with most other more expensive burger restaurants. Stars for the food. Staff need to work out the kinks. Maybe turn the music down. read more

5/15 ordered two burgers and fries. Received both burgers but one was smashed and half open at the bottom of the bag. It is a hard time to find good workers and I think it is something that is widely accepted. The staff here is some of the least professional you'll encounter in the service industry. I went for lunch and had the cheeseburger and medium fries. The fries were tasty, but not worth $5.00. They burger was good, cooked well, but did not leave much of an impression as far as flavor. Almost $30 for two people is pretty expensive for two burgers, fries, and two drinks. Better than McDonald's, but with all the choices of burger places here in the Springs, this is not the place I would pick for the "value". I had three ingredients on my burger: Grilled mushrooms, onions, and mustard. They put so much mustard on my burger that it was glopping out of my soggy bun. Kind of gross. And grease was dripping out as I was eating it. The fries were good, but overly salted and not fresh off the fryer. Overall, eh. read more
