Looking for a good fast food burger and ice cream look no further! They have an amazing butter burger, it's called that because they put butter on the buns and the buns are so sweet and soft. They do smash patties, so the beef is thin, making it easy to eat and cook faster. I like to get the double because I want more beef. I always get the meal and instead of a drink I swap for ice cream, they have concretes and sundaes. The difference is the concrete they mix the stuff together instead of just putting it as a topping on ice cream. I get vanilla ice cream with hot caramel mixed in, my favorite. They also do a flavor of a month, unique ones so you don't want to miss it. I always do drive through and they are genuinely pretty quick, on days they are busy and there is a wait they have a system where they put a number on your car and you pull forward and they deliver to the cars. It's very smart so that they can start cooking the other orders and not make the drive through backed up. read more

We love Culver's! Culver's is our In&Out of the Mid-West - and Denver too apparently since they have Culver's here in Colorado too. My best tip is to order online for curbside pick up and then you just tap "here" in your email or txt message once you pull up to the "Curd-side" (yes curd, Luke their yummy cheese curds) deliver parking stalls. This location was nicely maintained and adequately staffed Our food was ALMOST exactly what we ordered even with all the concrete mixer customizations. They just charged me for my grilled onions but didn't give them to me. Another bummer was that we had to wait 12 minutes longer than our curbside pickup window indicated. Our favorite items at Culver's are: -They're butter burgers (yum!) -cheese curds -pretzel bites (comes with cheese to dip in) -lemon ices (think lemon sorbet) -concrete mixers (add unlimited toppings to chocolate or vanilla custard - and unlimited as your budget provides their is as they charge for your third and subsequent topping - the first 2 are free) I'm conclusion, we love Culvers chain but this location isn't as great as others. read more

Johnathan in the drive through was amazing!! He was cooperative with answering all of our questions. When we pulled up to the window he made sure to explain that cross contamination can still happen even though they do their best to prevent it from happening(because I have a severe nut allergy). We often order at Culver's, and always order the Deluxe. Another regular is the cheese curds and cod strips. They want your food to be fresh, so expect a very reasonable wait. I prefer the drive thru because there's no convenient place to stand for waiting inside. With the car they hang a number outside, and walk it out when ready. The chicken batter has gotten too spicy for us. Sad. I love their house-made rootbeer. We stopped eating inside due to the tables not always being maintained, and let's be honest, after Covid we all do much more take-out than we used to. I don't want to pay Grub fees. If you do Grub or Uber-Eats don't stiff the tip. The gas and miles adds up. If you knew how many drivers quit due to the loss you'd know better. read more

Culver's Capel Hills is always a great experience. However, I made a huge mistake in bringing home a couple pints of their frozen custard. Apparently we can't live without it now. Culver's food is poor but their customer service is horrendous!! Ordered first time Sept 2, 2025. They didn't give the driver the whole order and Mgr said it was sitting on their shelf. She said too bad take it up with the driver. I called customer service in Wisconsin and she was as nonchalant as store Mgr. They don't care about ensuring the driver has the whole order! The burgers are pretty good. You get to order what you want on it which is nice. The fries are good. The concrete mixer was not good. I got a small and there was WAY too much mix in. If I wanted a mouthful of M&M's, I would go to the grocery store. My son had the same issue with his PB cup mixer. And frankly, Freddy's concretes are better. But if you aren't going for the custard, the food is pretty good. read more

Are the perfect, no they have messed up our meal before, get home and realize something not in there that you paid for. Ugh! 7 Apr 23 - ordered take out because today is Good Friday and we Catholics have to eat fish. I love their fish so I got their fish fry (3) pieces with onion rings instead of French fries and it came with coleslaw, tartar sauce and a roll. The fish was delicious but I thought the onion rings were not hot and we waited a long time for our order. They probably were out of the fish and had to fry some. Because the quality of food across Culver's franchises is very consistent, the speed and level of customer service were the focus of my visit today.. I was not disappointed! As a former Culver's employee myself, I was impressed with the genuine interaction I had with the employees, that I wasn't rushed at all and they made sure I had everything before driving off. In and out in less than 5 minutes. You will most likely have a similar experience as this is the 3rd or 4th time I've stopped for a bite at this location and had nothing but great things to say! The only thing I will make comment of is how Culver's is one of few fast-food chains that haven't made any sort of environmental changes to their processes, I.e still using styrofoam, plastic cups and straws, no sign of ecological impact consciousness or use of their platform to raise awareness. Welcome to Unambitious! I went to this Culver's drive-thru on Saturday for lunch. I waited for-evvvv-er after paying for my order. The lady who finally brought it to my car apologized for the wait at least. The double mushroom swiss burger was lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted at all. The beef patties were overcooked to the point of being beef jerky. There were three tiny slivers of mushrooms on the entire burger. The bun was dehydrated like a cracker. At least the fries were okay...the meager amount they gave me anyways. All I can say - for the prices they charge, they should try harder. read more

Come here on my lunch breaks and food is always fresh, hot, and flavorful. Staff has always been friendly too.

The dining room was closed due to Covid restrictions but the food and staff were good as always. This location is usually always busy but the staff are always on point so I have never had a long wait. Don't pass on it if there is a line and you want some Culver's cheese curds or a pretzel burger (my favs)! We have never had any issues here with our order being wrong and the staff at this location are always friendly. Kudos to whoever is running the show! read more

Not a bad spot if you're in the mood for some classic "Midwestern-style" (is that a thing?) fast food. My spicy chicken sandwich was adequate -- it actually had a nice kick to it -- but was ultimately forgettable. The onion rings were well-portioned, hot and crispy; one of the better rings I've had actually. Where the place really shines though...the custard I split a vanilla and midnight toffee (their flavor of the day) after lunch and I could've devoured a whole pint in one sitting. Creamy and rich, it's like "eating ice cream butter," as my fiancé said. Definitely will be back for some more sweet treats! This review is specific to the New Center Point location. While I have generally had very positive experiences with the Lake Ave. Culver's, I recently became quite ill after dining at the New Center Point location and suspect it was food poisoning. Some of the crew members I saw had a slovenly appearance, which suggests the possibility that hygiene might be an issue. Suggestion to New Center Point management: make sure your crew members are washing their hands frequently and thoroughly. You will get a bad reputation and lose business if customers become ill after dining with you. read more

The ambiance is just a regular road and inside they are tables for you too sit but nothing special really except for the prizes that you can get but collecting coupons from the kid menus. The food here is the most questionable for me the one time I came here an ordered a burger my go too is the chicken stripes by back to the sandwich I got it and it didn't have the top bun on it I was very confused looking in the bag and everything but indeed they did not have a top bun how could they forget that. The service is also questionable if your going through the drive through you could wait hours because of a shift change or it could be minutes due to the manager of the store and the people working there that time. This is literally the cleanest fast food place I have ever seen! I'd come back for that reason alone. Whatever the highest possible health score is, this place has to have got it. Ordered a gluten free bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was ready quick but clearly fresh and cooked to order. My husband and I love the Culvers by our house. (Off Tutt and Constitution. But today we were on this side of town and decided to stop into this location. Our cashier was extremely rude. I wont say her name here but the one with crazy hair. She was very short when taking our order, didnt ask what we wanted on our burgers. Just said okay and the total before i can ask for no onion. I went to sit down with our son and my husband finished paying and got drinks. He assumed I took the plasic number card but she never even gave us one for the table. He then said whe didnt even give him a receipt. One of the other much friendlier employees walked around and we mentioned our issue to her. She was apologetic and went to check on the food for us. She stopped by later to make sure eengot our food and everything was correct. I wish I got her name because she was a great employee unlike the unhelpful rude otherone. Unfortunately it takes one rude employee to ruin a location. With there being plently of other restaurants along this stretch of Academy we will go somewhere else for a while.
