Pretty disappointed in our first visit to Wnb Factoy, we decided to try this place over WingStop…read morebut not only were items from our order missing, almost everything was overcooked. There were a few fries and onion rings that were so overcooked they weren't edible and just tasted like crunchy oil. We ordered online and the food was ready on time however it wasn't busy enough inside to have so much wrong. On top of that, it was also expensive. If the chicken wasn't so chewy, the wing sauces were tasty.

I heard good things about them so I wanted to try them out. It wasn't to busy and it was nicely decorated on the inside. I didn't take long for the food to be ready. Obed the lemon pepper engagement. They were just right and crispy and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were good just didn't have any flavor. My husband enjoyed all the wings especially the honey hot. The key west was ok. It didn't have as much flavor as we expected but still great in taste. He also like the peach tea which was just right. The atmosphere was laid back if you want to eat in. So I would definitely be back for the lemon pepper wings!!!

Stopped by yesterday with a group of eight people. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived,…read moreand ordering was simple at the walk-up counter. They offer a lot of customization options for burgers, buns, toppings, and fries, which was nice to see. After ordering, you're given a number and can choose indoor or outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the temperature inside. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We asked twice if a window could be opened to help circulate air, and although it seemed like staff acknowledged the request, nothing was done. Eventually, we opened the window ourselves, and nearby customers thanked us because they were feeling the same way. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the food itself was disappointing. The burgers were just okay, and I only ended up eating about half of mine. The fries were very greasy, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting in oil too long. They do make their own ketchup, which was decent, but the ranch was watered down, and I wasn't a fan of the house sauce either. The restaurant is fairly small inside, so seating can feel tight, especially for larger groups. While I appreciate the variety of menu options and the indoor/outdoor seating, the overall experience wasn't enjoyable enough for us to return the next time we're in town.

That did leave us with a high expectation, which might be why we were disappointed. Overall, everything seems to be underseasoned. We all had different items off of the menu, and every person thought that the flavor was lacking and the cost was too high. The service was fast and accurate, and all of the workers were friendly and helpful. They did not have any issues helping us, knowing it was our first time. I would say that the most interesting part is their soda fountain. It's not like a typical Coke or Pepsi product. It's something more boutique. For flavor and uniqueness this restaurant deserves a three star. But unfortunately for value I think it's closer to a two star. We may try other locations but considering the price for all restaurants nowadays, we are likely never to return

The eatery is relatively small, a dive bar style counter and 2-3 tables for dine-in customers, but the vibe is lively. The guys working on the counter and kitchen are also very friendly. I ordered the green chili burger with chicken and it was DELICIOUS. Flavorful, juicy, filling. The fries (to be ordered separately) complimented the burger very well. My friends tried the famous OFB patties and liked it as well. Overall, a great eatery if you're craving great burgers and fries. I'll be back for sure!

The wafting smoke lured us in and we could not be happier with what we found. For sides we selected the baked beans, cole slaw, and potato salad. Heaping helpings of home made goodness! Of note, the beans were infused with that same smoke flavor that characterized the meats.
