WestFax has a great outdoor area and deck on the roof to eat, plus it's dog-friendly. Speaking of dogs, Prime also prepares and sells fresh dog food that my pup loves as well as burger patties. My go-tos in town are South Park for smash burgers and Prime and The Public House for more traditional, thicker, pub-style burgers. The fries are also killer...crispy and filled with flavor, you can really tell that they're cooked in beef fat. I'm not sure what's up with that other review, I've never waited for more than 10-15 minutes for my order and Michael's never been anything but nice to us. Do yourself a favor and swing by after a hike at Garden Of The Gods or Red Rock for burgers and beer.

I normally put ketchup, mustard, & mayo on mine, but was in a rush and didn't add the condiments. Frankly it did not need them! It may have been the best burger I've ever had fresh and juicy patty with crisp lettuce and onions. Just delicious. Don't get me started on the fries! Could have made a meal out of those alone. I hope to run into these guys again soon!

Found this food truck today (3/8/2026). I was pretty hungry, so I decided to give it a try. Many…read moreitems to choose from and it took me time to decide on something. I did get some suggestions from a customer who was waiting on their order. I decided on the Costillas BBQ with fries. It was really good, some type of sauce (not BBQ sauce), I think sesame seeds and the fries were like you would cook at home (real potatoes), but they are not crispy. I had Maracu-Mango to drink. The service is not fast, you could be waiting for a while, yet when you get your food and it is so nice and hot, waiting is not really that bad. They give you one of those buzzer things, so you will know when your order is ready. They have a few small picnic tables, but mostly people take their order to go or just sit in their vehicle to eat (like I did). It is a bit pricey. My order came to $25, but when you consider the price of various food items, labor, material, time and perhaps having to pay to use the spot they use, well, that is how it is. They do take cards and cash and perhaps some pay apps too, but I am not sure about the latter. Give them a try, they even offer DoorDash. My only suggestion is that they post the price of items just so people who are coming there not so often know how much items are.

They could not do a half n' half due to the different base sauces but luckily a co-worker was having the same dilemma. We ordered one of each and just split them. This greatly helped me out as I got to experience two pizzas for this review. This is a family run business and they work extremely hard for their customers. The line was pretty long but the ordering process went pretty quickly. They did seem to have a small issue with their oven temp. This slowed down the baking process some. Other than a slight delay there were no issues. Both the "Porky" and the "Green with Envy" were absolutely amazing! The wood fire added a great flavor to their amazing crust. It's been a long time since I have had a crust that good. I am adding them to my favorites and will track them down next time I am looking for a wood fired food truck pizza. Check them out. They are going to do big things in this area. Thanks for the great pizza!
