I have since emailed the branch and been told this is my issue I asked for it to be served this way... which i most definitely didn't. On top of this they have now posted me to their social media saying "well if you ask for it this way you get it this way" the customer service is absolutely shocking to the point of no return. Back n forward on social media with an established business is just wild. Unless you want an awful order and then dragged on social media for complaining rightly so don't go here. I tried a Deep Fried Mars Bar for the first time and loved it (I don't know what it reminds me of, but it's crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and hot enough to burn the top of your mouth). The star was definitely the Breaded Haddock. I've had fish and chips around the UK for much cheaper, but at a slightly higher price point you get a perfectly crispy piece of fish with double-fried chips. It's really more about the experience of being in a posh fish shop. It's packed with tourists, so you'll be handed a map of the city at the end -- which I found to be pretty funny given I was living in Edinburgh at the time and came with another local. But it's charming and certainly worth a visit.

That said there are a few things that I find a bit confusing, for example they cut the pakora in half before frying them (?), this can cause them to be a bit dry, but at least they are well cooked.
