So when we were heading towards Auchterarder at tea time it seemed like the Gods of overeating were smiling on us. 2 fish suppers and one mini fish supper later the car smelt awesome, it had gone very quiet, fingers were greasy and all was right with the world. The chips were perfection, proper chippy chips. Unfortunately, the batter on the fish wasn't quite crispy enough, another couple of minutes in the fryer and the batter would have done justice to the fresh, meaty fish within.
