My husband and I were recommended by my hardscape gentleman. I read reviews and searched through their website in advance to give myself an idea. I told my husband several reviews stated lack of customer service. I need to state the facts. We came in with a list of questions and everyone from the young lady at the register to the two gentleman behind the counter were impressionable. Kind, knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed. Needless to say we arrived around 4:35pm. We left with a printed estimate, recommendations and color samples. Not to mention they answered all of our questions. I've been going here for a few years since a fellow contractor suggested them. Always looking for specialty tools or stains. Well today I had to buy a tool that I didn't want too. Two sales associates helped me. Trying to get a returned unit to work. And also informing me on the workings of other professional grade tools. Super helpful. When is upper management gonna step in and do something about these individuals who have no business dealing with professional LICENSED contractors. First off they have very limited trade skills about the concrete industry and many of them dont even know what they carry in stock or have a clue how to use the products or tools. So be prepared to be on your own when looking for stuff here. I came in this morning about 6am and they had one guy at the counter "Miguel" with his Lack of PR skills and beeing arrogant towards the customers who are keeping him employed there. As far as knowledgable there's Chis but he needs his PR skills polished up. And then there's Peter who goes out of his way to help you but has limited knowledge of what the store has in stock. And dont even get me started with the rude assholes who are supposed to pull your order on the forklift. All as they know how to do is argue with you and show you how much they hate working there. But I can see why the bad employees are the way the are because management doesnt give a crap either, I tried calling and left voicemails for someone in management and they dont bother to call you back. I dont know who this David guy is who responds to the negative reviews here on Yelp but it's going to take more than lip service to straighten these bad seeds out who work here. Your not the only gig in town, there's plenty of specialty contractor supply houses out there that welcome your business. read more

I am sorry to leave this but they price gouge I bought Concret sealer the manufacture retail price was 75.00 for a 2.5 gallon container they charged me 152.00. I called and talked to a manager he said it was what it was. They would not adjust the price so return three for 499.00 with tax. Ordered 4 from the manufacturer for 400 with tax and delivery. Go to them if you like to get taken advantage of. Best of luck. read more

Very unprofessional people. To start off they don't know what costumer service is. They cuss and yell at each other in front of the costumers while helping someone. Secondly Juan the manager changes his mind on how he's feeling for the day. They sold me an incomplete tile saw and and made me go back in forth with them until I just decide to get my money back. Juan told me he would sell me a used tile saw they had in stock for $1400 and I told him I would give him a call back. I called him back and agreed on it. The next day my dad went in and juan told my dad it was $1495. I was really upset about this because he still said he was a man of his word after he clearly told me $1400 the day before. Juan ended up calling me a lair which is very unprofessional for a manager. Be ware everyone make sure you if buy power tools there you have everything you leave. read more

I got the best service and assistance in finding my material for my concrete extension project. I went to multiple masonry shops and kept being told they couldn't special order the stain I needed for my concrete. Xavier took the time to listen and call up the distributor for me. Met at World of Concrete convention. Had a great conversation with the owner. Placed an order and gave CC details and was told we would receive a final estimate the following Monday to process the order. Three weeks later, we have received no information. We have called over 5 times now to the company, and received no response! I can't imagine how a company stays in business like this. At the very least they should respond to tell us they can't find the order or don't care about the order. Completely unacceptable. read more

Someone broke in to my truck a couple nights ago, and cleaned me out Stole everything I use to provide for my family. Including my tool bags/pouches (which I bought here a few years back). I went to Roseburrough Tool because Lowe's didn't have what I was looking for. Imagine that. So I walk into Roseburrough tool and a store rep walked up to me and I asked if they had the concrete stain I'm looking for. He said "why yes we do, come with me". I liked how he took me right to it and I didn't have to search like I DID at other stores. I got exactly what I wanted at a very good price. And I appreciated him not trying to sell me something I wasn't wanting. read more

This place has the WORST customer service ever. We were overcharged on an invoice, and the monkey who answered the phone responded with nothing but attitude. I would love to say that this was a surprise, but they have 2 good people that work in the customer service area, and the odds of you actually dealing with those guys are slim and none. A huge shout out to Kevin. A sales rep pointed me to Roseburrough Tool. The order became a fiasco, but it wasn't because of anything going on with Roseburrough. The factory in GA and the sales rep repeatedly fumbled. REPEATEDLY. Kevin took my multiple calls. He did his best to get everything resolved. They delivered to my home in northern Los Angeles County 3 times. (I even offered to drive down there to save them the trouble.) They took my returns without a restocking fee. The delivery man was great. He tried to communicate what was wrong with my order the first time. He was right. I was right. We told Kevin, but no one listened to us. At the end of the proverbial day, they were great, and Kevin was my point person. read more

Everything you need for masonry jobs plus more. This is a masonry contractor supply house so their tools and supplies cater to contractors but the homeowner is welcome as well. The counter guys are use to customers that work in the industry so they can have a "hurried" attitude. Ask for help before going to the counter and you will most likely get someone who is more than willing to take time to work with you. On a side note, this place has mostly tools and hardware. So if you are shopping for landscaping supplies like gravel and pavers, you won't find much in the main warehouse. read more

Although it's a bit of a drive from south county, I always find what I need. Primarily come for Davis concrete color and tools for my crew, but they never disappoint. I came in last week for stainless steel kneeboards and they were out (actually a shocker!). However, they made a new set for me right then and there. Had to wait about 25 minutes, but I walked out with the exactly what I needed. They definitely went above and beyond!! read more

Worst costumer service , I had a list of tools that I needed (over 300) and they were closing . They couldn't wait 2 minutes because they were chasing me to pay so the can close at 4:59 pm!!!!!!!!!
