The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. He was quick to respond, sent over fabric samples and photos, and helped me get the sizing right without ever needing to visit the store. The linen suit was sent in the mail and fit perfectly- just needed to hemm the pants, but I've worn it to several weddings this summer and couldn't be happier with it. She has a true professional's attention to detail.
