Many of my friends had recommendations but I didn't feel like spending $400, so Yelp to the rescue, ONCE AGAIN. After reading Michelle's reviews and her quoting half the price, it was a no brainer! Michelle and her colleague arrived, they were super friendly and then got to work! Three hours later, my house was SPOTLESS!! Please hire these ladies if you want quality service and an AWESOME price. Oh yeah, tell them I sent you.. Lol!!

What I love MOST about this company is how personalized the service feels. Mehdi is easy to reach out to and He takes the time to listen, understand exactly what you want, and tailors the cleaning perfectly to your needs. For the price, the amount of care and detail they put in makes it worth every penny. And OMG the sweetest touch? They leave little treats at the end of the cleaning which totally made my day. Such a thoughtful company. I would definitely recommend!

I wanted a quote on a home I moved out of and provided a description of the work which included miscellaneous papers, and debris from the big move out and she mentioned she would need to put a hold on my credit card and take a deposit (which was not a problem) but I did mention that was odd. She responded, "Its actually not odd" and made several other comments. I personally have worked with many cleaning services and none have ever had a requirement outside of retaining a credit card on file. She then told me to "get a quote from another company" and hung up on me. I would stay far away from this company!

R&D Cleaning Service is amazing! I found them on Yelp because we were new to the area and didn't…read morehave anyone to ask and I was nervous, but we have been extremely happy with them. R&D's team has come to our home in Purcellville every 2 weeks for over a year. They deep clean our entire 3 bed and 3 bath house in an hour when it takes me a week. They are very friendly, thorough, efficient, and extremely trustworthy! I work from home, but if I didn't, I would have no problem giving them a key to keep. Marlene, the owner, is a great business leader and is completely on top of things. She communicates via text as to when they will be arriving the next day which is usually around the same time. If there is anything extra or different I want them to do, I communicate to her via text. But normally, there is very little to tell them-they clean everything and change any beds that have a clean set of sheets folded up on them. I work from home, so I post a sign in Spanish using google translate on the door of whatever room I am working out of that week and they don't disturb me and clean every other room. They are flexible with dates and respond right away if you are not completely happy with anything that has been done. My toilets are hard to keep clean because we are on well water and we don't have a top of the line filtration system. Somehow, they keep them white and sparkling which was something I was never able to do myself! We have brick floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room that are very hard to keep clean but somehow they do. I had them come an extra time before my in-laws came to visit and had them do a light cleaning plus clean the back porch. They did an amazing job and even cleaned the windows! They aren't cheap, but they are fairly priced based on their excellent work. I can't wait until we can afford to have them come every week!!! Some day! We chalk the expense up to mental health and marriage preservation-a PRICELESS luxury. Marlene can give you my number if you are trying to decide whether to go with them or not.

This is the second time I hired for a deep clean service with Emerald. I can't praise them enough!…read more The last time I did a 2 hours deep clean service during my pregnancy cause I couldn't bend down anymore, but my husband doesn't really clean the house well. They ladies came and immediately started to work on the bathrooms and kitchen. They were so quick but so efficient. Within 2 hours my bathrooms and my kitchen were dust free and sparkling clean. My bathtub has never been that bright clean even when I clean it myself. That makes me realized professional cleaning is different than your own DIY cleaning. So already then I knew I will hire them again. Fast forward my baby is a toddler who started to walk....the mess is even more chaotic. My family is coming to visit and I just don't have the energy to deep clean anymore... So I called and scheduled another 3 hours deep cleaning. During the call staff explained to me the rate for regular cleaning and hourly rate one time cleaning, offering a more affordable rate for me to consider. However my toddler still needs his afternoon nap and having them here to clean more than 4 hours won't work with toddler's schedule. So I did another deep cleaning hourly rate instead. It is a bit pricy.....until I saw the result. Every penny is worth that cost! This time the ladies cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen, vacuum the couch and cleaned entire level's floor. Wow. They once again went above and beyond. I didn't clarify what part of the kitchen needed to clean; she did it ALL. Even my vent hood is sparkling clean! (It was covered in oil gunk and dust!) I have a coffee machine stand in the dining room and she even helped organized and clean that area without my ask. It's definitely extra work for her - I guess even they are so fast and completed the task, they still make sure to stay the whole 3 hours to clean whatever else they can! I really appreciate it, especially as a mom now! Bathrooms are again clean and refreshing with their signature decoration toilet paper and towel - and they even organized the little shelf in the bathroom that were a mess. Everything is so clean and neat! My toddler was walking around checking on them when they clean, but they were friendly and still managed to clean everything within the 3 hours limit. I am so grateful I found Emerald cleaning and get to have them come out so soon for a deep clean. Even my husband is so impressed that he agrees if we don't do regular cleaning service later, we should always have them come to deep clean once a year - It is so worth it. They are definitely professional and experienced cleaning service!
