I got a few estimates from other concrete companies and Coastal Concrete wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, they were in the middle and what I thought was a fair price so I went with them. The crew of guys were great with the demo, worked hard and cleaned up after the day. The pour was on Saturday, everyone was on time and ready to go. This is the first time we've worked with someone who showed up on time every single day -- no excuses, no delays -- just consistent, reliable work. Oswaldo and his crew were extremely professional and clearly focused on doing the job efficiently and correctly the first time. Our situation was not simple. We had a retaining wall failure and, during excavation, discovered a pipe that we weren't even sure who it belonged to. Oswaldo went above and beyond by helping us navigate communication with the county and making sure we understood what was going on. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence.
