5 star company here We needed to repair our faded and chipped paint driveway. We had about 1100 square feet of driveway in need of repair. It was a big job. Don, the owner, was a very nice and friendly guy. No pressure at all. He came out and gave us an assessment and reasonable options for repair. His company had reasonable pricing and lots of great options. He does the work himself on site with his staff which is awesome. They were very thorough in their exceptional craftsmanship. They power washed the driveway and then proceeded to grind off the old paint. Afterwards the vacuumed the dust on day 1. Then they primed the concrete, painted it on day 2/3 and sealed it on day 4. The high quality textured paint helped prevent slipping when walking it wet. It's built to last decades. Don gave me daily updates and he was very reliable. Great communication! I was fortunate enough to have Don (The owner) reach out to me when I was looking for someone to clean up the horrible job another guy by the name of Jerry did for $500.00 and less than two years later it looked just as bad. Of course when you pay them CASH that should be the red flag because after calling Jerry several times he said will give me a refund, haven't seen a penny ! ! UPDATE: Don was straight forward on what he could do and how long I can expect it to be before we would need a touch up on the work he did....years away ! ! ! We actually made a change in midstream and Don said no extra charge. Power washing wasn't enough as parts of driveway had to be resurfaced also. The driveway also had different color tone Since I added more concrete to the driveway. Don just finished a grind & seal at my home garage in Del Mar a couple of weeks ago. It was my 2nd transaction with him. Over 2 years ago he completed a grind & seal on my warehouse floor at my commercial property in Kearny Mesa. Both jobs were a 10 out of 10 in terms of quality of job, pricing and the customer service element of working with Don. Whether it was responsiveness over phone, text, email or reliability of showing up on schedule and completion of work on time...Don was flawless. My wife is a perfectionist and a stickler when it comes to work done at our house. Even she is a fan of Don's now...and that's saying something. Based on my experience of working with Don a couple of years ago I knew he'd probably be the one to do my garage but my wife & I did get a couple of other bids. The other guys were knowledgeable and did instill some level of confidence but after Don visited it was clear he'd be doing the work just based on his professionalism and previous history of DELIVERING without any B.S. Oh...and his pricing was straight forward and clear as a bell AND it was THE BEST price...the cherry on top. Sometimes it's how contractors follow up AFTER the work is complete that really sets them apart...the little things. In Don's case that came into play when he and his assistant attempted to suspend my 2 garage doors off of the floor so the sealant could dry without issue. I have some unique garage door opening systems and, sure enough, things got a little wonky and the cabling system needed attention when the job was complete. Don told me without hesitation that he'd "take care of the expense" if I had a Garage Repair service fix things up. We were on a mission to beautify our driveway and carport, and after loads of research, Next Level met all our expectations. They were great in presenting the options, their color samples helped us with our selection, and their execution was timely and as promised. They also saved us in advance with a referral to help with a drainage issue.
