No job too small ~ Elias just finished a huge project for us building a terraced retaining wall. Ask if he could do a much small job for us. Needed a 10ft x 8ft pad for our outdoor shed. In and out in 2 days and their cleanup is impeccable. Highly recommend, will continue to use him for future projects. Thanks Elias read more

This was the third time using Elias and his team, and they exceeded expectations (again)! He completed a backyard and side-yard re-landscape with all new pavers, turf, retaining walls, irrigation, drainage, and even a fountain for us. We could not be happier with the results. Elias does it the right way and will not "cut corners ". All at a reasonable cost and timeframe. Thank you Elias! We love our new backyard. read more

We had this company send a guy out this morning to clear out all the overgrown foliage in our back yard that we are moving out of. We explained what we wanted done, and the man got to work. He had the tools to get the job done, unlike us, and was tidy in removing the cut down material from our home. The price was fair, and he was done in 2 hours. I would recommend. read more

I've used Elias for many different landscaping needs. Mostly tree services over the years with all my palm trees. I even started using him with my work since I've had such great experiences on a personal level with him. Elias has become a friend over the years and the last time he came over to pick up a check I owed him, he sat at my kitchen table and we talked family. Rare to find such quality people these days. Highly recommend his services on a professional and personal level. The last time I used him I called him with an emergency after. A palm tree fell on my house. He had guys there within hours and had everything taken care of. read more

Elias upgraded my backyard. He removed some old concrete and old fencing. He replaced the old fence with a new ipe wood fence. He also installed new belguard pavers where the old concrete was removed. Elias was very professional, hard working, and provided a good value for the work he performed. His quality and commitment to schedule did not go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend him for all of your backyard needs. read more

We had Elias and his team demo our old patio and install a new patio with pavers. We had turf installed, had our old fence replaced with a new fence, and had drainage installed. Elias and his team were great to work with and did a fantastic job. They were very helpful and even volunteered to help with some small additional tasks for free around our property. Overall, we were very happy with the job they performed and how fast everything was done! When we were getting quotes, they had the most competitive prices compared to their competitors. We have some additional work we want to perform on our house in the future and will definitely be contacting Elias and his team to perform this work based on the great job they did for us. read more

Elias was hired to provide stairs and walls on our side yard. Make sure you have a written proposal indicating all work agreed to be done. This will eliminate any problems later on. He and his crew showed up and we were very pleased with his cement and masonry work. The crew that came in for our walkways and stair cement work ,the day of the pour for the finish work, were top notch. I would have given 5 stars if Elias had been honest with us about the fact that he had no idea how to install electrical lights in the walls. We purchased expensive lights that were meant to be hard wired in the walls surrounding our 2 staircases he built. We requested the wire be placed in conduit for easy repair, if needed. Instead, he buried the wire under cement (used to grout the wall). That had to be redone. We also wanted 2 switches one at the top of the stairs for the lights, and one at the bottom. He used electrical wire in conduit that was meant to be buried in the ground, so it was too wide to install another wire. Two wires were needed to achieve the dual light switches. My husband had to redo all the wiring himself. Thanks to my husbands' knowledge of electrical wiring we achieved the desired effect. These errors cost us time and money. Elias is terrific for masonry, look elsewhere for any work that is too complicated beyond the basics. . read more

Elias & crew installed a 44ft keystone retaining wall, new sprinklers & sod in our backyard. He was quick to answer my request for a quote. Stayed true to his quoted price & eta. Each day him/his crew showed up on time & worked hard. We were shocked at how much they accomplished on their first day. It is always helpful to get everything in writing as far as a checklist of what you ate requesting to be done so that there is no confusion. read more

I needed to install around 4,000 SF of landscape and Elias was very responsive and helped me design a project with my budget in mind. He gave me a competitive number and was very responsive to all my concerns. Moreover, when it came time for construction, Elias was on time and did his work within proposed timeline. After construction, Elias was very responsive to any additional items I needed (like replacing manual irrigation valves with automatic and repairing landscape after painter) and even provided maintenance work to care for my newly installed plants. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to use Elias for my landscaping needs and my yard now looks amazing. read more

So, let me start by saying Elias will not let you down on a masonry/cement job. He did our backyard, and his price was very reasonable. He walked us through the process of what to expect and he provided his expertise when we had questions on what we wanted to do with our backyard. That stated, I would just make sure that you ask upfront what his payment terms are. I think it threw us for a loop as I was expecting payment after the job. We did arrive at an amenable agreement, but it should have happened at the onset (lesson for both of us). I would also say that while his communication is good, he was a bit inconsistent when the schedule had to be tweaked (outside of his control w/r/t when cement company was going to be available) but I would have appreciated knowing that there was a date range we had to work with, and not a fixed date that kept changing. He tries his best to make the customer happy, and he works hard. It's a family-owned business so I will definitely use their services again. read more
