OK A few years ago my wife and I stopped by here and while the food was good the service was poor and the features were worse At the time i said there was no real reason for anyone to come back. Well a few years later and we gave it a try and was pleased to see they had fixed the problems. The seats have been recovered and no longer are more patch than cover and they seem to have gotten rid of the clueless waitstaff and replaced them with someone who clearly knows what's she's doing. This isn't haute cuisine but it is good solid comfort/bar food at a good price. It always was that but since they've taken steps to fix the issues they had, it's well worth a stop.

Absolutely fabulous! I had the grilled 6oz filet and it was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Magnificent!!!

Good hot food, served extremely fresh and large portions. Desserts were disappointing. Chocolate lava cake was moist and piping hot but the apple pie was served cold and was unappetizing. Mask wearing indoors was so-so. Strong AC but there is no outdoor dining so I'd hope to see staff taking better precautions. We dined in around 4pm expecting it to be quiet. But there was football on....

Had a wonderful lunch there last weekend. First off we love the vibe of this place. There is a mix of pieces salvaged from an old church in Philadelphia that was being demolished, along with a MCM decor. The bar is beautiful, and the drinks very good. I had the thanksgiving sandwich with apple slaw, my husband had soup and the burger. Everything was fresh and delicious, and my husband is a burger snob ! We had excellent service from our bartender, prices were fair, and it was overall great experience. I see us returning many times in the future.

When our party arrived, we sat in a place that would be good with the dogs, because their was another dog near the entrance. My friend had asked for a high chair and the high chair arrived beyond disgusting. We were all grossed out by the state of the high chair and our table - no one wiped it clean or did anything. I helped and cleaned it for my friend and the picture that I posted is after the fact it's been wiped. Please imagine how bad it was before I wiped it with 4 sanitizing wipes. The waitress, Becky came over and asked if we're ready to order, meanwhile she saw our entire party wiping the tables and high chair and never once offered to clean it. She didn't even understand that we haven't looked at the menu because we're too busy doing the restaurant's job to offer a clean environment to eat and dine. She seemed annoyed that we weren't ready and left and turns out the other dog was her daughter's and they were there hanging out. She, of course seemed more cheerful there, then she was with our party that just sat. We haven't done anything to annoy her besides just arriving. The restaurant did provide water bowls for the dogs, but no one really seemed to be happy to see dogs being there, so not sure why this place would be a great place to take dogs. I just really thought all the staff here would all love dogs. I didn't taste the smashburger, but it was flagged that it wasn't a true smashburger, since there wasn't any crispiness or thinness. It was just a regular burger. I got the mussels daily flavour that was "Thai" - decent, but a lot of the mussels came closed and not sure why it would be "Thai" when they used jalapenos as their heat. Shrimp Basket - not great. Very disappointing experience - wished I didn't pick this place and wasted a meal here for the sake of wanting to bring my dogs to a place where I thought would be a great place for them.

(I guess they are a thing in New Jersey... or maybe just in that area?) I got an orange one. It was fabulous!! So dang delicious. I asked how it was made and the waitress said that they use fresh squeezed OJ and house made triple sec. I'm certain that made the difference! It was also made with Kettle One Orange vodka. Against my better judgement, I got a second cocktail, and not the same thing. *so sad* I got a blueberry cosmo. It was fine but it wasn't amazing like the Orange Crush. My husband got a steak salad. There was legit a WHOLE steak on there! He enjoyed it a lot. I had a couple of bites and agree it was really good. I got the pulled pork sandwich, that was also tasty. The homemade potato chips were yummy too. The next visit, we took our son around brunch time. We all decided on breakfast that visit. I got another Orange Crush *yum*. We all enjoyed our breakfast. The potatoes that came with my breakfast sandwich were so flavorful! I highly recommend eating here.

Last summer was my first visit after seeing some friends recommend and following them on social media. We had their longboard wings, veggie wrap and jerk chicken wrap. Everything was DELICIOUS! My dog was thrilled as you can see by one of the pics =) On this visit I tried the wrinkled green been app and the St. Croix chopped salad. Both were very good. My dog ordered the kids burger plain with no bun. He had no complaints! I stole his fries which were yummy. Luke was our server on my most recent visit. He provided excellent service! The pet-friendly courtyard had café lights, comfy seating, and '80s soft rock playing--I liked it. Our party agreed that the food was so-so. Vegetarian and gluten-free options like a burrito bowl were available. Loved that their self-serve water was out of a tap with the same handle mechanism as a beer tap! Shocked to find out a martini flight (totaling two drinks' worth of alcohol) was $38! I got one espresso martini instead and it was really a watered-down "latte martini"--sweeter and less coffee flavor than others I've had. Service was neither particularly good nor particularly bad, but overhearing the [manager? owner?] telling a fellow customer that he was "mad at" the bartender for being late to work that morning left a bad taste in my mouth. You shouldn't share your employees'/coworkers' shortcomings or mistakes with customers, and you shouldn't be "mad" at someone for being late to work (because it's not a personal affront, and because everyone is late sometimes). We felt that, while it had a nice atmosphere, we could find better food and drinks not far away.
