Picture looks better. $7.95 Pizza - Maybe we should have got the thin cracker crust because the next pizza up was the double dough (I guess our bad) that was too dry and doughy. Not airy and light. Cheese on top of toppings was very thick. Too much for us. It was the Pepperoni Supreme. Sure didn't see or taste pepperoni. $25.95, totally not worth it. This is a small town Italian pizza shop. Limited seating and does get very busy. We ordered a thin crust, pizza and lasagna. The lasagna was fabulous. The thin crust pizza was delicious. However, it had way too much cheese on it. Our server seemed very distracted and not very knowledgeable of the menu. The napkin holder on our table showed a dessert sampler platter which we asked her about and she had no idea that it even existed. At the same time as she was giving us our check. So she completely missed the upsell of offering us dessert and seemed to want to rush us out. Overall, I would give it a 3.5 stars out of five. What happened here? No Chicago Vienna hot dogs, no RC cola. Yes, their pizza is good. Sandwiches are good with the exception of when you ask for sweet or hot peppers, where are they? I ask other people their opinion , usual remarks are made that the price has gone up, the quantity/quality down. I'm a Chicago native and Rosatis was part of our family dining for years. Always get the thin crust in Phoenix and did the same up in Prescott. Pizza is always consistent, esp the obvious cheese, sauce, crust. Added side Italian salad and everything was crisp & fresh. 12 inch GP, Onions, Mushroom for delivery. It's very nice inside with an average seating area. I have had Rosati's from other locations and this lived up to the quality that I am used to. The pizza was amazing. Excellent pizza. I have gotten takeout twice now. The thin crust pizza was excellent, so much so we went back to try the Chicago deep dish pizza. The deep dish was also very good but I think I will go back to the tavern thin crust when i go back. The staff are friendly. I've lived here 9 yrs and my biggest regret is not having come here sooner! I've had amazing pizza from all over, but this is by far the absolute best!! I'm sad that I had never been here before. What a sheltered life I've lived allowing myself to eat sub par pizza from dominoes or that other place. After this nothing will ever taste good to me. Ordered through DoorDash with a quoted delivery time of 50-60 minutes. After an hour I called and was told they were backed up and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Called again later and was told it was "on the way." Total delivery time ended up being 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pizza and salad. Poor communication and missed expectations. Over the New Year holiday we had guests from out of town. We ordered a large Chicago Deep Dish pizza (1/2 and 1/2) for take out. Called the order in and the employee on the telephone was spectacular. She made sure everything was perfect, added the discount, etc. Picked the order up in about 45 minutes and everything was ready (and hot). Everyone liked the pizza and our guests took the left overs home. The only thing I would change next time would be to order 2 small pizzas instead of one 1/2 and 1/2. We bought two pizzas Chicago: deep dish with chicken and meatballs and one thin crust with chicken and jalapeños. The deep dish felt like it weighed three pounds! Lots of toppings, awesome, flavorful sauce - by far the best pizza we have tried here locally. My wife likes thin crust and spicy and our order here didn't disappoint - again generous amounts of toppings and a very crispy, thin crust. Over all a 4.5 star experience (cost $57 for two pizzas that we picked up - expense takes off half a star). Service was good, cheerful and she encouraged us to come back and try other menu items! Regarding order for delivery. Do not rely on their computer system to tell you when it is going to be there. It can be off by hours. In addition the pizza came cold and part of it did not have cheese. I think we are done with what used to be a favorite place. When you have company and it takes over two and 1/2 hours. When their system finally says it will be there between 6:40 and 6:50 and it gets there at 7:30 time to say "we are done" One more poorly run restaurant off our list. read more

Disappointed by the slice of pizza they offered for their lunch deal. Purchased the jumbo slice and soda deal, the slice of pizza was clearly not fresh. Cheese was burnt and crust was extremely tough. Secondly, their deal does not include Chicago style pizza which makes no sense if you advertise yourself as a Chicago style pizza restaurant. There is nothing to say about the actual taste since it was very difficult to get past the texture. Service was fast probably just trying to get me out the door with old inventory without pause. We ordered the Meat Classic thin crust pizza, the breaded mushrooms, and a small Italian salad. Everything was delicious and our server was friendly and on top of our need for refills. The sauce was a basic canned marinara sauce. The server was a college age guy who was clearly only there because he wanted a job. We frequently go to Rosati's and arrived there today to use a pizza deal and the lady, maybe owner, rudely said that they cannot use the coupon deal because they already had to many orders. Mind you, I went in at 11:15, place is empty and they open at 11. Did you not know that you were going to have a lot of pizza going out, when you create a 3.50 pizza deal???? If you can't or won't honor a coupon, don't give them to your loyal customers. They lost us for good!!! read more

The pizza is tasty, and there aren't many other deep dish options in town. But they aren't super concerned with customer service. We ordered a pizza for 5 pm pickup and arrived at 5:05. The manger tells it will be be another 20 minutes and blamed the cook for not starting the prep on time. He offered to have the pizza delivered without charge. So we head to the house, 2 miles away. At 6 pm I call to ask when our pizza will arrive and am told the driver left three minutes ago. He arrives ten minutes later. And it had clearly been tipped on its side when it did get to us. Never got my pizza would not resolve the issue and then they charge my card two more times which is got declined. So glad we decided to walk here for dinner tonight. We had the best server, Savannah. She was super friendly and got our food out while it was still hot. The food was also amazing! My husband had the Italian beef sandwich, with hot peppers and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. We shared French fries. We'd heard about Rosati's and really wanted a deep dish pizza. We felt super welcome the minute we got there. Got a little tour of the menu and we ordered our pizza. As a nice surprise, They brought out some pizza dough bread stick snackaroos with some marinara sauce for dipping, saying that the deep dish pizza takes more time and thought we'd enjoy the snack...(also some honey at the table which was an awesome flavor profile as well).
