Tried ordering pizzas, went on their website and placed our order. Order went through and oyr account was charged. 20 minutes later and the order gas not been updated at all, so we call the store...they state there is no evidence of an order...except we have a charge and an order number. Their solution, reorder they will charge us again and maybe they will refund the money but no promises. They had been better for the last couple months, but they are back to being unreliable with crappy customer service. read more

Positive first: Delivery was on time and perfect. But Then... I opened the pizza box. Yes I asked for well done... it was charred... yes burned around the crust and cheese was black and burned. The pepperoni had to be searched for. The mushrooms were ok but where was the pepperoni ? Two pieces on each slice of pizza? Really? This was supposed to be to be NY style. Not, oops we ran out of pepperoni . So I ate around the burnt parts. And then went for the chocolate chip cookie which was crunchy STALE. So with taxes, delivery fee, tip my total was around $35. Burnt pizza and stale cookie ... worst Papa John's experience ever. No survey sent, no number to call to speak to the manager. It appears they are understaffed. The crew working seemed polite. It took approximately 40 min when I was given a 15 min estimated time. I arrived about 20 min after my order and asked if it was ready. The worker stated he just got to working on it and needed about 10 min and it would be ready. I came back after 12 minutes and another worker stated it hasn't been put in the oven yet. I looked and saw my pizza in the same spot that the other worker left it in. She stated it need approximately 9 minutes. So I said I would be back again. I placed my order online. Maybe they were just having a rough time or it wasn't their day but this has happened before which is why I'm giving a review. read more

Ordered from Papa John's today for delivery in Prescott Valley. The delivery was great. The pizza was not! It was the worst pizza I have had in years. We ordered the works with thin crust and the crust was burnt black. There were a couple slices that only had cheese on them. Not exactly the Works! Hello, I had heard good things about this store. The one experience I had is anything but that. I ordered a gluten free pizza custom ordered with 3 toppings. When my family member showed up and picked it and brought it home. When I saw it it had no toppings. I called the store concerned that they since they messed up a mobile order and charged me for toppings that weren't there that the gluten free crust may also be wrong. They said "oh well sorry" did not try to rectify the situation hung up. Even when educated on the celiac gluten free allergy. We then went into the store and asked for a remake. They refused. Refused to do anything correct. We had to pay again for another pizza on Mother's Day and throw the first one away. Horrible, unpleasant staff. Don't waste the $40 dollars when you can get it cheaper and better somewhere else. Horrible. Just horrible. read more

Got the stuffed crust and a regular large 2 topping. The stuffed crust was light in color and had to put it in my oven to cook longer. For both pizzas we spent $30. Definitely wasn't worth it. I could've just baked a DiGiorno Pizza for this quality of pizza. The delivery man was great, he followed COVID guidelines. read more

Delicious pizza. The spinach Alfredo pizza with chicken was awesome and they delivered it within 40 minutes on a Saturday night. I live 15 minutes away from the store and the pizza was still hot. The 6 cheese cheese sticks are wonderful. One time the pizza came a few minutes later than expected and the next day, the manager personally called me to apologize and tell me they appreciate my business. I will continue to order all my pizza from there because the staff is friendly and want to see you happy with your purchase. read more

I ordered a thin crust large pepperoni pizza, when I opened the box what I saw did not look like any thin crust I've ever seen, it was a regular pan pizza. So they got the order wrong. To the pizza itself, ehh, the flavor was just okay but it had way to much sauce. The cheese was not melted all the way, which is a huge pet peeve of mine, please cook pizza to doneness, nothing worse than doughy bread and mealy unmelted cheese. this place is a joke! we ordered 2 large 2 toping pizza's at 6:30pm. We were told it would be about 40 minutes (we understand as it was Thursday night opening football). We called to try and add wings at 7:15 and they said our order was already out on delivery.........8 pm rolls around and we get a call saying they could not deliver our pizza because they could not get into our neighborhood gate....I reminded them that they had our gate code on file as they have delivered to us before......"Oh I see that now.." I was told their delivery guy does not have a phone so he could not call us to open the gate for him. I asked them if they would please get our order out to us and even asked if I could add wings since they now had our already cold pizza at their store vs out on delivery. I was told sure but I will have to charge you for the wings. I said fine and asked how long...... her reply, "about 45 minutes to an hour".... two tries with this place. two orders wrong. its not that hard. twice told by the guy taking the order that he was having a hard time working the computer. Train your employees please. The first wrong order was messed up twice ordered a thin crust peperoni/beef thin crust, 1st pizza delivered had no pepperoni even though it said it on the paper, after calling got a THICK crust pepperoni/hamburger delivered. Just said forget it and took what we got ) : Tried again a week later. Got a cheese pizza, not the sausage/mushroom we ordered. but they DID get the crust right. again waited for the delivery of the right pizza. took the guy 20 minutes after the call that they were leaving. The guy made a BIG deal out of us getting our FREE pizza, really? we had already paid for it. NO sorry it took so long, sorry we got it wrong. just a stupid grin on his face.
