Thursday, at Prescott Valley, AZ. store, bought a Large Thin-Crust 'Cowboy" for $20+ (I paid $17 last time). Baked per instructions. Was shocked as the crust was too thin like cardboard...hard to chew and edges snapped like brittle candy. Very sparse toppings, dry and unappetizing. Embarrassed serving to my guests; each only ate 1 piece, no seconds. Threw out 1/3 of pizza. Very disappointed. Always loved P.M.'s but will not order again. Have been customer for 15 years. We've had better pizza from the frozen market aisle. read more

Great staff, good thin crust, but the so called "gourmet" sauce tastes like mayonnaise. I love pizza but I threw this out. And when I called to ask them what the sauce was made of, and said I was throwing the pizza out, the staff member just said "Okay." Honestly, the weirdest, worst experience ordering food. We placed an online order and went to pick it up. The store was open, but the door was locked, and the two girls working inside saw us at the door and ignored us. I thought maybe we were at the wrong location. Got back in the car and called 2x, went straight to voicemail, which was full. My husband called, they answered and he told him we were there. They unlocked the door, told us the door was never locked and we must have tried to open it the wrong way, then told us they saw us at the door but weren't going to come see what was going on. What?!? We got our food and are now home baking it. It smells good, but we won't go back. That was just a bizarre experience! read more

I arrived 10 minutes before opening and decided to wait instead of coming back. When I walked in the music was blaring and person at register was asking me something. I am profoundly hearing impaired but with very expensive aids and lip reading I can manage. Neither option was available and when I said 3 times "I cannot hear you!" No attempt was made to help. So I didn't get the 3 pizzas I needed for my lunch party...I walked out and went to another pizza store. THERE I got service and the clerk made sure I could hear. Never had a problem before but when you pay for an order ahead of time, then go pick up order & they close early , no one even in store , is juts not right not a phone or email or anything to a customer when they are closing early knowing a paid for order had been placed . Just pretty sad to not even call or email customer or anything .. customer service is key for any business . Just disappointed ! read more

Called in an order, told them I'd be there right at 9pm, and arrived promptly at 9pm to see the lights off, door locked, and an employee finishing wiping windows and walking into the back. Knocked on the door and waited. No one came back out. Called but no one answered. Knocked again, then called again, and finally someone answered. Said I had called in an order and was out front waiting to pick it up. The employee (who could see me while on the phone) said they'd already shut the register down and couldn't do anything. I could see my pizza sitting on the counter. Guess they wanted it more than wanted to provide decent customer service. Hope it was tasty - I won't be back... read more

Haven't had a bad experience here yet! Continuously finding coupons on the Internet and also signed up for their text alerts. Called in an order for pick up on a Tuesday. On Tuesdays they have any large pizza for $10. Called in my order to be picked up at 8:45 knowing that they close at 9. Had no problems picking up my pizzas. Had so many toppings on it I wasn't sure if it would cook properly. Came out so delicious! My daughter and I have decided this is the only way to do pizza ever! You get to pick your toppings and cook it at home so it is Superfresh! read more

We've been getting your pizzas since we discovered you a few months ago and have loved every bite. The crust bakes perfectly and the toppings are generous. Every time I've gone to order/pick up a pizza everyone has been friendly except for the person taking the order on today's visit. Probably just a bad beginning to the day. The young man had to go in the back and get her so she was probably busy. At any rate, terrific pizza and it won't stop me form going back again and again. Was pleasantly surprised. People have often said try Papa Murphy's but I have put it off for years thinking how could taking raw pizza home to cook be any good. Well as far as thin crust pizza goes this was pretty good. Nice and crisp crust with plenty of toppings. We had The Cowboy, at moms request. Restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and very pleasant. My only two complaints would be the pizza needed a little more sauce and they sell Pepsi not Coke read more

I ordered pizza twice online and both times the toppings weren't correct. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and they randomly put bacon all over it so I couldn't just pick it off. I let it go. The second time we ordered a family size pizza for my family they left off the meat but we paid for it. They are nice but disorganized. The manager, Tommie, offered a credit for a dollar for my next order. There won't be another next time though. read more

I've bought PM's pizza in various locations throughout the western US. This location in Prescott Valley AZ puts about 1/3 of the quantity of toppings that all the other locations do. The proprietor is obviously trying to maximize their profit while serving an inferior product. The standard crust is even thinned out to maximize their profit. The tomato sauce was so thin, it was barely present. I'll try the location in Prescott next time. read more
