I was disappointed after reading good reviews on line. I ordered a calzone and side salad for take out. When I arrived at the restaurant I was excited to see how it was decorated with family photos. That made me think I was in for a delicious meal using old family recipes. First of all I was shocked at how small the side salad was and that I paid five bucks for it! The calzone. At first glance I was pleasantly surprised. It was huge and cooked perfectly. But when I cut in to it it hardly had any filling. Barely any cheese at all. Every time I have this pizza it's like I have to give them instructions on can you even it out, can you make sure it's not too dark, ect. This time it's dark and burn on one side of the crust. When I've been in the restaurant it's been great. It should be the same when you pick up and carry out. Needs to have stability in how it's made. It's a good pizza and a god chain. Not going to lie, I was super stoked to try this place. Ordered hot wings, a whole pie with half different ingredients on one side specified. The wings came soggy and the wrong flavor. And the pizza was covered in the wrong ingredients. While the ingredient were wrong, the flavor was delightful, as was the crust. I fully support local business and would like to try them again, what are some good suggestions? We did DoorDash, and I have done my best to account for that in my review. We tried cheese bread, a thin crust, and a deep dish. I was a little surprised. The deep dish was not what I was expecting- the crust didn't quite line up. I love a good crust and this crust needed sauce. It was terribly dry without. It didn't appear over cooked in any way, just like that was how the crust was made today. The rest of the deep dish wasn't quite up to par and definitely couldn't make up for the crust. The cheese bread was more of the same. Needed to dip it - too dry left to it's own devices. Decent flavor though. The star was definitely the thin crust. Nice and crispy. Good pepperoni distribution. Speaking of the sauce - good flavor, but not great. If I went somewhere and someone had ordered Rosati's, I wouldn't complain. I was so excited to try Rosati's, as I love Chicago-style pizza, but I was disappointed in the end. My husband and I ordered a pizza to share, and my son ordered pasta. When the pizza came out, the server apologized and said the kitchen made it the wrong size. He offered an appetizer as compensation. A few minutes passed, and I had to flag down the server to ask where my son's pasta was. He looked shocked, which worried me. A few minutes later, he came out with the pasta, but it had the wrong sauce! After my son ordered, I asked the server if he heard the "alfredo sauce" part of the order, and he nodded yes. I don't think he heard half of what we said since the music was so ridiculously loud. Eventually, the pasta came out, but we ended up taking it to go since my husband and I had finished our food. Overall, the food was just okay. I prefer cornmeal crusts, which they don't have. The server and manager tried very hard to make up for all the service issues, which I appreciated. Otherwise, I would have rated them much lower. A final reminder, don't come if you want to have a conversation. It is just too loud inside. read more

I just want to let everyone know that I got my pizza for takeout and the pizzas were made on time and the lady at the front desk was nice. What I will say was I ordered the Rosati's Monster Pizza and it was pretty good. the one complaint that I do have is each piece of pizza which is a small 4-inch by 4-inch square piece had around 12 to 16 pieces of onion that were fairly large. I do like onions but not that much! I'm not sure why this was but you had to remove most of them off of the pizza to make it worth eating. Went there last Saturday about 7:30. Loud bar crowd that were not eating, only drinking. No waiter, just a bartender. Took 15 minutes for her to take drink orders. We ordered meatball sandwich, Greek salad and side salad. 20 minutes later we got the two salads but no sandwich. 15 minutes later I received meatball sandwich which was cold. She did not bother to refill drinks. Then I had to go to end of bar to get the ticket and was rudely asked why I was up there, what did I want by the manager. I told him I would like to pay my ticket unless it was free that night. We have gone here before during the day and food was okay but never any wait help. To much competition in pizza market for me to go back here. Either run a bar or a restaurant, but you aren't doing very well right now. I love the food here. I keep coming back over and over. The problem is the service. It is always sub par at best. The first time I wanted to order a specialty pizza and remove toppings, yet was willing to pay the full price. I was told I could not edit the pizza. I said I was still happy to pay, just wanted the pizza the way I wanted, still no. I was put out, but ordered. It was great. We have been back no less than 10 times and love the pizza and cheesy bread stix. We just know we are going to wait. I just keep hoping they will get it together. Finally popped in for dinner on 6/29 at around 7 o clock on a Saturday. It was not busy at all. Decided to sit at the bar and watched the Sandlot on a big screen. Kinda odd for that to be in bit it was a change of pace. Only issues right off the bat was the AC was not to the level one would expect for the temperature outside was 95°. Decent selection of beer for small place enjoyed a cold vanilla bean. Seats were very comfortable for bar seats. Had the dough bites and the Meatzilla. Dough bites were the best I have to date, actually ate too many of them which DID NOT impact eating the pizza. Bartender was pleasant and cordial and willing yo chit chat. I really had trouble settling on four stars here. The service was fine. The atmosphere was fair. Overall pretty average joint. We were very excited that they had two different choices for gluten free crust. We went with the deep dish gluten free since that is hard to come by. Overall the pizza was good, but it just wasn't enough to leave me looking to come back. I had a side salad to start and it was ok, had a good amount of romaine and some cucumbers and tomatoes. Again, it was just ok. The Old Fashioned I had was mediocre also. I didn't expect much with that for a place like this. I probably won't go back. Classic pizza joint with large portions and fast service. A 12 " thin crust pizza will easily feed two. The cheese garlic sticks are pretty awesome. I would highly recommend them as you wait for your pizza. They have good drinks selections including cocktails. If you want a taste of some deep fried dough like at country fairs the you must try their dough nuggets. Our order of Ravioli got messed up, but the servers and manager made sure we were taken care of. I appreciate the good service. Will be back here often. read more

Went here for the first time. We took it to go. It was a mixed bag for us. the deep dish pizza (sausage) was great! The best part of the meal. The cheese bread was also tasty, pretty crunchy though, not soft. The spaghetti and meatballs are a hard pass. The meatballs tasted like something Is buy frozen from the grocery store. The sauce was lacking flavor. Not like the pizza flavor which was more interesting. We also had a coupon that was from a baseball team fundraiser that they refused to honor. Yet they handed us coupons with our meal... why didn't they at least offer to let us use one of those coupons???? Serious lack of service there. read more

I normally try to avoid chains, but my son wanted deep dish and our local spot is closed on Sundays. I've been very frustrated with a lot of local restaurants' "curbside" and online ordering, check my other reviews if you want an Andy Rooney like rant. I messed up ordering. I was trying to set it for a specific time, but picked a date a week in the future. Needless to say, when I got there they didn't have my order. The young man working was genuinely apologetic and empathetic. I left, was a little annoyed but knew it wasn't anybody there's fault. Then I looked again and realized I somehow ordered it for a week later. I went back in and told him what I figured out. Manager came and looked at it and was very apologetic but didn't have a way to cancel it. I put my order in, they promised to move it to the front but I said no need, it was my mistake. Had a great chat with the young man working the counter for the 20-30 min wait (fair time for what I ordered). Great customer service, great job rectifying a situation that wasn't even a little bit their fault. Another reason I don't want to hear talk about how the younger generation aren't good employees and all that nonsense, while we're at it. read more

I the crust needs some love... there is no seasoning or garlic or butter. It's really dense with no airiness. I ordered extra cheese and it didn't seem like extra. I really wanted to like this place. The food was good, but the staff was horrible. We waited at the hostess area for 5 minutes before we gave up and sat ourselves. We waited about 10 more minutes before someone came to help us. The waitress was not attentive to us and brought food out to the table that came in after us first. We got our food as that table was leaving. When we were ready to go and had leftovers she just brought us the box. She actually boxed two other tables around us, but chose not to do the same for us. A manager came and asked how other tables were doing, but skipped us. I was upset that we were treated different compared to the other patrons. read more

The Website was very easy to order from. It was detailed and organized. The pizza crust chose was thin or Chicago. What I liked best was build your own pizza. We like ordering a half and half pizza. Online you could choose what you wanted on the right side and what you wanted on the left side. I've never seen this before and I LOVE it! Saying all that the pizza was excellent! The sauce, thin crust, and layering of items was just right. We also ordered side salad that was fresh and crisp. Also very good... Have sent a link from yelp to neighbors and friends. This is a very brand new place. Not even a month old! Chase was my bartender/server. He's got a great personality and really helped to explain the menu to me. The hot garlic wings were fantastic. Got my deep dish Togo but it looks great and I can't tell you how awesome it smells. I would recommend supporting this local business. Only suggestion for them is that inventory and ordering shouldn't be done at the bar top with customers. Went to Rosatis for the first time tonight and it was not good! The pizzas came out super cold, like the cheese was hard already and not melted. Also, the service was absolutely horrific! We had dirty plates on our table for a while that we needed to ask to clear to fit our other food and they didn't refill our water unless we asked and it took a while for anyone to come over. I was wanting it to be good but it just wasn't! They did take 20% off our bill which was very nice because they knew the pizza was cold and also my son's ravioli, I asked for kids and they brought out a regular portion because they don't have a kids portion but they didn't tell me that when I ordered. read more

Had high hopes for a new Chicago pizza place. Unfortunately, friendly waitress was way overworked at 11:30am taking care of at least 3 tables. She kept going into the kitchen where I could see her expediting her own appetizers. Waited over 10 minutes and still hadn't gotten our beverages, or placed our order for a deep dish. Delivery driver came in, waited for a delivery order, face-timing while she waited. Had it not been so uncomfortably warm in the restaurant while we sat there, we may have waited five extra minutes. We left and saw the delivery driver still face-timing as she drove out of the parking lot onto Maple putting everyone around her on the road at risk. We went up the toad to Pizzeria Davlo where the service and food were great and the restaurant was a very comfortable temperature. We got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza from here. We didn't eat in so I can't really speak to service, but the pizza itself was good. The spices they used added a little something to it that you don't get at the big run of the mill chains. The pie had the right amount of toppings. Unfortunately, that is exactly what we encountered at our recent visit to Rosati's. As I've stated before, I don't typically write a review after a first visit but given some of the consistency in themes across some recent reviews, I think adding our experience to the discussion might be helpful, assuming anyone from the restaurant reads Yelp reviews. We decided to stop in to Rosati's after hearing some good things from friends. We went in around 6 pm on a Saturday and it was getting pretty busy but we were seated immediately. Our server was Kylar and she greeted us right away and got our drink order. Unfortunately, this is about the last time her service was adequate. Throughout our visit, which was a bit long because of food wait time, our drinks went unfilled for long stretches of time. My wife needed a refill of her drink for 22 minutes at one point (yes, we timed it, we are those customers). After delivering our food, she never came back until we flagged her down. When we asked for a box for our leftover pizza, she just handed us an unfolded pizza box that was too small for what we had left. She was very clearly not happy to be at work and didn't bother hiding it. It wasn't just us, other tables of hers went unattended for long stretches. She couldn't have been more apathetic and inattentive. The food was pretty good. Our pizza, we ordered a thin crust, was tasty when it finally did arrive. The wait was quite long but we did enjoy it. We also ordered dough nuggets as an appetizer and quite enjoyed them. They are just fried dough dipped in garlic butter sauce and parmesan cheese and served with marinara. Good stuff. They have a few beers on tap and plenty of TV's for watching sporting events, if that is of interest to you. The restaurant was smaller than I anticipated and there was quite a large number of people waiting to be seated at one point. So, people are coming in right now. Overall, the staff was kinda apathetic as well. The host employee did not communicate very well with those waiting and the folks wiping down tables just wiped the food pieces into the floor when clearing tables. It just seemed like a pretty poorly run establishment at the moment. Lots of areas that need drastic improvement. If someone can get the staff working harder and a bit more attentive to customer service, I think this place has a chance to be pretty good. I'll definitely be back for the food. But, if the service doesn't improve, I don't think good food can overcome the major issues we saw our first visit. read more

We decided to check out this new neighborhood establishment as they are known for their Chicago deep dish pizza. I have tried other deep dish pizza options in Omaha so I wanted to see how Rosati's stacked up. We arrived early on a Friday night just before the dinner rush so we were sitted quickly, the staff was friendly and the server took our drink order right away. There are many TVs situated throughout the restaurant so you can check out the latest sporting events regardless of where you're sitted. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and the 12 inch Chicago style deep dish with pepperoni added for our main entree. The mozzarella sticks were nice and hot and I liked the breading. The marinara sauce was full of chunks of tomato which I like and it had a nice flavor to it. The pizza came pretty quickly and I was surprised given it was deep dish and the cooking process normally takes a little more time.The pizza was good overall. The crust was golden, crisp and buttery . The sauce tasted similar to the marinara from the appetizer which was fine. However , the first slice I had there were parts of the cheese that were only lukewarm. My second slice was heated more evenly like I would expect. One other note the server never came back to refill our drinks as my son's cup sat empty. To their credit they have only been open 3 weeks so I will chalk it up to that. To my initial comment about other pizza options I would like to return to try some of their other menu items before I make a final overall assessment. read more
