Still looking for a pizza place like home... Rosati,s pizza wasn't quite it. The topping were fresh and delicious and although they offer three different crusts, the two we ordered (Chicago and double crust) were very dense. The taste was good - just very heavy. The search continues.... read more

Really good pizza, I had the deep dish with sausage. Ordered it to go and it was still warm when I got home. The only bad thing was it kinda got soggy in parts because of sitting in the box. The crust was really good and the sauce was amazing! I will definitely gonna go back. read more

The food was good not outstanding the service was nice and the ambiance was good for a pizza place

Rude staff, cold pizza. I tried to be nice to them. Rushy. The older man is not too nice. read more

Only have had their original pepperoni pizza but it's really good. Never have eaten in I usually get it for carry out. It's kind of pricey compared to the chains but their large's are pretty big so I think its a reasonable price. read more

Every time I have this pizza it's like I have to give them instructions on can you even it out, can you make sure it's not too dark, ect. This time it's dark and burn on one side of the crust. When I've been in the restaurant it's been great. It should be the same when you pick up and carry out. Needs to have stability in how it's made. It's a good pizza and a god chain. Work to make it how you were taught in Illinois. read more

I was surprised there were only a handful of people here at 6 o'clock on a Friday evening. I placed a takeout order of fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were fine. The fettuccine was decent, but very little sauce was used so I had to do quite a bit of flavoring when I got home. read more

I was disappointed after reading good reviews on line. I ordered a calzone and side salad for take out. When I arrived at the restaurant I was excited to see how it was decorated with family photos. That made me think I was in for a delicious meal using old family recipes. First of all I was shocked at how small the side salad was and that I paid five bucks for it! The calzone. At first glance I was pleasantly surprised. It was huge and cooked perfectly. But when I cut in to it it hardly had any filling. Barely any cheese at all. The sauce on the side also was disappointing. It definitely wasn't an old family recipe. It was basically tomatoes from a can. Like I said. Im disappointed in my experience. read more

Placed a Doordash order. Doordash said Rosati's was "accepting orders until 1030pm". Placed order at about 1020. Plenty of time. 10 minutes later, our order is cancelled. Maybe adjust your 'accepting orders' time instead of just lying to customers. I guess we'll take our business elsewhere. read more

Not going to lie, I was super stoked to try this place. Ordered hot wings, a whole pie with half different ingredients on one side specified. The wings came soggy and the wrong flavor. And the pizza was covered in the wrong ingredients. While the ingredient were wrong, the flavor was delightful, as was the crust. I fully support local business and would like to try them again, what are some good suggestions? We have fully learned our lesson and will never again order via GrubHub, and order from the restaurant directly. read more

Hungry and looking for a place to eat in Omaha at 3pm (everything being closed) we stumbled into Rosati's. I'm glad we did. We ordered a deep dish Chicago style with sausage. Very highly recommended. It was delicious. We got an order of wings and some cannolis for desert. Every thing was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back, specially during game time. read more

Drove 30 minutes to come get pizza from here because it looked good just for the hostess to tell us they are "at capacity." There were still many open booths and tables... looked to me like they were just under staffed and didn't want anymore people because they were busy with a party group. Thanks for a 30 min drive to jimmy john's next door. read more

I was so excited to try Rosati's, as I love Chicago-style pizza, but I was disappointed in the end. My husband and I ordered a pizza to share, and my son ordered pasta. When the pizza came out, the server apologized and said the kitchen made it the wrong size. He offered an appetizer as compensation. A few minutes passed, and I had to flag down the server to ask where my son's pasta was. He looked shocked, which worried me. A few minutes later, he came out with the pasta, but it had the wrong sauce! After my son ordered, I asked the server if he heard the "alfredo sauce" part of the order, and he nodded yes. I don't think he heard half of what we said since the music was so ridiculously loud. Eventually, the pasta came out, but we ended up taking it to go since my husband and I had finished our food. Overall, the food was just okay. I prefer cornmeal crusts, which they don't have. The server and manager tried very hard to make up for all the service issues, which I appreciated. Otherwise, I would have rated them much lower. A final reminder, don't come if you want to have a conversation. It is just too loud inside. read more

I just want to let everyone know that I got my pizza for takeout and the pizzas were made on time and the lady at the front desk was nice. What I will say was I ordered the Rosati's Monster Pizza and it was pretty good. the one complaint that I do have is each piece of pizza which is a small 4-inch by 4-inch square piece had around 12 to 16 pieces of onion that were fairly large. I do like onions but not that much! I'm not sure why this was but you had to remove most of them off of the pizza to make it worth eating. At the end of the day free $25 Pizza I was a little bit let down. Most likely I will not return. read more

Went there last Saturday about 7:30. Loud bar crowd that were not eating, only drinking. No waiter, just a bartender. Took 15 minutes for her to take drink orders. We ordered meatball sandwich, Greek salad and side salad. 20 minutes later we got the two salads but no sandwich. 15 minutes later I received meatball sandwich which was cold. She did not bother to refill drinks. Then I had to go to end of bar to get the ticket and was rudely asked why I was up there, what did I want by the manager. I told him I would like to pay my ticket unless it was free that night. We have gone here before during the day and food was okay but never any wait help. To much competition in pizza market for me to go back here. Either run a bar or a restaurant, but you aren't doing very well right now. And restrooms, floor was dirty with food under tables. read more

We did DoorDash, and I have done my best to account for that in my review. We tried cheese bread, a thin crust, and a deep dish. I was a little surprised. The deep dish was not what I was expecting- the crust didn't quite line up. I love a good crust and this crust needed sauce. It was terribly dry without. It didn't appear over cooked in any way, just like that was how the crust was made today. The rest of the deep dish wasn't quite up to par and definitely couldn't make up for the crust. The cheese bread was more of the same. Needed to dip it - too dry left to it's own devices. Decent flavor though. The star was definitely the thin crust. Nice and crispy. Good pepperoni distribution. Speaking of the sauce - good flavor, but not great. If I went somewhere and someone had ordered Rosati's, I wouldn't complain. It's not super convenient for me, and when combined with the price it's not somewhere I will go out if my way tk try again. read more

I love the food here. I keep coming back over and over. The problem is the service. It is always sub par at best. The first time I wanted to order a specialty pizza and remove toppings, yet was willing to pay the full price. I was told I could not edit the pizza. I said I was still happy to pay, just wanted the pizza the way I wanted, still no. I was put out, but ordered. It was great. We have been back no less than 10 times and love the pizza and cheesy bread stix. We just know we are going to wait. I just keep hoping they will get it together. Omaha isn't tolerant of poor service, at some point I'm afraid we will pull up to closed doors and an out of business sign. It won't be for the food, it'll be for poor staffing and management. read more

Finally popped in for dinner on 6/29 at around 7 o clock on a Saturday. It was not busy at all. Decided to sit at the bar and watched the Sandlot on a big screen. Kinda odd for that to be in bit it was a change of pace. Only issues right off the bat was the AC was not to the level one would expect for the temperature outside was 95°. Decent selection of beer for small place enjoyed a cold vanilla bean. Seats were very comfortable for bar seats. Had the dough bites and the Meatzilla. Dough bites were the best I have to date, actually ate too many of them which DID NOT impact eating the pizza. Bartender was pleasant and cordial and willing yo chit chat. Could Definitely be a new place to chill. Sorry I failed to get some pictures but well worth going off the beaten path read more

I really had trouble settling on four stars here. The service was fine. The atmosphere was fair. Overall pretty average joint. We were very excited that they had two different choices for gluten free crust. We went with the deep dish gluten free since that is hard to come by. Overall the pizza was good, but it just wasn't enough to leave me looking to come back. I had a side salad to start and it was ok, had a good amount of romaine and some cucumbers and tomatoes. Again, it was just ok. The Old Fashioned I had was mediocre also. I didn't expect much with that for a place like this. I probably won't go back. The food wasn't bad at all, it just wasn't that flavorful. The sauce was lacking something. read more

Fantastic gluten free deep dish! Daughter has celiac and has eaten numerous gf pizzas but this was the first deep dish. Classic pizza joint with large portions and fast service. A 12 " thin crust pizza will easily feed two. The cheese garlic sticks are pretty awesome. I would highly recommend them as you wait for your pizza. They have good drinks selections including cocktails. If you want a taste of some deep fried dough like at country fairs the you must try their dough nuggets. Our order of Ravioli got messed up, but the servers and manager made sure we were taken care of. I appreciate the good service. Will be back here often. read more

Went here for the first time. We took it to go. It was a mixed bag for us. the deep dish pizza (sausage) was great! The best part of the meal. The cheese bread was also tasty, pretty crunchy though, not soft. The spaghetti and meatballs are a hard pass. The meatballs tasted like something Is buy frozen from the grocery store. The sauce was lacking flavor. Not like the pizza flavor which was more interesting. We also had a coupon that was from a baseball team fundraiser that they refused to honor. Yet they handed us coupons with our meal... why didn't they at least offer to let us use one of those coupons???? Serious lack of service there. read more

Love the food and the Manager Kendrick Au is amazing!

I normally try to avoid chains, but my son wanted deep dish and our local spot is closed on Sundays. I've been very frustrated with a lot of local restaurants' "curbside" and online ordering, check my other reviews if you want an Andy Rooney like rant. I messed up ordering. I was trying to set it for a specific time, but picked a date a week in the future. Needless to say, when I got there they didn't have my order. The young man working was genuinely apologetic and empathetic. I left, was a little annoyed but knew it wasn't anybody there's fault. Then I looked again and realized I somehow ordered it for a week later. I went back in and told him what I figured out. Manager came and looked at it and was very apologetic but didn't have a way to cancel it. I put my order in, they promised to move it to the front but I said no need, it was my mistake. Had a great chat with the young man working the counter for the 20-30 min wait (fair time for what I ordered). Great customer service, great job rectifying a situation that wasn't even a little bit their fault. Another reason I don't want to hear talk about how the younger generation aren't good employees and all that nonsense, while we're at it. read more

Pizza was pretty good. Got a deep Dish with cheese and black olives. Silly me thought that pepperoni was a given :( The sauce is delicious! Rich and tomatoey! I the crust needs some love... there is no seasoning or garlic or butter. It's really dense with no airiness. I ordered extra cheese and it didn't seem like extra. Overall it was pretty good but will not be my go-to for Chicago style deep dish. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The food was good, but the staff was horrible. We waited at the hostess area for 5 minutes before we gave up and sat ourselves. We waited about 10 more minutes before someone came to help us. The waitress was not attentive to us and brought food out to the table that came in after us first. We got our food as that table was leaving. When we were ready to go and had leftovers she just brought us the box. She actually boxed two other tables around us, but chose not to do the same for us. A manager came and asked how other tables were doing, but skipped us. I was upset that we were treated different compared to the other patrons. read more

Love their pizza! They have order online for pickup or delivery. Don't know if there dine in is open yet. We chose delivery. Delivery was around $3. Delivery was quick to do and on time. The Website was very easy to order from. It was detailed and organized. The pizza crust chose was thin or Chicago. What I liked best was build your own pizza. We like ordering a half and half pizza. Online you could choose what you wanted on the right side and what you wanted on the left side. I've never seen this before and I LOVE it! Saying all that the pizza was excellent! The sauce, thin crust, and layering of items was just right. We also ordered side salad that was fresh and crisp. Also very good... Have sent a link from yelp to neighbors and friends. Went to Rosatis for the first time tonight and it was not good! The pizzas came out super cold, like the cheese was hard already and not melted. Also, the service was absolutely horrific! We had dirty plates on our table for a while that we needed to ask to clear to fit our other food and they didn't refill our water unless we asked and it took a while for anyone to come over. I was wanting it to be good but it just wasn't! They did take 20% off our bill which was very nice because they knew the pizza was cold and also my son's ravioli, I asked for kids and they brought out a regular portion because they don't have a kids portion but they didn't tell me that when I ordered. read more

This is a very brand new place. Not even a month old! Chase was my bartender/server. He's got a great personality and really helped to explain the menu to me. The hot garlic wings were fantastic. Got my deep dish Togo but it looks great and I can't tell you how awesome it smells. I would recommend supporting this local business. Only suggestion for them is that inventory and ordering shouldn't be done at the bar top with customers. I get that I'm in the business too but I don't want to be in the meeting with everyone. ;) grab a booth my fellow service family. read more

Had high hopes for a new Chicago pizza place. Unfortunately, friendly waitress was way overworked at 11:30am taking care of at least 3 tables. She kept going into the kitchen where I could see her expediting her own appetizers. Waited over 10 minutes and still hadn't gotten our beverages, or placed our order for a deep dish. Delivery driver came in, waited for a delivery order, face-timing while she waited. Had it not been so uncomfortably warm in the restaurant while we sat there, we may have waited five extra minutes. We left and saw the delivery driver still face-timing as she drove out of the parking lot onto Maple putting everyone around her on the road at risk. We went up the toad to Pizzeria Davlo where the service and food were great and the restaurant was a very comfortable temperature. Very disappointed the operations/service was not good enough to try the food. read more
