Did you know there are two chains of Rosati's pizza? Well, this is the Rosati's I like. It has much more flavor! I now have the app for this one, so that makes things easier. If you're like me, you used to have to double check which Rosati's chain you're ordering from. Anyway, regarding this chain, it's good. They have great prices and a lot of menu options. Today, my BF and I had a slice of pizza each and shared a cannoli. I believe the slices are of their double dough pizza. Cheese pizza slice $5 (without soda) **** 4/5 The sauce is flavorful and definitely makes this pizza what it is. The dough is good. And cheese is always fantastic. Cannoli $3.99 *** 3.5/5 The cannoli shell is fantastic. It's crispy and breaks apart easily. Definitely fresh, not stale! The filling is okay. It was slightly grainy, which makes me wonder if they didn't use full fat milk. I like the addition of chocolate chips, but I don't like that they added cinnamon. The wings here are very good - true Buffalo style (no breading). Very good Buffalo sauce. They have several other flavors as well but I have no interest in those so I will probably never try any of them. Their pizza is decent but nothing to write home about. This location is take out only. I subtracted two stars because I had some shenanigans with my order today. First of all, I ordered a 12 piece wings and a 6 piece wings. I received a 10 piece wings and a 6 piece wings. Here's the kicker - 10 piece wings is not even an option on their menu, so basically they just shorted me 2 wings. Secondly, the google listing says they open at 10:00 am on Sunday. I called to place my order at about 10:03 am. After sitting on hold for about 5 minutes, I decided to take the advice of the recording and "to avoid the wait, order online." So I ordered online and they said the order would be ready at 10:35 am. At 10:35 am the website order tracking said "order ready for pick up now." So I drive there and arrive at 10:40 am. I go to walk in and the door is locked. So I stand there outside for another 5 minutes - thinking that maybe it's just one employee there at this time and maybe they're using the washroom. Then I go back to my car and get my phone. I call the restaurant and a man answers. I tell him I'm trying to pick up my order but the door is locked and I don't see anyone inside. He said he'll be right there. A couple minutes later, he lets me in. He tells me "we usually open at 11:00." I point to the hours on the door which say they open at 10:00 am. He tells me my order will be ready in a minute. I sit down and wait for another 5 minutes and he gives me my order (which was short by 2 wings). Get your story straight Rosati's. Google and your front door say open at 10:00 am. Your website and your employee say open at 11:00 am. If you open at 11:00 then why is your website taking orders at 10:00 and telling me my food is ready at 10:35? I believe my food was not ready at all. I believe they made it after I got there. I don't like being lied to. read more

Won't honor credit after they messed up our order!! The previous time we ordered a pizza to be delivered they sent the wrong one. When we called after realizing the mistake the lady who answered put us on hold for around 5 to 10 minutes while she verified our pizza was in fact still at the restaurant and talked to the manager about how to make it right. We agreed to keep the pizza they sent in error and they said since we were saving them from sending a driver back out that they would give us a credit for the pizza we ordered. We tried to order today (side, a sandwich, and the pizza we had a credit for) they refused to honor the credit and claimed it didn't exist! We will not be giving this restaurant any more business and do not recommend you do either! read more

Ordered a pizza on a Sunday. Rosati's told us should be delivered around 6:20. At 7:00 we call, they said to call back in 15 min. Meanwhile the app says the pizza was delivered. At 7:20 we call back and they lied to us and said nobody answered the door or the phone. We were home and have an outdoor camera! Nobody came to the house and nobody called. When we called back, they actually asked us if we still want the pizza. YES WE PAID FOR IT ALREADY! Never again! read more

I walked into Roastis on 147th to order a large pizza for me and my wife. It's Christmas Eve, around 7:26 pm. I noticed a flyer with coupons on it, and realized I paid more for the pizza than the offer which included an 18 in, and 10 wings at the price of $29.99. I asked if I could switch the order to include the wings, but the young boy at the counter told me no. "They're not taking any further orders for the night. The system is shut down". Then someone calls, and places an order for pickup. A card was taken down, and order placed at 7:33. Before asking for a refund, I wanted an understanding on why they just took an order and told me no. The answer from the young boy was IDK. I then asked for a manager who could help, and was told her wasn't at the store at all. I then just asked to cancel the order and get a refund with the intentions of going to Kenootz Pizza across the street which usually has better quality and prices. They then told me I can only get a $20 refund from my $26.94 purchase (which can only be used towards my next Rosatis order by the way). I continued to ask what about the remaining $6.94. The young boy once again mentioned "IDK", which is an unacceptable answer. He then handed me my receipt and told me to come back on Friday for a pizza. There was no signature, no pizza, no refund, nothing. They intended on me to give away $26.94 as a gift to Rosatis pizza with nothing to show for it. They took down my address, and I asked are they planning on mailing me my refund? He once again didn't know. It seemed as though no one was running the store. Then, the young boy walks back to the counter saying "IDK how this happened, but my manager just showed back up out of nowhere". An older Latino man just stared at me as the kid refunded the entire amount to my card which took 10 seconds to do. Absolutely terrible service and I do not recommend this place. There are other Rosatis with workers who are efficient with great customer service. This location is not it. read more

We love Rosatis pizza. Today I ordered the penne pasta with broccoli and I am disappointed. For what they charge, I thought it would be a larger amount of noodles and broccoli. Kid that answered the phone was so dumb I just hung up - and I bet multiple people did too. I was put on hold for five minutes and was sure I was forgotten about and so called back and was answered right away and he kept getting my request wrong, then when he changed it from a combo sandwich to a pepporoni pizza, that was all I could take and hung up and called Bartollini's Pizza down the street! Went by for the Anniversary special and the line was out the door. So I came home and called only to keep getting a busy signal. When I finally got through I was on hold for over 7 minutes and then they hung up on me. I am done with the establishment. Will go to Barracos for my pizza going forward. Went in to order a couple of good beefs and was 9:40pm when I went to order them the young lady advised me they do sell beefs but they were closed !!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!! 20 minutes till close and the couldn't put a simple beef together in that time frame so much for giving them a chance !!! read more

This location does not honor its promise to its customers. I called here at 6pm to order the anniversary special. Sadly I was told that they were no longer honoring it but somehow I could still order pizza. Obviously profits were the focal point in their decision but I would make several arguments against that. I was totally prepared to order two orders of wings and an additional pizza in hopes of giving Rosati's a try. I figured since they were giving back to the community I could give to them. Also it was a great opportunity to earn new customers for a lifetime. I can proudly say that I will never attempt ordering pizza from this establishment as they lie to their customer base. The only mention of limits to the special were one per customer. Who promotes a 2 topping large pizza for $3.50 and not expect to sell pizza until the doors close? I can see if they ran out of ingredients but full price pizza was available for purchase. Totally unacceptable. read more
