Obviously I'm a regular customer with all my check ins and all the ups and downs with my order experiences. My biggest problem with them has nothing to do with them and with me because I get take out that I eat 2.5 hours later and the frys are garbage by then which has never affected a review because it's a me problem. I didn't think a substitution was a reasonable request on their end when I was creating the problem so I asked for the frys to be uncooked so I could air fryer them when I was ready to eat them and they said sure. The seasoned fry's I made in the air fryer with the raw frys fixed my fresh problem, thanks for helping me fix my problem. read more

Ordered from Franklin Rosati's on lovers lane a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza among other items. Unfortunately I have to comment on said Pizza. It was not a Chicago deep dish pizza as a Person who was born and raised on the Northside of Chicago knows. this Pizza didn't come close to Chicago's deep dish pizza. All the ingredients were on top of the pizza none were in the center like a Chicago deep dish pizza. When I called to inquire if we could come to some kind of resolution, whoever answered phone was rude and argumentative. I did not order a Chicago pan pizza!!! I was told this is how they have always done it. Well FYI you're wrong!! No customer appreciation at all. Never purchasing again from here!!!! If you like rude folks this is your place. This location is absolutely terrible. Overpriced. Staff is rude. Italian beefs are dry. Peppers are just cut up bell peppers. You have to pay extra for au jus. French fries are gross. My first time here. No seating inside. More of a takeout place. Asked if we could sit on the stool table but suggested if they put an umbrella for the picnic table outside we could sit there so that was nice and convenient so thank you for that . They have deep dish , double dough and pan style pizzas, salads,sandwiches, entrees, pastas. For deep dish pizzas it takes some time for it to be prepared so went to run an errand asked how long about 45 minutes was told came back and ok pizza was warm enough but would have wanted hot and gooey but I guess I can't really fault them for that its take out and it might have been there already for me before I came. It was tasty I like the sauce somewhat crushed tomato not too sweet or salty . The back edge of crust a little to hard crunch maybe do a butter crust or ask for it to be softer just my preference. I use to order from this location almost every week. My kids only like pepperoni so all we order is the Chicago style with pep. The last 5 to 10 times we have ordered from this location I literally could not find one pepperoni on my pizza. I work at Amazon in Kenosha and I ordered a slice of pizza and Mozzarella sticks last week from their food truck. I ordered the same items a week or so before. The first time the Mozzarella sticks were stale and the second time I thought I give them a try again but they were again stale. Both times when I ordered the same items but looking at my bank statement I was charged 2 different amounts both times.  I feel I was taken advantage of and cheated! This is quite simply the best delivery pizza in the area. I'm pretty sure this store moved from 98th and Oklahoma, which was a good location until it closed, pretty sure this one opened right around the same time. Great pizza, great toppings. Thin crust is excellent, the sauce is superb. Usually they'll include a coupon for free garlic pizza dough strips on your next purchase, also highly recommended. Seriously one of the best pizza places in the area. Perhaps being a take-out/delivery only allows them to focus on doing it right. Locally owned, Rosati's is several steps above the chains. The thin crust pizza is really good; the veggie pizza is awesome. Although Rosati's has a huge menu, my friends and I always go with good intentions -- to try something new -- but usually end up with pizza. On occasion we order the Friday fish fry special that's really one of the better fish fry choices. Not all places can fry fish well, but Rosati's, a pizza place, does it right. Let me start by saying that the pizza was amazing! The service and accommodations? Not so much. I looked at their menu online and it states a large pizza is $12.50 with each additional topping being $1.85. So I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and boneless wings that were $6.95. My total ended up being $30. It seemed extremely high for me and when I got to the store and looked at their menu that was attached to my box...well it showed the lg pizzas wee actually $14.50 and each topping was $2. Now I'm not picky when it comes to prices. However, if one menu says one price and another says a different price...well I'm going to say something. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager about my issue. All he could tell me was that they changed their menu prices and the online menu didn't reflect the new prices. No apology. No money back. Nothing. So here's what I've learned from working the industry: don't change one menu's prices without changing the other. I feel like they are ripping people off and customers probably don't even realize it! I would have given this place 5 stars if the situation was handled a little better. Never had Rosati's, so I decided to stop in for carry out for dinner. It was 9:25 pm when I walked up to the door. Although they close at 10pm, a gentleman walked to the door, as I got closer, locked the door and turned off the "open" sign. He saw that I was headed towards the restaurant and he still locked the door. He saw me and he knows I saw him. Sure, it was 35 minutes before close, but it wasn't 10 minutes before close! Disappointing! Called to order pizza at 11 am for delivery at 3p. Pizza was on time, but cold. Paid specialty pizza prices and what I received was less than that. Hardly any sauce. My half pepperoni and half sausage had about 4 pepperoni and very little sausage, which had no flavor and was mostly fatty. I will never order from there again. read more

Chris the "manager" is very rude. He was addressed when an order was placed in a misleading way. The person taking the orders on the phone specifically said when asked that their wings are "not breaded" . So we go ahead an order wings with buffalo sauce. And as soon as we get the order home. Yup ! Breaded wings covered in sauce! Not what we wanted. So I called to complain about the misrepresentation of food there . And the manager wants to insist it's not breaded wings that their "skinned" wings . What a joke this place has become ! Can't even accept when one of their employees messes up. Smh read more

Never will I ever again order pizza from this place. Not only did it take 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my pizza that was 5 minutes away from my house... The food was terrible! I spent $51 on pizza and breadsticks. My order was not what I asked for, the food was cold, the breadsticks were hard, the pizza was uncut/soggy, but also underdone and doughy. It sat so long the box was wet! When I called to inform them that I was displeased with their service the guy on the phone argued with me!!!! Good pizza, and good deals but I've been frustrated when whoever takes my order on the phone rarely tells the delivery driver about my request that they call my phone rather than ring the doorbell when they arrive. It may sound trivial, but I've explained that ringing the doorbell agitates my dog to the point where I have to wrestle him into another room before answering the door. A nuisance that could be resolved by the person taking the order relaying a request that has been met by other delivery places, and reflects their level of service. read more

Had one of their stuffed pizzas, and it reminded me very much of a pizza place near my hometown. Definitely costs a little more than your run-of-the-mill chain pizza place, but SOOOO worth it. Best pizza! We have tried the thin crust, the pan, the Chicago style and the are all delicious. This is by far my favorite pizza and I've lived all over the country. The thin crust is crispy, but not too much. I'm trying to find a copycat recipe for the sauce and the ingredients they use are high quality. Delivery to our house normally takes an hour and we are about 4.5 miles away, it is worth the wait and we always plan ahead. Utilize their coupons to save a few dollars. Whenever I call to order the person answering the call has always been very pleasant and efficient. I ordered a pizza at 4:30 today. At 5:45 when it still had not arrived I called Rosatis to find out if there was a problem. The person who answered the phone put me on hold to "check on the order." A few minutes later she comes back on the line and said "it will be there shortly." At 6:15 still no pizza. I called back again and she again put me on hold then cam back in and said " oh there has been a mistake, we couldn't find your address and we have your food. We tried to call but no one answered ( they had my cell and home number). When I asked why I was not told the truth the first time I called she said, "well we were really busy."
