We wanted pizza and were new to the Bolingbrook area. I checked for pizza places near by and their reviews - Rosati's looked perfect. The only thing I forgot to check was if they had dine in which they didn't. However, we saw the big slices of pizza they had ready to go and decided to get those along with a large salad to split. The lady at the counter was very helpful and pleasant. There was a constant stream of people coming in to pick up their orders and everything was smooth and pleasant. The pick up area was clean and in good condition. They were resurfacing the parking lot which was confusing because they had several of the entrances blocked, but we found a place to park. The pizza was great! The sauce was flavorful and there was plenty of cheese. Great traditional crust - chewy. The salad was very big and fresh - we loved the dressing. read more

I grew up in the burbs and left over 25 years ago and miss this pizza so much! Picked up a large thin crust and a small deep dish on Saturday night and it was exactly what I needed for this taste of home while visiting family. The crusts on both were just perfect and the Italian sausage is like no other. Pizza was hot & fresh and employees were friendly at pick up. No eat-in, pick up only. We ordered for delivery. We got the Monster pizza and did the Stuffed option. We didn't know what the Stuffed option was and wanted to give it a try. It actually was really good and very cheesy. The Crust and bottom was crunchy. All the ingredients on the pizza had a thick layer of cheese on top, then the sauce was on top of the cheese. Wasn't soggy or wet. We also get the breadsticks and had lots of garlic and Parmesan cheese. Comes with a small container of marinara sauce. I'm incredibly disappointed in Rosati's of Bolingbrook after being a loyal customer for over 16 years. I went in to pick up a large family meal for a special night with both of my adult children. I've used Restaurant.com certificates here without issue before, but this time, the manager Kathy refused to honor it. She claimed they never accept them, despite me showing her proof I've used them here in the past. When I asked for someone else to speak with, she insisted she was the manager and told me to contact corporate. Instead of making the situation right for a loyal customer, she offered only 20% off. I canceled the wings, drinks, and sauces out of principle and took home a sad, cold pizza and salad. I stood by this location during their fire and rebuild, even driving to Woodridge for years. This is how I'm repaid for my loyalty? I won't be returning, and I'll be contacting both Rosati's and Restaurant.com about this experience. read more

However... Lately the service and quality of food has been in an uncontrollable downward spiraI. The attitude of the whole staff has changed and not for the better. This location sells slices, which is really convenient. I usually stop in whenever I go to the barber shop next door and grab a quick slice. Good for anyone local that wants something quick without going to your typical fast food chain. Cashier / staff is always really friendly. Was my first time ordering to pickup. I really like the app that shows when your order is ready. All my food was hot and presentable. I had a customized order and it was done correct. I ordered a bread chicken , I was not a fan of the taste. But my lasagna and pizza was great. I had all my condiments and forks for my food. I was missing napkins only. I ask if the pizza could be cut smaller because I have a child, it would be easier to eat. With no hesitation they were willing to cut it in squares. Overall Great customer service. Never Again I have gone here a few times after the horrible experience and they really screwed up. 1) Did not deliver the food in a delivery bag and was told by the manager ever its up to the driver to use them. $34 dollars worth of food was ice cold 2) Ever was a real jerk and all I told him this is BS 3) The driver drop the food on the ground and lied about it. Next time check for security cameras. 4) Also the driver did not have change This wasn't the first time last time we order a female was taking the order and laugh that a certain driver could not deliver to this address. This is a decent place for pizza. I've ordered here several times for large groups. The pizza is always fresh and extremely large. The only issue I have had was a longer wait time. However I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. The people at this location are always nice and I have never had a bad experience with them. If it were not for the beer nuggets, this place might just have well made it on my "do not go" list. The nuggets are still the saving grace. As for the recent pizza orders, I have to declare that they have fallen way short of good. My last order was for one of their specialty pizzas. It was called "The Godfather," I believe. It had mozzarella, Italian beef, and hot jardiniere peppers. It sounded beyond excellent in concept, but fell flat in execution. I am not sure if they are trying to save money, but the grade of cheese they are using is way sub-par. The cheese just would not truly melt, it just lay crustily on top of the pizza. The beef was dry, and rather tasteless. So besides the heat from the peppers, the rest of the pie was just a dried out, hopeless mess. Not happy. read more

I tried ordering online for delivery and once that didn't go through, I called this location and gave them my order- everything seemed okay so far. But then forty minutes later they call back saying they cannot deliver the pizza because they are too busy, she assured me I would be refunded and quick hung up. I called back to confirm the cancellation and they had not done it yet. I tried explaining my situation- being that I had guest over and had been waiting for a long time, still no offer of any kind to either help. I have ordered from them several times and never had a problem. I must say I was highly disappointed with the service I received on last Saturday. I ordered 2 family size pizzas with extra sauce and one pizza barely had any sauce on it at all it was unbearable to eat because it was too dry. When I called the store to voice my concern I was basically accused of being a liar. After having words with the staff there was no way I was going to have them fix me anything else. I chopped up the loss and will never order from them again. I give them a three because their pizza is good if fixed properly otherwise they need a lesson in customer service. read more

I guess that it was bad enough that they sometimes get an order wrong, things happen. However, be prepared to pay more for your pizza than what is in your menu. For years, they have been ripping us all off by stating "price is subject to change without notice". I called in for a pizza that should cost $16.86 before tax. The "register" comes up as $17.99. I assumed in prior years that my math was off. Here is the math: $12.99 + $1.29 + $1.29 + $1.29 = $16.86! (10" Deep dish + 3 toppings). Did the manager step up and help me? Can't tell. Two ladies up front took a look at the register and held their ground. I'm not letting myself be ripped off because they didn't update the menu. I was then contacted by an employee whom was nice about accommodating me with boneless barbecue wings, sprite soda, and a freshly hot pizza for the mishap.
