I've been going to this location for over 6 years now and only just recently checked yelp wondering what the reviews were like. Yelp reviews in 2024 are pretty unimportant given we all know the site has a rigged system and that almost every reviewer +50 reviews is a child stuck in an adult body (chain pizza isn't Michelin, promo codes causing ((understandably)) long lines, establishment won't give free food). Given that, it's a bit hypocritical to write this but whatever. This location deserves it. Where to begin? Great location that is ran extremely well. I don't know what it is with this location but the pizza here is 10/10 compared to both other Rosati's locations. It sounds ridiculous but I have friends that live in Naperville and will go out of their way to order from here because the pizza is so consistent and good. I really don't see this location as a chain so much as a local neighborhood pizza place. Everyone that works here has always been nice to me and the delivery guy is super fast. I can't tell you the last time the pizza was delivered and not still hot. Overall, I'll be going to this place for as long as it will open. I love Tortorice's and Little Pops and everything else around here but when it comes to that midweek pizza take-out, this place will always be first pick. read more

Used to love this place, been ordering pizza here since 2002-ish. I'm finally writing a review based on what happened the last two visits my family has had ordering food. First we spend at least $60 dollars a month here since we loved the pizza, I said "loved". But we ordered our last pizza and we were charged for a small cheese we never received. My wife called and they apologized saying they would credit that pizza on our next purchase. Well we call tonight to order and cash in on the pizza we already paid for last month and the girl that answered said she wouldn't honor it. I know it's only $11 dollars, but F%*# you, for not honoring what you said. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN, whoever the young girl is on the phone is RUDE, CONDISENDING and I'll be happy to share my experience with anyone who will listen. Very disappointing and will go to 1 of the other dozen pizza places around town moving forward. HELL WITH YOU GUYS! Could have used that $11 dollars elsewhere. Group of shady losers. Try Nonnies in Woodridge, pizza is just as good imo and your not made out to feel like your lying when you call to recoup a screw up that wasn't even your fault. This store was not prepared for the 60th anniversary promotion. My pizza was ordered and ready to pick up but I could not even get into the store because there were too many people in line and in the store. It looks like a fire hazard. Ordered a pizza through Rosatis' Online. They use a 3rd party to deliver. The delivery was never made, acknowledged by the store workers driver was odd and he put order on ground outside of store front to take a picture. Driver posted that as the delivery picture. When discussed further they simply said they can send it again with their own driver at a discount but if we want our money back that is with Uber Eats. Problem driver checked the box it was delivered and clearly photo is not our home. Very disappointed that they couldn't just show some good old customer service and stand behind the online ordering system they chose. I didn't choose Uber Eats they did. read more

Well, the pizzas are hit or miss. I usually order the same thing, for the most part. This time, I ordered extra cheese, over mushrooms and pepperoni. See my photos. The darker one represents over cooking of the pizza. The other pizza was thankfully prepared very well (sausage, olives and mushrooms). It seems like the results are in decline. We order from here all the time. Pizza tastes great. Customer service today was pretty poor. They sell dough balls and sauce. Picked up everything to make some pizzas with my kids for a fun afternoon activity. At pick up I asked for a small side of cornmeal so the pizza won't stick. Guy at the counter tells me no. I said really? We're obviously making a pizza here and we're asking for 2 maybe 5 cents of cornmeal so the pie doesn't stick. I asked him to please ask again in the back. Still no. Sad. Just sad. Good pies, poor service. Hopefully they'll learn to test their regulars a bit better. There are plenty of local alternatives if they don't. read more

For a chain restaurant, this place amazed me. I'm in the SW burbs and this place is one of the best thin crust pizza places and is our go-to for deliveries. Delivery is usually really quick and we've been lucky with awesome drivers. Being in an apartment building, deliveries can sometimes be too much or a hassle and we end up doing pickup but the Woodridge location has some great folks. We've tried a few other apps like cheese sticks, breaded mushrooms etc but they are not the headliners. The apps are good but often not worth the calories and best just go for the pizza and spend the calories on a few slices. read more

Got carry out from here on a Thursday night. It only took 35 mins for an excellent deep dish pizza with pepperoni and Canadian bacon. The food was ready when they said it would be and the pizza was delicious :) The staff at the counter and who took our order were friendly and efficient. Me , my family in the area and neighbors are long time customers of this location in Woodridge,IL. Last time I had placed an order I had ordered an appetizer with my pizza , but the kitchen staff had made the wrong appetizer and when I called they told me I could receive a credit on my account for next time or I could have the appetizer I wanted delivered at that time. I chose to have the credit, and 3 days later ,today, I placed an order online for a pizza . I had used a loyalty coupon for 10 bucks off , so when I called the store to just have them add mushrooms to my order since I had a credit ,I could only apply it l by calling from my number. The lady on the phone told me she would add that and my items would be here within the hour. When my pizza came the driver handed me a pizza but no mushrooms and I asked if they had remembered to add them to my order. He said there were no mushrooms on the order so I explained to him my conversation with the lady and handed him cash, he asked if I wanted change and I said no it's fine , he said he would go grab those and be right back. I'm only 4 minutes from the store. So 5 minutes after he leaves I get a call from the store and the lady said I didn't understand how the credits work and she had taken the cost of the mushrooms off my bill. So when I looked I had gotten the credit, but I didn't know and handed the driver the amount I was originally given plus a 6 dollar tip. So he would have gotten a 14 dollar tip for a 6 dollar order , 5 dollars of that order for the delivery fee. 19 bucks together. She said if I want my appetizer it's going to be over an hour wait. So I'm here, in my garage, waiting for my appetizer while my pizza is just sitting inside because it's 45 degrees out here. Why would I have it out here and let it get cold and no one wants cold food. Hopefully myborder comes soon, I've been outside waiting for 35 minutes now.i don't think I'll order from here ever again, for me my family or any neighborhood football parties. Best Chicago deep dish ever. Takes about 40 mins to bake so keep that in mind but it's so worth it! Chunky tomato sauce on top of a thick crust, toppings, and lots of cheese. We got sides of marinara and it was also delicious. So thick 1 piece is plenty! read more

Ordered a 12' deep dish 6 wings and a small ceaser salad and got the free cinnamon sticks. Girl who took my read back to me the order. When my food arrived they sent me a 12' thin crust instead of the ceaser. I called back and mentioned I ordered the ceaser instead. They offered to send over the salad and refund the money for the thin crust. I thought it would be foolish to just send over something that small. I hope I get my refund. Along with the first disappointment, the reason for giving one star is that I found a short hair under the cheese when eating the deep dish and the pizza was not that great. solid good pizza place. ill admit, I'm a creator of habit with deep dish and thin crust so ordering a new place is risky. we also make great pizza at home so ordering out has a higher standard. fried mushroom app, chicken parm dinner and thin crust with sausage, onion, garlic and basil. mushrooms. yassss. husband doesn't eat them so ordering them is risky if i don't eat them all. there's like 5 left..... chicken parm dinner is good. not fantastic but very good for delivery. giant portion. pizza is good. toppings were good and plentiful. crust was thin and crisp. delivery was standard for Friday night. we'll be back..... or they'll be back delivering :) read more

So, I hear all locations aren't exactly the same. I ordered delivery directly from Rosati's (Woodridge location) and received a 10% discount for my first online order. Woot! From the time I ordered, the pizza was on my front door step in 45 minutes. Perfect pub style pie, fresh veggie toppings and meat (sausage was superb). We were first served Rosati's at a party and realized there was one located very near our home. Keep in mind, this is pick-up and delivery ONLY. Their thin crust is much more substantial than other places, however, I ordered the double dough to give it a try. Soooooooooooo glad I had read the other reviews. I am not a thin crust pizza person and found this double dough just perfect. It is not stuffed so it does not take several days to prepare. The crust on both the thin crust and the double dough was not crispy, just nice and chewy. The cheese was generous and made separating the pieces classic pizza behavior. I also appreciated that both pizzas were boxed. I could never figure out at another pizza place how they decide whether to box the pizza or put it in paper. (Size is not the determining factor). Paper does not keep it as warm and often ends up in contact with the pizza which is just plain yucky. Of course there are other selections besides pizza and they are open for lunch. I ordered a pizza today for my staff at around 11:30am to be delivered at 2pm. I went for the double dough cheese pizza with pepperoni and half sausage. To my surprised the pizza arrived exactly at 2pm and to what it seemed freshly made. This pizza was out of this world! It had some sections where the pepperoni and sausage were a bit crispy but not hard just perfect. I ordered a large pizza and within a minute of arrival it was gone between 4 of us women. I wish I can give them zero stars!!! I've ordered from this location 2 times and each time I've had a problem! The first time they delivered my order to the wrong address( I have no idea where) then the driver said he got pulled over delivering the order (which the girl At Rosati's said he delivered to the wrong address). The first time it took 3 hours to get my order! The second time was today. The delivery driver dropped my order in the ground before ringing the doorbell (which I saw) and my pizza was all messed up. I have been ordering from this Rosati's since it opened. The service has been mostly OK. But when it hasn't I have called to let them know when something has been missing or not made correctly etc. etc. last night I ordered cheese ravioli a side of meatballs, breadsticks, and a chop salad. After getting home and opening up my order the meatballs were missing. I was told my only option was to come back and get the meatballs and I would not get credited back to my amount of the meatballs if I decided not to pick them up. I was told I was a habitual complainer since 2017. Since 2017 I've been going to their location regularly!!!! This was all told to me by the manager!!! Horrible horrible customer service!!! We are HUGE fans of this Rosati's, we easily order once a week if not more. We've been getting a thin crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni and garlic regularly for over a year and it is always delicious, hot and delivered to us quickly. I have branched out a little bit and tried the dough nuggets, fettuccini and mozzarella sticks and those have all been big winners too. There are a lot of pizza options, this is the best in the area. I'm a relative newcomer to this Rosati's Pizza location. I've had a bit of a different experience with the place than Ray W in that consistency of their pies is the best amongst the area pizzerias. I was spoiled by Little Italian's pizza (in Naperville, south of 75th St, just east of Washington) and mourned my loss when I moved out of their delivery zone. I won't say Rosati's beats Little Italian, but it's a really close second. What I like: no skimping on the toppings. When I say "easy sauce" I get just that. The toppings are fresh, the cheese is real (and just the right amount is used for that stretchy yum when you pull off those first few pieces) and the sausage (as noted by Ray) is outstanding. It never tastes like old pork and it has just the right amount of residual heat. I've ordered different combinations from one-ingredient to a loaded 'za and it doesn't matter. I know it's from Rosati's. Why I didn't give five stars: They place the pizza straight in the box without a buffer between the crust and cardboard. Steam builds up under the crust and it gets soggy if it sits in the box awhile. Little Italian always put a thin plastic "grid" on the cardboard, which kept the crust off the cardboard. The other issue is also with the boxing of the pizza: Little Italian places one of those plastic "tables" on top of the pie so the lid doesn't get pushed down onto the cheese during delivery. read more
