I have ordered from them several times and never had a problem. I must say I was highly disappointed with the service I received on last Saturday. I ordered 2 family size pizzas with extra sauce and one pizza barely had any sauce on it at all it was unbearable to eat because it was too dry. When I called the store to voice my concern I was basically accused of being a liar. After having words with the staff there was no way I was going to have them fix me anything else. I chopped up the loss and will never order from them again. I give them a three because their pizza is good if fixed properly otherwise they need a lesson in customer service. read more

Love this place! everything we order is fantastic- especially the pasta dishes. they give you food enough for 2 with left overs. the only reason for 4 stars is their app. they recently changed apps and u can't order your pizza well done. if u want it well done, u need to call them. I know I sound picky but their old app allowed this option. now we have to heat up our grill and throw it on there for 10 min so the crust is crispy. either way, we still order from there and we will continue to do so bc it's the best pizza n pasta in the neighborhood! read more

As far as Chicago pizza, everyone has their favorite and this is becoming one of our faves. BIG pizzas, square slices, plenty of toppings (but not too much... trust me, that can be a problem), plenty of cheese, perfectly cooked, and delivered quick by a friendly person! And they got the order correct! It's the simple things :) Also had their wings which were really good, but I wish they had more flavors as their BBQ has just a slight zing to it that was too much for the kiddos but adults enjoyed. I actually really like their pizza, even though it's pretty expensive. But the service I received tonight was beyond awful. When I called the man answering the phone was talking and taking my information so fast that he didn't even have time to listen. For instance, I ordered a medium bbq specialty But Without Onions-I really stressed that. The man taking my order immediately asked me-what size? When I got my pizza of Course it was wrong. Onions. I called to have my order corrected and first I was put on hold. Then he came back and I told him my order was wrong. The phone rang and I had to hold while someone else had their order taken. He came back on the phone and asked what I would like. Again, I repeated my complaint and he went to check the receipt. He came back "Um, I took the call and I'm the manager and you definitely didn't order it without onions." Seriously?! You're going to argue with me about this? Then he told me I had to return the original pizza - "the whole pizza, not with even one or two pieces missing. " So rude. I will never order from them again. I'm really disappointed. read more

So I decided to go to Rosati's after working a 13 hour day so I call in my order. I waited 30:40 minutes before I go to pick it up. I arrive and she charges me for my order and then she goes to find my pizza. After several minutes of waiting the girl comes back and tells me something happened with their printer and my order was just "lost". She told me if I wanted to wait for them to make it they would give me a 50% discount but after being up for 15 hours, working 13 hours and having to get up at 4am I didn't want to wait 30 more minutes for a pizza. I was never offered anything for my inconvenience except a "sorry" and the charge was removed from my debit card! Thanks for nothing!!! read more

HORRIFIC STORY!!! NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE!! It's taken me a long time to revisit the night my family was put in danger by this restaurant. It was November 6th, 2015. The family and I mulled over what we were going to eat. We decided on Rosati's which I've been a customer of for over 20yrs. I ordered a sausage/spinach pizza for pick up. When I got to the restaurant, my pizza wasn't ready and I was told that it would be about 15 minutes. I saw the burner and there was only 1 pizza on it, which wasn't mine. A young lady with firey red hair offered me a drink for my wait. All was well. The family and I feasted eventually and all was fine until about 4am when one by one we all started to awake with stomach cramps. Suddenly we were all scrambling for the bathroom. VOMITING AND DIARHEA ensued. It was myself, my sister, my mother, and my 2 kids. This went on and on for hours. I was so weak and trying to muster the energy to assist my kids and family between vomits and shi**ing. Then I went to check on my almost 70yr old mother as she was hurling profusely. Suddenly all sound stopped. My mother went into a cold stare and just fell backwards with her eyes open. OH SHT!!! I didn't know what was happening. Did she have a heart attack because of the strain? I called 911 and had to have my mother shipped off to Bolingbrook Medical. I raised her body to make sure she wasn't choking on vomit and put my finger in her mouth to make sure everything was clear. I smacked her around a little and she came back to. The paramedics soon arrived and shipped her off. I was too weak to dress myself or my kids to get to emergency. Against normal practice, the doctor that took care of my mother gave her enough meds to stop the family from vomiting. When I was well, I called Rosatis and spoke to some jerk named Reuben. When I told him what happened and advised that I think he is responsible for paying my mother's medical bill, he asked me if I had proof. I was pissed that this was the way somebody was handling and issue caused by their establishment. I hung up and sought proof. I've never been POISONED before so I didn't know how to handle it and unfortunately found out a week later that there is a food testing center in Joliet. But I did call the health department. The report that I got back stated that the restaurant was up to par from what they could see BUT THEY DID FIND OUT THAT THEY DON'T WASH THEIR SPINACH. Needless to say..Rosatis has received all the business that they will EVER get from me during those 25yrs before my family was POISONED. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER eat from here again. I wound up having to take my youngest into the hospital the day after as her reaction was a bit more delayed. She couldn't stop SH**ING!!! AND TRUST ME THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE HEARD ABOUT THIS!!! From paramedics, to doctors, to nurses, to classmates, professors, and friends...everybody I know knows NOT TO FCK WITH ROSATIS IN BOLINGBROOK!!! THANK GOD I'M STILL ALIVE AND ESPECIALLY MY POOR MOTHER. Thanks for caring Reuben!!! You're a real stand-up @SSHOLE!!! read more

This is somewhat confusing . Yes I love their pizza , yes I love how convenient they are to my home , yes I love that pizza is always hot and ready to go to be picked up by a slice ... However ... The counter service is so bad it's almost not worth me going there . Whomever it is working , I have dealt with a guy and a girl . Both are tremendously slow and bad and unprofessional . First let me say I'm probably one of the few people in Chicago that HATES deep dish and stuffed pizza. Rosati's thin crust pizza is wonderful! I've had their pizza margarita-which is old world perfection! Just like the pizza my Italian grandma made with leftover bread dough. In fact, when my husband and I were both sick with a horrible virus and didn't feel like cooking, we tried just about everything on the menu. Wonderful fresh salads, perfect sandwiches and pasta. Everything was heaven. Our meals always arrived quickly and were piping hot. Great job! I refuse to order Italian/Pizza from anywhere else in the burbs. read more

AWFUL AWFUL place!! I'd give it 0 stars if I could! I ordered a pizza for delivery from Rosatis at 6:50pm. The order was confirmed with a promise time of 7:40pm. At 8:15pm, still no pizza. So I called wondering why it had been over half hour past my promised time. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that she was JUST ABOUT to call me to tell me I'm outside the delivery zone (barely) and they would not deliver my pizza. That's crap. They were never ever going to call me, they were never going to make my pizza...I just happened to call, expecting something I paid for. When I asked why it had been OVER AN HOUR since I ordered and no one had called me, even if they apparently knew from the beginning that they would not deliver my pizza, she just claimed they were busy tonight. NO. I call BS. If you can't deliver, do not accept my order, charge my credit card, then give me an order promise time...then NEVER call me. BS. I used to be a loyal Rosati's customer...never again. System was very easy, and allowed me to pay by credit card for the tip as well. Set it up for a delivery for a couple hours later. We have ordered from this location several times, but each time the service gets worse. The pizza is decent, but order from a different location. Samir, the supposed owner, is not a very good business owner. I had a carry-out order. When I came to pick up my food I was ignored for several minutes before I was told cash only, which had not been mentioned on the phone. I asked if there was an ATM nearby and I received blank stares and no help. After I found an ATM on my own, I returned and again no one was at the register. I placed the money on the counter and Samir aggressively threatened me claiming I had thrown money at him. I told him I was sorry he perceived a slight but that I had not done any such thing. At this point Samir puffed up his chest and became aggressive and agitated. He told me I could get my pizza from somewhere else if I wanted. From now on, I will. I recommended you do not order from this location. There are many other Rosati's to choose from. The staff is unfriendly, unaccomodating, and rude. The kitchen looks filthy.
