I agree with Megan and Ally. Especially Ally. I have lived across the street from them for going on 9 years now and its always been great. Then it seemed about a year ago things changed. Seems that you order from a call center now and not the store. So I put another order in on Superbowl Sunday. They have always had the best wings around, breaded and dry rubbed. Now when I ordered, the person on the line says, "well now we have them with a few different sauces". They were never wet wings, dry rubbed. But figured I would try them and ordered two orders. Then ordered the Rosati's Monster (pizza). So I go pick up my order and the wings seem to be a little higher than on the menu. So I ask for a menu because they are not out on the counter anymore, and usually a pizza place that wants to do more business staples a new one on the box of the pizzas ordered. I go out to the car and see I was charged $14.99 each for the two orders of wings and the menu says they are $12.99 So, I go back in to inquire why the difference. She says they raised their prices but I show her the menu and she says to me, that the menu is a year old. Then she says really snotty, I dont have to give it to you anyway. So, I get really upset and tell her, "well, you know what I don't have to come here either". With the 10% discount I still spent over $55.00 for 1 pizza and 2 orders of wings. I can go out to a nice dinner for that kind of change. Their web site still has the price at $12.99 today. So, who's fault is it that they havent printed a new menu in a year, and no one changes the web site. To me, not a company that cares about their customers. They have a call center so, let them know if a price changes, at least if you order something and it has gone up, they can let you know. If you went into a store and the sign said the gallon of milk was $1.99 and they charged you $2.99, wouldnt you say something. There is no place that Rosatis can show you in print, where the prices have gone up. Then I get home, and open the pizza box. The Rosati's Monster pizza at $25.99 says in the description, "with a rolled edge" for the crust (like Barnabys) and shows the picture of it. There was no rolled crust, one of the favorite things about this pizza. Yes, this Rosatis has gone way far down the hill and with about 8 other good pizza places in the area, Fat Rickys, Windy City Grill, Its a Nice a Pizza, Buona Beef, Beggars, Lou Malnatis, Michaels, just in this area, he is lucky to be in business as far as I am concerned. All those other pizzas are just as good as his if not better and he wont get any more of my money. I will go all the way to Bolingbrook Rosatis if I want that instead of right across the street. Their products are still the same and they treat their customers right. This owner has nothing to offer. When my wife says this was no good and didnt like it, thats it. After all these years, what a disappointment.

As an update to my review, my wife said I left off Salernos, but seriosly, what Rosatis is doing to his customers is Wrong Wrong Wrong. He is screwing his customers without any showing of price, and not caring. Many people mention of his rudeness. My Dad had a grocery store in Chicago outside of Park Ridge that we worked for 22 years. I know about advertised prices, customer service, BBB, labor relations board, etc. I work for a boss that is on the Romeoville Board and will ask him what kind of business ethics this guy is conducting. Its just not right. read more
