We used to love rosatis. It seems like over the last year thier customer service and food quality has really gone down. The last three times we have gone there they have messed up our order. When I got carry out last time i realized, in my car, half my order was missing. When I told the cashier, after she found the rest of my food, that i was disappointed in the level of thier service lately she said "oh ok". read more

Skip the Anthem location and go somewhere else. They will screw up you order half the time or forget to put part of your order in.

Hubby bought a groupon. He wanted pizza (I'm dairy free), so we went and decided to do it as a carry out since it was Dancing W/the Stars night. while he decided on the deep dish w/ chicken, I went for the grilled chicken sandwich w/ a side salad. It was empty when we got there and the ladies at the counter welcomed us in a very friendly way and took our order. Since his pizza would take a 1/2 hour we gave our groupon and paid the rest of the bill and went shopping at the Dollar Tree next door. Honestly-my sandwich was juicy, salad was nothing out of the ordinary but both were tasty. My fries were not greasy, but rather limp. My husband said that for the money, he was disappointed. He said for the same price he could have bought a deep dish w/ as many toppings as he wanted and quality would've been the same at pizza hut. Now we didn't order drinks, appetizers or dessert. I had the sandwich and he had the small pizza and we still ran over our $20 by $6. That's pretty expensive in my book. read more

Came here with my son after going to the arcade next door. Bartender was very helpful and friendly. The outdoor patio is a nice area and has small rides to keep kids entertained. Happy hour prices are pretty good. read more

Okay, we havent been here in over a year. Last experience was awful, we didn't care to go back EVER! A couple weeks ago, we decided to give this place another shot, since it's been redone and the atmosphere on the outside bar seemed great from all the posts on our community's Facebook pages. However, it was closed. So, in keeping with the shopping local, we gave it a shot this weekend. The outside bar is huge, I mean, monstrous. The kitchen was closed since it was so late, and so was the arcade, but the atmosphere was great, people that were there were great and the bartender (Joey) was awesome, personable and attentive to our beer. Since weren't able to try the food, we will be going back to try it. Wednesday is karaoke night, so we will be checking that out as well. I highly recommend checking it out if you havent been here in a while. read more

Ok this has prompted me to write my first review on Yelp! So it has new owners and waitstaff where this is probably their first job. They did tear out the booths and now you get to sit on hard wooden bench..oh lala...ouch! They just got their liquor licence and were offering bogo on Beer. Too bad it was flat! First ordered a cobb salad. To bad they do not know how to make a cobb salad and anyone who pays $7 for the small one will be surely dissapointed. It's not like any cobb salad I have ordered and was missing the egg and any pizzaz..thought it was missing the bacon too but owners brother kindly brought it out and pushed it in our face saying there is the bacon...OMG ...really?.sent it back. Next up pizza - place was dead! Took a good 40 minutes to get the pizza. The excuse was one pizza ahead of us. Really? Can't even imagine the wait if it was busy! Gal next to us said it took forever to get thier order too... Owners brother kindly pops up well it was probably the kind of pizza she ordered. She stated she ordered a calzone and her daughter spag.....egg on his face. Owners brother kindly took off 10% of the bill for our troubles...we won't be back until they have come and gone....Husband made sure we paid in cash as he was concerned about giving them any card! Pass on this Pizza joint!! Other table just came in ....what did they get...flat soda! I overheard the kids ask when will the pizza be ready? Boy are they gonna be hungry in an hour! Husband used the bathroom...I had to go...he said NO if the women's restroom was anything like the men's it's discusting! ding ding ding constantly ....they no longer hear it but all of their customers do! ding ding ding....piza is done in the oven....find another way to tell your 3 cooks+ in the kitchen it's done! annoying! read more

Rosati's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Anthem, Arizona

The patio is a great place to enjoy a good meal, a good drink and watch a match or spend time with friends.

In Anthem for a few hours and needed to grab some food before headed out of town. Got on Yelp to see what was around. Found a Mexican place and went to check it out. Walked up to a sign saying they were catering today. Saw Rosati's and figured since we were in the same plaza and already out of our car... Very friendly staff greatest us and told us to sit wherever (it was between lunch and dinner so basically empty). Very attentive waitress. We ordered a couple calzones, a couple slices, some garlic cheese bread and side salad. 3 cokes to drink. The Coke was very good and served in glass (yes it tastes better). The garlic cheese bread was very good and came out quickly. Salad was good too. The calzones and pizza slices came out in good time and were absolutely fantastic. Both the calzones and the pizza slices were huge. We left completely stuffed. I highly recommend Rosati's for some tasty pizza and such. read more

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes no one showed..I was there to buy a pizza but was ignored.

Got food to go it was super expensive and the food was awful go to rays pizza next time way way better food

so after my first review i heard from uncle Ron as you can see who has asked for another chance i messaged him to let him know i already threw $25 bucks in the trash and would only give it another chance if he replaced my pizza well that was a week ago guess uncle Ron's comments are only for the other reviewers to make it seem like he cares because if he truly cared about the customer i would have heard back do NOT waste your money this place isn't even making the pizza correctly read more

We so enjoyed the outdoor seating area where I had the MOST DELICIOUS Italian Roast Beef sandwich I have ever eaten. Great service and my friends all raves about their choices. read more

Don't go here if you are looking for atmosphere. It's run down and dirty. The food we had was fine, salad wasn't as described in the menu, but fresh. The bruschetta was at least a day old. We ordered the Rosati Monster pizza. After they dropped the first one, and brought the second, (an hour had passed). The pizza was adequate. Nothing special, nothing bad. The heat in the reataurNt wasn't working. It was blowing cold air, then no air, then Too much heat. Crazy Kylie was our server. She was the bright spot in our experience. read more

This place has really good food ! The service is Horrible! The Owner was carried out Drunk the night I was there. The servers were saying he was still Celebrating from just getting married. The bathroom had no toilet paper. When I wrote a review about my experience Rosatis answered saying that my Experience was False. That I was the winner of being the first for them to call out on a false review. I was at a party of over 30 people and they all complained about the Service. The excuse was that Tino & Ashley had brought in a bigger crowd than they had expected. They had no Patron and didnt even have Coffee. This place is poorly Operated and no one has a right to disrespect a customer. I wrote about my experience and if you read the other reviews they say the same thing. Foods good and Service sucks! I will tell everyone I know about my experience and now that Rosatis has accused me of a False review I will review on every forum and tell everyone that was in my group to do the same. read more

Just ordered a large thin and a large stuffed pizza. The quality of the pizza is excellent but the consistency is not there yet. There aren't any good pizza places around here and that is why we keep coming back. This time when we ordered the pizza was excellent. I hope that with all the changes they have made that they will train the employees that are making the food and the consistency of a good pizza will always be there. read more

We were there on a Friday night, a week ago. It was a bad night for them. Super busy not enough wait staff. Took 30 Minutes to get our drinks. A corona and a margarita, so nothing fancy. Ordered wings and cheese curds. Another 30+ minutes before getting wings. Reminded them about cheese curds, and asked for second round of drinks. Another 15 Minuets+ for drinks. Brought us mushrooms. We said not ours - they belonged to table next to us who had to flag them down. Over heard table behind us saying they got (and ate) someone else's appetizer (cheese curds perhaps???). Shame on them for eating food they didn't order. But I digress... food when it comes is good - great wings! But service, ugh. :( read more

Sat at the bar tonight. Pizza was good when we were finally able to order. Service was really bad. Seems if you are not a regular you get ignored. read more

We went in yesterday for the dough nuggets. I will agree with some of the other reviews that no one ever acknowledged us at the front, even though the Please Wait To Be Seated sign was out. We decided to ignore the sign after a few minutes and walked back to the bar. Once there we were enthusiastically greeted and told to pick where we wanted to sit. Our server was Haliegh and she was excellent. I believe she was also tending bar so she was multitasking. We went in around 3:30, so not was not very busy but there were a few customers. Haleigh was very attentive and definitely gave 5 service! The food was good, it was Happy Hour so it was half off appetizers. They were out of chicken tenders but substituted boneless wings, which was fine by us. I highly recommend the regular wings and the dough nuggets. read more

I wish I was able to try the food here. Instead we got the "pleasure" of awkwardly standing at the door waiting to be seated. After about 10 mins we thought okay maybe we seat ourselves. Found seats. Waited 10 mins before I got up to check if we order somewhere else. Finally after about 30 mins of being there someone takes our drink order. We put in our food order. Pizza and French fries. We waited over 40 mins for French fries. Never got food so walked out. It seems that if you don't have white hair/and are white you don't get served. read more

Rosati's is a great place to eat. We like the half off on pasta dinners on Monday nights. We have been coming here for the past 3 plus years. read more

We have always had problems with this location. Starting with setting up of the rewards program, with them not honoring their own rewards coupons, stating they are not for their location even with their address on them and unable to find your account. The prices are fair for Anthem and the staff is friendly with smiles. We may have had a bad bartender today when we went in but I'd you are going to pay $12 for a drink it should be made right. As a former bartender I know how a drink should be made. Worst Long Island Ice Tea I have ever had in the 25 years I have been drinking them as my drink of choice when I am out. Sent it back telling them it was a glass of sour mix and no Coke. Got another brought to the table which seemed as if they just added a little Coke. Just a bit more palatable but still pretty bad. If you are going to spend $12 on one drink is should be made correctly. We put in our appetizer order first and no one came back to get our dinner order. Whenever we needed something I had to get up and flag someone down. After 5 times of this I was fed up. If it was busy I would have been more understanding. But seeing the staff just chatting with customers at the bar and not attending to the customers at the tables was unacceptable. One of our orders was a salad with chicken, that had an up charge. We received a salad with no chicken. I took the order up to the bar informing them they had forgot the chicken. They brought it back within a minute with a generous portion of chicken. Leading me to believe that the chicken was prepared but just not added to the salad. I feel bad feel bad for not leaving a tip but it was not deserved. I wrote my comments on the service and quality of the beverages on the back of my check, informing them I would be leaving an unfavorable review on Yelp and that we would not be returning. The Rosati's attendant in the arcade was very pleasant and attentive. Although she wasn't working in food service she assisted us in a timely and efficient manner with getting us a box for our leftovers. Our son loved the arcade and we will return there to provide our patronage. Looking forward to the bowling alley opening. Rosati's has an excellent space with outdoor courtyard seating and occasional live entertainment connected to the arcade. It is unfortunate that the quality of service and drinks are subpar. read more

Murray G We have been going to Rosatis since the original opening back in the early 2000's even under 4 different owners. The new owners are doing a great job in what they are presenting, but there is some question about the menu and the kitchen presentation of some of the food items on the menu. We ordered last night 3/30, a spaghetti meatball entrée and Chicken parmigiana entrée. The price jumped from $9.95 to $13.95 for both entrees. About 80% of the entrees was all spaghetti and only 2 small meatballs in one order and one small slice of chicken over cooked in the other. For that price, there should have been at least 50% of each. Spaghetti is not that expensive. I have had Chicken parmigiana in other locations where they serve 2 pretty good size portions for a little more cost but you get what you pay for. In this case of Rosati's it was not worth it. Over priced and presented poorly. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We just moved to the area and live close by so we wanted to try out the local joint. We came in and were told to sit wherever we wanted. We sat at a high top in the bar and there were only 6 other customers in the whole place. We sat for over 10 minutes and the bar tender never even acknowledged us. After we were ignored for so long we just left and went to Barro's where we always have good service. I wonder how the pizza is?! read more

Well let's just say I haven't ordered food in over a year because of past experience and after last night I know I will never return. $15 for a spaghetti dinner and I asked what came with it that's a lot of $$. The guy mentioned pasta meatballs and garlic bread. Ok I also was told a had a $10 credit if I wanted to use it so I added a small sausage pizza. Sure got home the spaghetti dinner was terrible the noodles were all in pieces soggy and their wasn't one meatball. The garlic bread was hard and no taste must have been wrapped in the foil all day. Very disappointed I gave them another chance because I heard new owners "Again"!!!! Will not return ever. Regards read more

The worst Pizza I have ever been served....We recently purchased a Groupon deal for the Anthem location to help support a local business. We were told we had to spend more than the value of the deal to receive the deal if not we couldn't use it. We exceeded the value so they accepted it. The pizza we ordered was served to us LUKEWARM and tasted like it came out of the frozen food section at the supermarket. We sent it back to be reheated ( they should have made it fresh). The server asked how it was ,we told him it was terrible and the response was at least you got the Groupon deal and didn't pay full price. We will NEVER go there again. read more

Excellent improvements over the past 8 months! Everything was superb, thanks for a great time.

In from Chicago and was dying for some good pizza during this "lockdown". Mind you I'm gluten free and vegan so I have a very special order, my friends are not and ordered a regular meat & vegetable pizza. It was FAST , it was DELICIOUS, and it was so reasonable. In these trying times they are giving an automatic 25% off a regular priced menu item! I am very picky with my gluten free crusts and this is in my top 2 ! Excellent !! And I made sure to tip my driver !! The drivers and servers at all the takeout places deserve it! read more

After picking up my wife from the airport we decided to stop and have a bite to eat , I believe in supporting local business, but because of last nights fiasco we will ( never eat there again.) We start out by ordering a beer, then adding 12 boneless wings and an Italian Beef sandwich, after 1/2 hour I started looking around and food is being served at other tables I started looking for our waitress, she finally comes around to say they are having a problem with the fryers, 45 min. Into our wait we get burned wings with sauce on them, we tried eating them but they weren't edible, I go up to the counter and asked what about our beef sandwich and was told they were working on it ........ come on an Hour a still No Beef Sandwich ... I told them to keep there beef paid my bill a left . Horrible Customer Service !!!!! ! read more

We love Rosaties pizza, salads and the Italian Beef sandwich. They also have a great outdoor patio.

Looonnnggggg wait.. Great pizza and sandwich there, so the food is definitely worth the visit. That said, make sure you go during a "dead time" when there isn't a long line. There was a fundraiser here this evening and the tables were all full. Took us 5 min to be seated, which was good, but then took over an hour to get our pizza,.. Another 10 min for our sandwich and another 2 min after that for our daughters bowl of pasta with butter. Wonderful staff,.. Just be mindful of the wait! read more
