Ordered a pizza at 6:30 p.m. We live about 2 minutes from the restaurant (daughter was sick so could not go in). So, when do you think we got our food? 9:10 p.m. I called about 2 hours in, and they gave me a story about having the wrong address, and then the wrong pizza was made. (I confirmed the address when I called the first time.) Said they would rush a new pizza two me. Driver showed up 45 minutes later, pizza not in a warming bag or anything, and it was pouring rain, so the box was soaked. And they charged me full price. The people on the phone are almost never pleasant, the service in restaurant is slow, delivery is always slow, and they don't take care of their customers. We ended here again because of a Groupon which I frequently use. It was before lunch and there was only one other table full. It was a table of approximately 7. A waitress greeted us at the door and she was putting a lot of effort into being pleasant. I don't appreciate that but I do understand it's a struggle for some to be decent without effort. She brought out a SOGGY Cheef and asked if we wanted ajus. Uh yeah. Then presents what appeared to be a decent calzone. The knife she gave me was made to spread butter. Hubby bought a groupon. He wanted pizza (I'm dairy free), so we went and decided to do it as a carry out since it was Dancing W/the Stars night. while he decided on the deep dish w/ chicken, I went for the grilled chicken sandwich w/ a side salad. It was empty when we got there and the ladies at the counter welcomed us in a very friendly way and took our order. Since his pizza would take a 1/2 hour we gave our groupon and paid the rest of the bill and went shopping at the Dollar Tree next door. Honestly-my sandwich was juicy, salad was nothing out of the ordinary but both were tasty. My fries were not greasy, but rather limp. My husband said that for the money, he was disappointed. He said for the same price he could have bought a deep dish w/ as many toppings as he wanted and quality would've been the same at pizza hut. Now we didn't order drinks, appetizers or dessert. Ok this has prompted me to write my first review on Yelp! So it has new owners and waitstaff where this is probably their first job. They did tear out the booths and now you get to sit on hard wooden bench..oh lala...ouch! They just got their liquor licence and were offering bogo on Beer. Too bad it was flat! In Anthem for a few hours and needed to grab some food before headed out of town. Got on Yelp to see what was around. Found a Mexican place and went to check it out. Walked up to a sign saying they were catering today. Saw Rosati's and figured since we were in the same plaza and already out of our car... Very friendly staff greatest us and told us to sit wherever (it was between lunch and dinner so basically empty). Very attentive waitress. We ordered a couple calzones, a couple slices, some garlic cheese bread and side salad. 3 cokes to drink. The Coke was very good and served in glass (yes it tastes better). The garlic cheese bread was very good and came out quickly. Salad was good too. The calzones and pizza slices came out in good time and were absolutely fantastic. Both the calzones and the pizza slices were huge. We left completely stuffed. I highly recommend Rosati's for some tasty pizza and such. read more

This place has really good food ! The service is Horrible! The Owner was carried out Drunk the night I was there. The servers were saying he was still Celebrating from just getting married. The bathroom had no toilet paper. When I wrote a review about my experience Rosatis answered saying that my Experience was False. That I was the winner of being the first for them to call out on a false review. I was at a party of over 30 people and they all complained about the Service. The excuse was that Tino & Ashley had brought in a bigger crowd than they had expected. They had no Patron and didnt even have Coffee. Don't go here if you are looking for atmosphere. It's run down and dirty. The food we had was fine, salad wasn't as described in the menu, but fresh. The bruschetta was at least a day old. We were there on a Friday night, a week ago. It was a bad night for them. Super busy not enough wait staff. Took 30 Minutes to get our drinks. A corona and a margarita, so nothing fancy. Ordered wings and cheese curds. Another 30+ minutes before getting wings. Reminded them about cheese curds, and asked for second round of drinks. Another 15 Minuets+ for drinks. Brought us mushrooms. We said not ours - they belonged to table next to us who had to flag them down. Over heard table behind us saying they got (and ate) someone else's appetizer (cheese curds perhaps???). We went in yesterday for the dough nuggets. I will agree with some of the other reviews that no one ever acknowledged us at the front, even though the Please Wait To Be Seated sign was out. We decided to ignore the sign after a few minutes and walked back to the bar. Once there we were enthusiastically greeted and told to pick where we wanted to sit. Our server was Haliegh and she was excellent. I believe she was also tending bar so she was multitasking. We went in around 3:30, so not was not very busy but there were a few customers. We have always had problems with this location. Starting with setting up of the rewards program, with them not honoring their own rewards coupons, stating they are not for their location even with their address on them and unable to find your account. The prices are fair for Anthem and the staff is friendly with smiles. We may have had a bad bartender today when we went in but I'd you are going to pay $12 for a drink it should be made right. As a former bartender I know how a drink should be made. Worst Long Island Ice Tea I have ever had in the 25 years I have been drinking them as my drink of choice when I am out. Sent it back telling them it was a glass of sour mix and no Coke. Got another brought to the table which seemed as if they just added a little Coke. Just a bit more palatable but still pretty bad. If you are going to spend $12 on one drink is should be made correctly. We put in our appetizer order first and no one came back to get our dinner order. Whenever we needed something I had to get up and flag someone down. After 5 times of this I was fed up. If it was busy I would have been more understanding. But seeing the staff just chatting with customers at the bar and not attending to the customers at the tables was unacceptable. One of our orders was a salad with chicken, that had an up charge. We received a salad with no chicken. I took the order up to the bar informing them they had forgot the chicken. They brought it back within a minute with a generous portion of chicken. Leading me to believe that the chicken was prepared but just not added to the salad. I feel bad feel bad for not leaving a tip but it was not deserved. I wrote my comments on the service and quality of the beverages on the back of my check, informing them I would be leaving an unfavorable review on Yelp and that we would not be returning. The Rosati's attendant in the arcade was very pleasant and attentive. Although she wasn't working in food service she assisted us in a timely and efficient manner with getting us a box for our leftovers. Our son loved the arcade and we will return there to provide our patronage. Looking forward to the bowling alley opening. Rosati's has an excellent space with outdoor courtyard seating and occasional live entertainment connected to the arcade. The new owners are doing a great job in what they are presenting, but there is some question about the menu and the kitchen presentation of some of the food items on the menu. We ordered last night 3/30, a spaghetti meatball entrée and Chicken parmigiana entrée. The price jumped from $9.95 to $13.95 for both entrees. About 80% of the entrees was all spaghetti and only 2 small meatballs in one order and one small slice of chicken over cooked in the other. For that price, there should have been at least 50% of each. Spaghetti is not that expensive. I have had Chicken parmigiana in other locations where they serve 2 pretty good size portions for a little more cost but you get what you pay for. In this case of Rosati's it was not worth it. If I could give zero stars I would. We just moved to the area and live close by so we wanted to try out the local joint. We came in and were told to sit wherever we wanted. We sat at a high top in the bar and there were only 6 other customers in the whole place. We sat for over 10 minutes and the bar tender never even acknowledged us. Well let's just say I haven't ordered food in over a year because of past experience and after last night I know I will never return. $15 for a spaghetti dinner and I asked what came with it that's a lot of $$. The guy mentioned pasta meatballs and garlic bread. Ok I also was told a had a $10 credit if I wanted to use it so I added a small sausage pizza. Sure got home the spaghetti dinner was terrible the noodles were all in pieces soggy and their wasn't one meatball. The garlic bread was hard and no taste must have been wrapped in the foil all day. The worst Pizza I have ever been served....We recently purchased a Groupon deal for the Anthem location to help support a local business. We were told we had to spend more than the value of the deal to receive the deal if not we couldn't use it. We exceeded the value so they accepted it. The pizza we ordered was served to us LUKEWARM and tasted like it came out of the frozen food section at the supermarket. We sent it back to be reheated ( they should have made it fresh). The server asked how it was ,we told him it was terrible and the response was at least you got the Groupon deal and didn't pay full price. We will NEVER go there again. read more
