We ordered online at the Peoria, AZ. location on Happy Valley Rd. on 4/15/2026. We ordered a Thin Crust Papa's Favorite and a Caesar Salad. The pizza was delicious. The Caesar Salad was brown and wilted. When the order was picked up, we asked specifically if the salad was fresh. The attendant assured us it was made that morning. This was the second time we have received a Caesar Salad there that wasn't fresh. The location is clean. We might order another pizza there, but we will never order a salad there again. read more

New Taco pizza is horrible. All you could taste is the seasoning sprinkled all over the top. No beans, no flavor.

I love Papa Murphy's pizza. I don't like or appreciate the snotty kids that work there. They take my order and make my pizza. That's it. I am not tipping them. I sick of this crap! The second the girl saw I didn't tip she just walked away from me and a young man came out and made the pizza. Okay...I can't believe I am saying this but Papa Murp's is actually pretty good! Its now our go to for cook our own pizza. The staff is always friendly and quick. The tuesday deal is great when you are a busy family! The meatballs are honestly some of the best we have had. We snag a container of those and add our own pasta and it makes a great quick meal. Add some cheesy bread to it and bam! A quick and easy meal. We even do meatball subs with a container of them when the kids want meatball sammys. The sauce on the meatballs is killer too, a little chinky and always tastes yummo. This location used to be great, but for the past several months is a mess. The management has apparently decided to skimp in dough, so their regular pizza is now an Ultra Thin Crust. This branch just opened recently within the past month or so. Whether you call ahead or pick up pizza on the go, the people that work here are very friendly and quick! They are very good about greeting you when you come in, and not just one person, everyone that works there greets you. The set up is very straight forward and the setting is very clean and organized. Whenever I can't think of food to bring home, this is always an easy back up plan. I know it seems silly to have to cook your own pizza, but trust me, the directions are so clear, it's very difficult to mess up, and you don't have to worry about your pizza becoming soggy when you drive it home. Placed an order to be ready at 5:30, walked in at 5:40, not another person in the place, and my order wasn't ready. When I asked about it, the only kid working was irritated that I asked because he was still working on it. My stuffed pizza had all the toppings in the middle, my salad looked like a four year old created it, and when our order was finally "ready" he pointed us to a cooler for our desert and cheesy bread. When asked if the cheesy bread came with sauce, he rolled his eyes and retrieved us a container of sauce. He never offered a bag and the sauce took a tumble in the parking lot. I wanted to have sympathy because he appeared to be working alone but his attitude and customer service destroyed any sympathy I had. Two stars only because he was flying solo. read more

As stated, my review is to help others...Ordered two pizzas. One was made correctly, one was not even close. My daughter called Papa Murph (lol). They said for the inconvenience of receiving the wrong pizza, which we paid $14 for, they will give us a $3.00 credit. I believe thats approximately what it costs to make a pizza. However that's also what it would cost to drive back there..so no mor Murphy for us. Oh yes, the owner is conveniently out of town. Keep the $14.00 and keep the $3.00 inconvenience fee. Came into this location tonight to get dinner for my family they didn't inform me until I heard another customer ask for extra mushrooms that they were out of mushrooms the pizza I ordered comes with mushrooms once again they failed to tell me they had no mushrooms until I asked if my pizza was going to have mushrooms then when I asked if they could substitute it for extra cheese the redhead punk kid making the pizzas got an attitude and told me I could've told him that before he made mine now I had no clue he was working on mine because there were several receipts in front not only do they make rude comments to me but I heard him mumbling rude comments about other customers to himself but I was standing right there he could hear everything he was saying this location as a joke they need a lesson in customer service read more

I love the whole fact that I can create my own pizza with whatever toppings I want while also being able to choose the different types of crust. If I'm not in the mood to create my own my go to items are the Artichoke Chicken Thin Crust or the Stuffed 5-Meat! Both of them I enjoy thoroughly. And then to top it off they have delicious desert pizzas. I love the Cinnamon Wheel but they also have a S'mores one too and Cheesey Bread. The staff at this store is very friendly and treat you with the best customer service, even opening the door for you when your hands are full carrying out the handmade deliciousness. I am so disappointed in this location!!! I had high hopes for them too. I've never used papa murphys before and I decided to try for our family. We bought two pizzas and everything was really good. We were impressed and talked about using them at least once a week to feed our family. However, the second time we bought pizzas from there, we put the cheese in for 10 minutes. I took it out and the pizza was completely stuck to the plate they give you to cook them on. I was so confused because this didn't happen last time! I called the store and they were no help at all. The manager just sat silent on the phone when I told her what happened. I told her how the other pizza didn't come out that way. She really didn't care. She seriously was the rudest person even saying that we must have not followed the directions and it's not her fault we can't read the directions. I was so awestruck from the response. When I was a teenager I worked at a pizza place and I know it only cost restaurants $1.50 to make a pizza. I'm not saying I should have gotten a free pizza, but saying it's our fault and hanging up on me is not good for business. The sad thing is, I just told my sister to use this place for a quick meal and I had to go back and tell her to never use it. I also will never go back and I had to take myself off the text they send me. Truly sad. We really thought it would be a helpful place to buy a quick dinner. This was the worst pizza I have ever received in all of the 20 plus years from Papa Murphy's! This is my third Pizza from this new location We ordered a family size thin crust Papa's Perfect (which was far from Perfect!) I added artichoke hearts on the pepperoni side & sausage on the other. The toppings were barely added. The artichokes were only a few of the small leaves maybe a 1/4 cup total!! and I could count maybe 8 sausage's on the other side. I know you weigh your toppings but this was Ridiculous! Extremely disappointed!!! It will be a very long time until we order from Papa Murphy's again! Called to order 2 pizzas for my family. Was told I could not use a $5 coupon for a pepperoni because ALL pizzas are $10 on Tuesday's. I would have to overpay on one in order to save money on the other. I called Pizza Hut and got exactly what I wanted and cooked pizzas as well for about $3 less than what Papa Murphys wanted. I absolutely love this place. I moved to the Peoria area about 7 months now and I was trying to find that one really good local pizza joint and I finally found it a few months ago! This place has such a unique place, you can have the exact pizza you love and as fresh as possible because it's baked in your own oven. They use fresh ingredients, awesome sauce and it's pretty affordable ply they have this stamp card so after so many purchases you can get a free family size!
