Ordered delivery and food was mediocre. Thin crust pizza was good. Deep dish pizza was bland even with chicken added. Thought they were supposed to be famous for their wings, but wings tasted like they were purchased from Costco! Maybe better if you go into the restaurant, we'll try something else next time! read more

I loved the wings and pizza. The dough bite things are addictive. The service was good and everyone was very nice.

Just spent $24 on takeout for soggy fries, stale bread, and meatballs that taste like they came from a freezer. This place has gone downhill. They have not changed the oil, so the food smelled gross. I keep trying to give this place a chance. But tonight ruined it. read more

I went to this restaurant on my way through Anthem and was pleasantly happy with my experience. The restaurant was empty and I was able to sit wherever I wanted. I ordered a pizza with four toppings on it and was disappointed to see that $1.40 was charged for each topping (doh, my mistake). The pizza was tasty, however, and we filled up for less than $20. It was a nice lunch, and I would probably come here again in the future. read more

Went again tonight five years later and was still unimpressed. The bartender Jessica was so rude to our party, it was almost as if she had a issue with us personally, there were children with us mind you. She acted like she was something special and we were there to ruin her night, she needs a reality check and a new hairstyle. The other bartender was a man who was nice and tried to help us out after getting the wrong food and missing a meal. The other server was a young girl who was also very sweet. The problem with this place is they treat customers as an annoyance and other workers hanging out there as top priority. Hey Rosati's, get your priorities straight and get rid of the rude power tripping bartender Jessica who makes everyone feel uncomfortable. Get better servers who actually care about customers and pay more attention to what is leaving your kitchen and you would have a lot more customers! read more

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! My husband and I came here about 630 on a Friday night with our 4 children. The service was awful. We waited 15 min just to get waters, and the table next to us (who was seated at the same time) was done and paying.before we even got our food. What was worse is that on the big screen in the main restaurant, MMA was on. This is inappropriate and NOT something I want my children exposed to. On top of that, the movie The Hangover (rated R) was playing on 3 screens, all of which were visible to my children. Between the awful service, mediocre food, and particularly the screen choice, we will never support this restaurant or chain again. read more

Friendly staff and service and was welcomed the first time me and my wife went food was awesome must try the calzone

No acknowledgement when arriving so sat at the bar, waited another five minutes to get acknowledged. Ordered an appetizer and salad before our meal, after 45 minutes we asked what what happening with our food and we were told it would be right out. After another 15 minutes and no food we asked for our bill. 4 drinks, $32. I asked our bartender who the manager was and she said she was. No apology, no accommodation, very rude. AVOID THIS PLACE. I was nervous to try Rosati's in Anthem from the some of the previous reviews, however I must say the service I received while in the bar was very good even though they were slammed. Lindsey was amazing not only with me, but with everyone she interacted with. Maybe they're undergoing some management changes, so I would recommend to all to give it another try (or at least request Lindsey as your server!). read more

SERIOUSLY!!! So i went onto YOUR website, placed my order, PAID for it, and a friend went to pick it up.....only to get into a screaming match with the guy. Water leak ok I get that but how about TELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! Not just on facebook as I don't order off facebook!!!! First he said I didn't order anything, then he found my order only to actually tell my friend "I was going to apologize but you are being rude". Again Seriously?!? to top it all off they are unable to refund my money because THEIR SITE is a third party? I will be ordering elsewhere!! read more

I don't know about these other reviews, but my experience was good. The owner was very pleasant and the food presentation was nice and the food was good. read more

Good service and food. The roll up garage door by the bar is nice for when the weather is decent. Lots of tv's for sports viewing. My free dough bites from the Yelp checkin were tasty and the portion was larger than expected. The major draw back was the dirty restroom. read more

If we could give a negative star review, we would. Purchased large to go order on Sunday, 2/9. Was double charged on 2/11. As of today, 2/20, STILL not credited back over $60! Spoke to "Tony" who said he's a Manager. Today, Curtis says Tony is a cook but was on the phone with the credit card company today to supposedly reverse out our double charge. Wait, a cook does your banking? Hmmm, some credence in "cooking the books"? Just tons of double speak, inaction, dishonesty, and today, REFUSED TO GIVE US CASH back because, as Curtis said, "I'm busy with customers and orders!" I asked, "Well, aren't we customers?" Apparently not, right? We headed right to the bank- boom - DONE! Our money is ours again. Shame on you Tony, Curtis, and Rosati's!!!!!! read more

Great pizza, the bar has a good beer selection, and the owners usually come-out and personally greet their customers. I like the gluten-free pizza. read more

We heard the pizza was good here so we tried it and it tastes just like a Digornos store bought pizza. Wings were dry hardly any sauce and the delivery guy didn't bring ranch or celery. Worst pizza experience we've ever had. We'll just stick to the normal pizza places in Anthem. Avoid this place. Over priced, no taste, and bad delivery service. read more

Wings and thin crust pizza are amazing, however the delivery times and service are aweful. They've missed up a couple times on our order. I would recommend because food is great, but the wait times are ridiculous and they should focus on hiring people with experience and I'm sure that would help their business. read more

Took my niece, nephew and family here for pizza and some Saturday college football. Service was not so good but I don't blame that on our waitress...she was actually great and running her butt off. The problem is she was literally the only server (and bartender) on the floor. What manager/owner thinks that pinching a penny on a Saturday is worth it if you operate a sports bar/grill???? She did her best and the pizza wasn't bad, just not worth the wait everyone in the place had to endure! read more

Ordered $48 worth of food for pick up and they didn't have the order ready. Millennial started saying she took the call and WE don't deliver until 4pm, so he said he'd call back . HE DID CALL BACK! You all lost the sale and any future business! The pizza is eh ... hello Barro's! At least the millennials there aren't twits! read more

We recently had a fabulous dinner at Rosatis in Anthem. We usually get our pizza to go but decided to dine in with the family on a Friday night. We had a great time! We were greeted right when we walked in the door and our drink order was taken shortly after. We ordered a reg crust cheese pizza, dbl crust 'white' pizza and a gluten free crust 'fabulous four' pizza. It was all delicious! All of the ingredients were fresh. The tomatoes on the 'white' pizza were excellent. What is pizza without beer? They have 9 beers on tap in a wide range from blondes to dark ales. The service was prompt and efficient. Pizza came out in a timely manner. Drinks were refilled when needed. Restrooms were clean. Music level was perfect. Great family environment. We will definitely be back!! read more

Just went to order a 14 inch pizza. $26!!!! For a good old smog (sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper). Have they lost their mind? I was told something about a surcharge??? No thanks. I'll get a chess pizza in the frozen section and add my own topping!!! Hey Rosati's in anthem, there is a reason you have 2 stars! Wake up!!! read more

When my wife and I read in In & Out magazine that Rosati's was under new ownership we decided to try it out, as we love true Chicago style deep dish pizza. When we placed the order over the phone for a large deep dish pizza with extra tomato, we were advised that it would be about 25 minutes. This struck as odd as it generally takes about an hour to prepare and serve an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I was told that the card reader was down and I needed to pay cash. Things happen. Its not the end of the world. However, I was told it had been down for some time. I advised the hostess that she should really provide a "heads-up" to customers calling in so they could prepare to pay cash. She was nice and advised that other customers were upset and leaving for that reason. But that was not the reason I will not be back. The "Chicago Style Deep Dish" pizza we were so craving and looking forward to enjoying was not what we received. Our suspicions regarding the fast preparation time were confirmed when the pizza was handed to us. The weight was way off, as it was not a true deep dish pizza. There was no extra sauce as requested, though the crust could not have supported it as it was simply thin crust dough stuffed in the pan. The sliced tomatoes were not ripe (they were more like green tomatoes) and the cheese was melted on top of what little sauce there was (the cheese goes under the sauce in a Chicago style deep dish pizza). We were so disappointed as we were hoping we could stop driving 26 miles one way to have good Chicago deep dish. But we will have to continue doing so for now. read more

This place is horrible. Food is bad, service is terrible, and management doesn't have a clue about running a restaurant. Do not waste your time or money! read more

Its amazing that there are no response from management or the owners regarding the number of bad reviews! I have eaten on the restaurant side once and my review would have been right there with everyone else's! But i love their pizza so i either do take out or We eat in the Bar. Today Danny long time Bartender at this location; was prompt with greeting us, hot our drinks quickly, and as always the pizza was awesome! So service was excellent, food was excellent, and Beer was Ice Cold. I gave 4 stars only because of the smokers that were OUTSIDE seating at the bat and the smoke being blown in by the wind! Disgusting. There's no place for cigarettes at any restaurant. This coming from a ex smoker of 25 yrs. So i have lived your addiction. Thanks for the great service Danny!!! read more

There's a lot of great things about Rosatis, but the most important is that they have delicious food. We have had the pizza, pasta, wings and salad. Everyone is great. It's worth it to pay a few dollars more for better quality ingredients. Last week we got carry out pizza and the order was wrong when we got home. The manager took care of it and had a new pizza delivered to us for free. That's awesome service. I don't mind something being screwed up if it gets fixed. That's what takes a customer from someone who just likes your food to a loyal customer that loves your establishment read more

Great food and great music! My friends from Chicago love the pizza here. I ordered the dough nuggets and they are delicious!

This place was great. Came in the other night with 10 other people for a birthday our server was tiffany and she was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back soon. We had pizza to eat and it was some of the best pizza ive ever eaten. We also went to there game on place after for pool and darts it was a fun night out thanks rosatis for the great experience. read more

if i could give zero stars i would. the owners and managers here are complete jokes. they get everything wrong, have horrible attitude and are completely dumb there. go to a different location, best bet is you get fresh food and great service. sad excuse for a "local" business. read more

Rosati's in Anthem used to be great. I'm not sure what happened but the pizza is horrible. It seems like they changed ingredients and have gone on the cheap. Shame on me, but wanted to think it was just a fluke and I ordered 3 times. One time they burned the pizza and gave me half off the price but waited 1/2 hour for another one. Another customer came to pick up his pizza and it was burned as well. Ordered a pepperoni the next time and got cheese. Waitress swore there was pepperoni on the pizza but I never tasted or saw any. The last straw was ordered a thin cheese and got a pepperoni this time. Pizza was tasteless and blah! Waitresses are nice and cashiers must get tired of apologizing to customers. The restaurant part is great but the pizza isn't going to draw customers back. read more

I love their pizza, but decided to cancel my order and won't be back. I placed an order and was told 20-25 minutes for pickup. After 30 minutes they kept telling me a couple more minutes. At the 50 minute mark I had had enough. Still not ready and no one seemed to really care including the manager on duty. So sorry! This is not the first time I had bad service here. There are many other pizza places that care about their customers. Unfortunately, not near by. read more

The new owners finally got it right!! We almost gave up on Rosatis. Being from Chicago it was always so disappointing with all the previous owners but now we order weekly. Thin crust pizza, Chicago style pizza, ravioli, calzones are all amazing! They actually put cheese on the pizza! Just like years ago in IL. Oh and the dough nuggets are addicting. Sooo good. Glad the new owners are doing a great job! If you haven't tried Rosatis in awhile you need to give it another chance. read more

Only gave them 1 star because that was the minimum. Ordered pizza and wings and asked for only wings, no drumsticks, and extra well- done. The wings came out soggy with drumsticks and wings. They were terrible. Also ordered a pizza. After waiting over an hour the server came out to apologize saying that they lost our order and did we want to wait for them to make it, AGAIN. I don't think so! We left and went somewhere else. Will NEVER go back. Very disorganized and food was not good, what good we did get. read more

Do not waste your time attempting to eat here. We waited 1 1/2 hour waiting for our pizza & it NEVER came. 1 1/2 hour later the waiter came to our table to tell us they couldn't find our order... needless to say we walked out starving. 1 only gave them 1 star because there is no 0 star option. Terrible experience! read more

Cigarette smoking on the patio. Terrible service. Food is decent. Not a family environment.

Great thin crust!! I had no issues was greeted with a smile and I just walked in ordered carry out without calling ahead. Made it fast and yummy!!! read more

First time here and will probably be the last. Went at 7:30 on a Saturday night and was seated at a dirty booth, took 10 minutes to get the waitresses attention to order and ask her to wipe the table. She sent someone else over who sprayed it down (and us too), then proceeded to wipe from side to side, dropping all the crap onto our laps. I guess that since this is a sports bar, swatting flies counts as a game, because we seemed to have a number of them at our table. Surprised that this place is still in business after reading all if the other one and two star reviews. Won't be going back. read more

Just went here for the first time to watch some football, ordered jumbo wings and pizza. Our food came out great and perfectly prepared. Very clean, casual, lively sports bar pizza place. Staff is friendly and on top of things. We had awesome wings that were huge, super good pizza and they happily accommodated my low carb request of a meatball sub (without the bread). The meatballs were tender and delicious! I look forward to going back! read more

Sadly, the product and service from this establishment has plummeted. We have ordered multiple times since the new ownership and each time has been terrible. They have children answering the phone and delivering the pizza--I can only imagine that they have a child cooking as well. The pizza arrives cold, burned and with the stingiest amount of toppings. This pizza is expensive, so the expectation is high! My husband and I managed/worked in fine dining for over a decade--the restaurant business is hard on all levels. I am not trying to deprecate this locally owned business; on the contrary, I have continued to support it with the hope it would improve. It hasn't. It's gotten worse. The business owner needs to re-evaluate their staffing and their product. For now, we order elsewhere. read more

Pizza is good and they cater to gluten free needs, but by far the worst service ever. They forgot my daughters meal, never checked on us, no refills and it takes forever to get anyone's attention. They were not busy. Will not be going there again. read more
