Food was fine. Chicago deep dish is always solid. We have been coming here for a long time and last night brought our grand daughter (10 months old). The staff was friendly and helpful but the high chairs were really in bad shape. The first chair the belts that were supposed to be used to secure the baby had no way of being buckled...literally the buckle was missing. The second one the frame was starting to fall apart, the frame in the front was separating to the point that there was a 1 inch gap. I was able to keep pushing it back but the chairs really need to be replaced. read more

I waited 40 minutes to get our food , no waitress to even tell us the food is on the way. As someone born and raised in Chicago, and a customer of the original Rosati's way back in the day, this Anthem Rosati's shouldn't even be in the franchise. They don't follow the protocols in their food prep, their pizza dough is not that nice thin crust (they don't use the machine to get that perfect crust because the owner can't be bothered to train anyone else on it), and they're pricing is different than other Rosati's (exorbitantly higher, and with that stupid "minimum wage stipend" added), Then add an absentee owner/manager to explain the crisis here. The food could be great if it was consistent but it never is!! People routinely walking out because they wait 20 minutes to even get menus or water. No ones actually watching what food prep employees put out and if Rosati's Corporate ever did a surprise visit (Undercover Boss anybody?!) they would be stunned to see what a detriment this place is to their good name. For some odd reason this particular location, although always busy and making coin, has had a host of poor owners in the past and seems to always be changing hands. So maybe there's hope that someday, someone.......who understands and knows how this place should be and could be run, will take it over. read more

Sadly, the product and service from this establishment has plummeted. We have ordered multiple times since the new ownership and each time has been terrible. They have children answering the phone and delivering the pizza--I can only imagine that they have a child cooking as well. The pizza arrives cold, burned and with the stingiest amount of toppings. This pizza is expensive, so the expectation is high! My husband and I managed/worked in fine dining for over a decade--the restaurant business is hard on all levels. I am not trying to deprecate this locally owned business; on the contrary, I have continued to support it with the hope it would improve. It hasn't. It's gotten worse. The business owner needs to re-evaluate their staffing and their product. For now, we order elsewhere. read more

It was a sad and pathetic experience. As far as a possible review of atmosphere I can merely suffice to say that it was over shadowed by the individual seated next to me wearing a T-shirt covered in large print expletives. We are from Chicago and enjoy Rosati's. It's not the ingredients that is the problem at this Anthem location. We have ordered 3 times and all times they were atleast 20 minutes late. 2 times including this last one they got the pizza wrong. To top off this last one the pizza is burnt. Don't hold your breath if you think the service and wait time is fast. You might wait because the waitress' don't know whose area is whose. Taken that into consider the food is fabulous. Was in Anthem and stopped in at Rosati's just because it was on my phone on Google Maps and it was the closest to me, I was extremely surprised on how the atmosphere was so family orientated. They have over 30 TVs to show the fights and I had their barbecue Hawaiian pizza thin crust was absolutely delicious! the patio was too hot to go on it was 115 today but they had a full band playing on a stage on Saturday night. if you're looking for a fun spot to come hang out this is definitely the place in Anthem! read more

The pizza is good so are the Meatball subs and sausage subs but the Italian beef is sub-par. I was very dissapointed in the italian beef.

Looks like they recently re-designed the interior and added new seating. Went around 5:30 p.m. for the Monday night NFL game and they had great Happy Hour drink and pasta pricing. Wish they would add a few more gluten-free friendly items to the menu or offer a rub on their wings instead of just sauce. Will be back. read more

Have had multiple bad experiences here, but I keep giving it a try thinking maybe it will get better with its third set of owners in the past three years. Wrong. Last night I called for a take out order at 7pm. They told me 20-30 minutes. Cool. I show up at 7:30, pay, and am told it will be another 10 minutes because the kitchen has been busy (bear in mind the place was almost empty, but ok). I go back out to my car to wait with my family. I walk back in 10 minutes later and she apologizes and says "oh, it will be another 20-30 minutes, your pizza hasn't gone in yet". What the hell? I've been sitting in my car waiting and the order hasn't even started cooking yet? I say I want to cancel the order and give me a refund, she asks if I still want the salad. Lol. Come the hell on. Rosatis... another failed Anthem business. Looking through these reviews too, the owner might want to stop partying with the customers and focus on creating a good business. Gluten Free pizza is not the best I've had but it's really good for the price. The crust is a bit on the hard cardboardy side but it's pretty dang good compared to some other places! I'd love more topping and less cheese but other than that it's awesome. And the Monster Pizza they have (with the gluten included lol) looks absolutely AMAZING! read more

We just called back for the third time and the moron who answered the phone actually said to us, and I quote, "What do you want me to do?". Seriously? Don't call them for delivery. We like the thin crust pizza which is cut in squares. For some reason my husband thinks this is a good thing! The pizza is well topped and tasty, though sometimes a little salty as pizza can be. We have learned to do delivery, the service at the restaurant has been less than good. Update: we used to like the pizza, but not the service in the restaurant. Now we have just given up on this place. We had two bad delivery experiences, and it's just not worth the hassle. We either go for Barros or get a Papa Murphy take and bake, in our opinion the 2 best choices in Anthem. read more

Also called to complain to the stores manager an was told he was busy an to call back. I refuse to eat at this establishment ever again. We REALLY wanted to love this place. Even though it's a chain, the owner is local and we prefer to support local businesses. What a disappointment. Not once. We gave it 5 tries. It was progressively worse each time. HORRIBLE service, the order was always wrong, and the food is just plain sad. Pasta dishes are boiled noodles with the same sauce slapped on the top. blech. Salads are chunks of iceberg lettuce, unripened tomatoes and some sad carrots. The pizza is mediocre at best. I would love to turn this place around and make it into a great local hot spot. I just hope their new location comes with better service and better food. Not even sure that I will try the new spot. read more

Terrible experience. First time visiting Rosati's after the new owners took over. Our order was lost, our food showed up 1 hour and 39 minutes after ordering. They still got the order wrong in the end forgetting an entire entree. The owner or manager did not come over. We had to seek out the owner who offered a 20 percent discount and proceeded to tell us that the problems were not her fault. By this time 1 hr 55 minutes after being seated, kids were too tired to eat and food was cold. We left without eating a bite. The owner was only defensive no explanation or even acknowledgment of issues. We eat out three nights a week in the area and will not be going back to Risati's it's a shame. read more

Since the new owners took over we have rarely been back. We went in for a family night and there was nothing family about it. The kid movie could not be heard, there were no family specials...wasn't very family friendly that night. Deserves a negative star for this place. Rude, overpriced and obnoxious employees. There is a Rosati's pizza in Antioch, IL where we used to live and they were really top notch and cared about the customers--imagine that, a restaurant that doesn't act as if they are doing you a favor, wow, what a concept. This place is horrid. First of all, you offer 6.99 coupons for 12 inch 2 topping pizzas and then you completely rip off people who have to eat gluten free. I could see charging an extra dollar or two because the crust is slightly more, but really? $5 more for a SMALLER crust? And then $2 dollars extra PER topping? so a tiny 10 inch gluten free pizza, which doesn't taste nearly as good as the regular pizza crust runs over $15 bucks? Seriously? And on top of that, your employees treated my husband like crap when he came in for his pizza and acted as if you did not have any idea that we placed an order? Seriously? And you have 10 televisions blaring the whole time while your employees pay attention to that rather than customers. Unbelievable. I do not know how you make it in this town. Usually a favorite of ours but today we had a pizza delivered and it was burnt. The Chicago style takes an hour to prepare/deliver and I wasn't interested in waiting another hour for a replacement. Their remedy was a 10% discount off a future purchase. I threw away most of a $27 pizza and a $2.70 credit is barely worth the time to call back and complain. I did speak to the manager and she apologized but refused to refund the credit as I won't be back, at least not for awhile. Poor, customer service in my opinion. read more

Absolutely horible experience. I ordered a 12 inch pizza with sausage and mushrooms. An order of fried mushrooms with Ranch and a 2 liter of coke. 1:15 minutes later i get a burnt cold pizza with cold fried mushrooms no ranch and the coke. For the absolutely ridiculous price of 30 dollars. I will never again order anything and i suggest you don't either. read more
