Juicy, well marinated skirt steak accompanied by grilled red onion and tomatoes, on top of a bed of French fries and white rice. They had pickled onions on the side of this dish to really complement the savoriness of the dish with a nice touch of pungent acidity. Well balanced meal. The Pescado Frito came with an abundance of lemons which is a plus if you like to add that to your deep fried fish - as well as some Yucca and your traditional Peruvian sauces (white sauce and red sauce/hot sauce).
