I visited Rosalia's Kitchen with a group of friends, and while there were a few hiccups, there were also highlights. Let's start with the star of my visit: the Biscoff Cookie Latte. After trying a sip from two of my friends' drinks, I immediately switched my original affogato order to get one for myself. No regrets. It was so delicious I almost ordered a second one (but I restrained myself). Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced. A must-try! For food, we shared the hummus with chicken shawarma. The chicken was flavorful, and even my friend who typically doesn't like hummus really enjoyed it. The only downside was the stale pita bread. Fresh bread would have been better. I also tried the Golden Lotus waffle, which came with cookie butter sauce, ice cream, and fresh fruit. I requested the Nutty Emerald pistachio sauce from a different waffle, and I actually preferred that one more. Both sauces were tasty, but unfortunately, the waffles themselves were cold and very chewy, making them tough to cut and enjoy. Service was a mixed experience. We started with a female server who didn't seem very accommodating when my friend asked for regular coffee. She simply offered Americano or espresso. However, a male server later took over and was much friendlier, offering more drink options to the rest of our group and showing a lot more warmth and patience. We appreciated his attentiveness. There were also a couple of awkward moments. One friend ordered the Mad Hatter, and the waffle cone toppled into my hummus. The food runner just plopped it back onto her plate, which was awkward. Thankfully, another server brought a fresh one when we asked. One friend had French toast, which also came out cold. When she asked for it to be reheated, they did so happily, and she said it was delicious afterward. Another friend had the chicken with gnocchi in the al limone sauce but found it too tart for her liking. Overall, I enjoyed the flavors of what I ordered, especially the drink. Last night (Valentine's Day) was my 4th time eating here since first learning about it in October. We were seated right on time with our reservation and ordered our drinks. When asked about any appetizers, I had asked if they had the cheese fondue since it's appeared on their Instagram stories and posts numerous times since the start of their new "Season of Love" in January. I was told they made it several times, but only for content creators. This to me is false advertising. I previously messaged them asking about this dish, and was told it would be a new menu item back in January when I had plans to come in for my mother's birthday. Fast forward to yesterday and see pics below for their reply. We drive very far to come to this restaurant and advertising a dish that isn't available is wrong. Our waitress was great in the beginning, but I guess after mentioning my disappointment to upper management she became agitated and I saw her throwing her hands in the air while talking to another server and looking right at me. As soon as I finished eating we were asked to leave our table and move to the bar since there was another reservation, which would have been fine, but we hadn't hit our time limit yet. It seemed like they just wanted us gone and half of the tables were empty. There was no reason to rush us and I had to finish my drink standing in the corner of the bar standing up. No sooner did I get home and I saw they posted a story on Instagram promoting the cheese fondue they don't offer "regular patrons"! That was infuriating. Needless to say I think I've had enough. They're all in it for the decor and try to hype you up, but in reality it's a different story. I visited Rosalia's Kitchen for their Grinch Christmas experience and was extremely disappointed with the overall service, menu availability, and quality of food and beverages. Despite dining on a Tuesday, the restaurant was out of multiple menu items, including all flatbreads and a specific pasta dish. Nearly every item we attempted to order was unavailable, which made the dining experience frustrating and inconvenient. The drink menu was also a major concern. The seasonal sangria arrived looking nothing like the menu description and lacked quality in both flavor and presentation. We later learned that the establishment does not hold a liquor license, which raises questions about the accuracy and transparency of the drink offerings. While the restaurant is nicely decorated, the food and drinks did not meet expectations. Dishes such as the pasta, slider burgers, cigars, and hummus platter were all below average in taste and quality. The espresso martini flight was served without the proper carrier, requiring our server to bring the drinks out two at a time. The only positive aspect of the visit was our server, Aiden, who demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the evening. He consistently apologized for the unavailable items and did everything he could to make the experience better. Our group shared all dishes and each had 2-3 drinks. With the included 18% gratuity, each person paid $69, which did not reflect the value or quality we received. I had my first experience at Rosalia's Kitchen, and I'm already planning my next visit for so many reasons! First off, the moment you walk in, it feels like Santa's elves have come to town - the holiday spirit is everywhere in the best way. If you're in the mood for a cozy, festive vibe, this is the place to be! The service was spot-on--our server gave us the right amount of space but was always there when we needed something. We kicked things off with the meatball platter, which was a great choice. It comes with three different flavors of meatballs, and while they weren't super distinguishable from one another, they were all delicious. If you're indecisive about which flavor to choose, the platter is a perfect way to sample them all! For my main, I had the Xmas Tree Pasta with added grilled chicken, and it came out piping hot--definitely made fresh to order. The dish was tasty, and even though I got full quickly, I was glad I could take some home for leftovers. But of course, there's always room for dessert, right? I had the Biscoff cheesecake, and WOW. It was the perfect temperature, texture, and taste--absolutely out of this world. If you go, do not skip this dessert! For drinks, I had the Kinder Bueno Martini, which was delicious but very sweet and rich. If you're not into sugary drinks, this might be a bit much, but I thought it was great! For our main course, we ordered the ravioli filled with osso buco and the breaded chicken. Personally, I found the red sauce to be overly sweet for my taste. Nonetheless, the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and tranquil. We were able to comfortably sit with our 6-month-old daughter, and the staff kindly accommodated us at a table where her stroller didn't cause any inconvenience. Regarding the price, I must say I found it to be quite high for the quality of the dishes offered. In my opinion, the food didn't live up to my expectations. We went during Christmas and it was like a we were in a Chritmas wonderland! The food was delicious and staff very friendly. The only downfall was the communication with the host and server. We were finishing up our food and excited to order dessert.. when the server approached us and told us we would have to leave because their next reservation was here. I'm a General Manager and have been in the industry for 35 years and would be mortified if my staff did this. However, without making a stink we asked to see the manager. We communicated all the positives, and let her know abiut our disappointment being asked to leave as we drove a long way and made a reservation ourselves and there were tables that were there when we arrived that had not been asked to leave, and we spent almost $200. We were looking forward to enjoying our evening. The manager handled the situation very professionally and friendly, of course inviting us to stay and sending us a Christmas shit on the house. We do plan on going back I just hope they educate their staff a little more how to communicate with guests and be more diligent when mapping out reservations. We just had a mother-daughter date at this restaurant today and we had a fantastic experience! The ambience was amazing and the food was amazing as well! I was able to experience two different parties that were not able to get the specific seats that they wanted, but the staff kindly explained that those seats were for people who had reservations. So those two parties accepted that. Being someone that had reservations, I appreciated that they honored the reservations that we made, and were sure too save the great tables inside for those with reservations. I was a very satisfied as well that when I arrived with my reservation, my table was immediately ready, and I didn't need to wait for anyone. Different wines from different regions and some bottles are have price all the times. They even have wine flights where you can have different whites and reds and later select the one you like the best for your palate. They also have happy hour and special drinks. On Saturdays and Sundays they have brunch and a flight of mimosas. Service: on the different occasions we have visited the service has been great no issues at all. I've been here a few times now. Once for brunch and twice for dinner. It is a small but thoughtfully decorated space. There aren't a lot of tables but they are able to accommodate larger parties if you plan ahead. The service is always great, servers are attentive and always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The food is awesome. I've have everything from the salad to the pasta, all the apps, honestly I didn't have anything here I didn't like. Even items from their secret menu are worth the work to find the menu itself (you'll need instagram for the passcode). We drove from Orlando to celebrate my son's 21st birthday here. The food is exceptional, you can tell everything is scratch made . We had the hummus appetizer with chicken and the meatball sampler which was so good . The limoncello meatball was to die for . We had the gnocchi and the ravioli lasagna and the seasonal pumpkin ravioli. Everything from drinks to apps to main course kept getting better. The decor was such a vibe even the restroom was haunted . The atmosphere is classy, cosy and fun. The staff was attentive, made excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed .
