Sidecar Speakeasy was the play... The speakeasy entrance was hidden in a hallway you can walk right by without even noticing. I dig it. Once inside, it's dark. Most of the light is coming from the light showcasing the bottles in the bar. The seating is a little tight as they're trying to maximize space for such a small area. We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu. When we sat at the bar, we had the mixologist surprise with a cocktail off the menu. He just asked what kind of liquor vibe we wanted, and he took it from there. He was super creative with every cocktail which made for a great time. They stayed upon until midnight one one visit and until 1 am on the other one. Both my visits were on a weekday. I proceeded to walk inside and I found a seat at the bar and I sat there. There were some people in there and I definitely wouldn't say it was dead, but it also wasn't crazy busy. There was three people working one lady with red shorts and curly hair another lady with blue pants and straight hair and then a short guy. I later seen a taller guy as I was leaving, he was not involved in my experience. The lady with the straight hair and the guy were on the side I was on they kept walking past and at no point seeing if I wanted anything, I know some bars you have to get the bartenders attention instead of them checking what you want so after 8minutes, I attempted to get the female's attention a few times for a few minutes and it did not work (she did serve other people during that time and was having conversation with ppl). Eventually, the lady with curly hair came to my side to make someone on her side's drink. I asked if I could order a drink and she motioned to give her a minute. She went back to her side, made the person's drink, then took some new orders from people and made their drinks and served beers.I waited over 6 minutes. Eventually she came to the side I was on and took the order of the person sitting directly to my right, completely ignoring me. At which point I concluded I was not going to get any service in this establishment and decided to leave after a total of 17 minutes of sitting at the bar and being completely ignored. I try to self reflect and think if I did something to warrant this treatment but I couldn't think of anything. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is there was a guy sitting to my left that had a cup already and he kept trying to get her attention and she seemed to be avoiding him. I'm not sure if everyone was avoiding him for some reason and I was just unlucky for sitting next to him. I hated the feeling that this experience left me with and I hope no one else has this experience. The DJ was pretty good, even playing a few minutes of Reggae which surprised me. I ended up going to the Seminole Classic Casino and got service as soon as I sat down. The DJ was playing R&B and I ended up tipping him he was so good.

An attendant on the street is shuffling people on the street and at least three different lots. The entrance is around back opposite of Dixie Hwy so save yourself a walk. I visited Rosalia's Kitchen with a group of friends, and while there were a few hiccups, there were also highlights. Let's start with the star of my visit: the Biscoff Cookie Latte. After trying a sip from two of my friends' drinks, I immediately switched my original affogato order to get one for myself. No regrets. It was so delicious I almost ordered a second one (but I restrained myself). Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced. A must-try! For food, we shared the hummus with chicken shawarma. The chicken was flavorful, and even my friend who typically doesn't like hummus really enjoyed it. The only downside was the stale pita bread. Fresh bread would have been better. I also tried the Golden Lotus waffle, which came with cookie butter sauce, ice cream, and fresh fruit. I requested the Nutty Emerald pistachio sauce from a different waffle, and I actually preferred that one more. Both sauces were tasty, but unfortunately, the waffles themselves were cold and very chewy, making them tough to cut and enjoy. Service was a mixed experience. We started with a female server who didn't seem very accommodating when my friend asked for regular coffee. She simply offered Americano or espresso. However, a male server later took over and was much friendlier, offering more drink options to the rest of our group and showing a lot more warmth and patience. We appreciated his attentiveness. There were also a couple of awkward moments. One friend ordered the Mad Hatter, and the waffle cone toppled into my hummus. The food runner just plopped it back onto her plate, which was awkward. Thankfully, another server brought a fresh one when we asked. One friend had French toast, which also came out cold. When she asked for it to be reheated, they did so happily, and she said it was delicious afterward. Another friend had the chicken with gnocchi in the al limone sauce but found it too tart for her liking. Overall, I enjoyed the flavors of what I ordered, especially the drink. The ambiance was cute and the menu creative. I would give it another try, for that Biscoff latte. read more

Last night (Valentine's Day) was my 4th time eating here since first learning about it in October. We were seated right on time with our reservation and ordered our drinks. When asked about any appetizers, I had asked if they had the cheese fondue since it's appeared on their Instagram stories and posts numerous times since the start of their new "Season of Love" in January. I was told they made it several times, but only for content creators. This to me is false advertising. I previously messaged them asking about this dish, and was told it would be a new menu item back in January when I had plans to come in for my mother's birthday. Fast forward to yesterday and see pics below for their reply. We drive very far to come to this restaurant and advertising a dish that isn't available is wrong. Our waitress was great in the beginning, but I guess after mentioning my disappointment to upper management she became agitated and I saw her throwing her hands in the air while talking to another server and looking right at me. As soon as I finished eating we were asked to leave our table and move to the bar since there was another reservation, which would have been fine, but we hadn't hit our time limit yet. It seemed like they just wanted us gone and half of the tables were empty. There was no reason to rush us and I had to finish my drink standing in the corner of the bar standing up. No sooner did I get home and I saw they posted a story on Instagram promoting the cheese fondue they don't offer "regular patrons"! That was infuriating. Needless to say I think I've had enough. They're all in it for the decor and try to hype you up, but in reality it's a different story. And to the owner if you choose to reply- this isn't right and that's my honest opinion because I know anything less than a 5* review gets you very offended from reading your previous replies to customers read more

I visited Rosalia's Kitchen for their Grinch Christmas experience and was extremely disappointed with the overall service, menu availability, and quality of food and beverages. Despite dining on a Tuesday, the restaurant was out of multiple menu items, including all flatbreads and a specific pasta dish. Nearly every item we attempted to order was unavailable, which made the dining experience frustrating and inconvenient. The drink menu was also a major concern. The seasonal sangria arrived looking nothing like the menu description and lacked quality in both flavor and presentation. We later learned that the establishment does not hold a liquor license, which raises questions about the accuracy and transparency of the drink offerings. While the restaurant is nicely decorated, the food and drinks did not meet expectations. Dishes such as the pasta, slider burgers, cigars, and hummus platter were all below average in taste and quality. The espresso martini flight was served without the proper carrier, requiring our server to bring the drinks out two at a time. The only positive aspect of the visit was our server, Aiden, who demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the evening. He consistently apologized for the unavailable items and did everything he could to make the experience better. Our group shared all dishes and each had 2-3 drinks. With the included 18% gratuity, each person paid $69, which did not reflect the value or quality we received. Overall, Rosalia's Kitchen offers attractive décor, but the lack of menu availability, misleading drink offerings, and poor food quality make it difficult to recommend. The experience fell far below expectations. read more

I had my first experience at Rosalia's Kitchen, and I'm already planning my next visit for so many reasons! First off, the moment you walk in, it feels like Santa's elves have come to town - the holiday spirit is everywhere in the best way. If you're in the mood for a cozy, festive vibe, this is the place to be! The service was spot-on--our server gave us the right amount of space but was always there when we needed something. We kicked things off with the meatball platter, which was a great choice. It comes with three different flavors of meatballs, and while they weren't super distinguishable from one another, they were all delicious. If you're indecisive about which flavor to choose, the platter is a perfect way to sample them all! For my main, I had the Xmas Tree Pasta with added grilled chicken, and it came out piping hot--definitely made fresh to order. The dish was tasty, and even though I got full quickly, I was glad I could take some home for leftovers. But of course, there's always room for dessert, right? I had the Biscoff cheesecake, and WOW. It was the perfect temperature, texture, and taste--absolutely out of this world. If you go, do not skip this dessert! For drinks, I had the Kinder Bueno Martini, which was delicious but very sweet and rich. If you're not into sugary drinks, this might be a bit much, but I thought it was great! My friend had the Aviation cocktail, which was light, refreshing, and a nice balance to the heavier drink I had. Overall, I highly recommend Rosalia's Kitchen for its festive atmosphere, amazing food, and top-notch service. I'm already looking forward to going back! read more

Mixed Experience at Rosalia's Kitchen: Exceptional Cocktails, Underwhelming Food I recently visited Rosalia's Kitchen, a small restaurant located in Miramar. The parking was convenient, and despite making a reservation, there were plenty of available tables when I arrived around 3 PM. Let me start by highlighting the exceptional cocktails they offer. They truly stood out and left a lasting impression. However, I must admit that my expectations were quite high due to several enticing Instagram posts, and unfortunately, they fell short this time. We decided to try the boozy meatball sampler, but neither my wife nor I were particularly impressed. It was edible, but just okay. The truffled beef empanadas, on the other hand, were the highlight of our meal. They were incredibly delicious. For our main course, we ordered the ravioli filled with osso buco and the breaded chicken. Personally, I found the red sauce to be overly sweet for my taste. Nonetheless, the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and tranquil. We were able to comfortably sit with our 6-month-old daughter, and the staff kindly accommodated us at a table where her stroller didn't cause any inconvenience. Regarding the price, I must say I found it to be quite high for the quality of the dishes offered. In my opinion, the food didn't live up to my expectations. However, the cocktails truly shone and redeemed the restaurant in some way. Therefore, I would rate Rosalia's Kitchen with 3 stars. In this case, I believe the marketing on Instagram created significant expectations for me, and unfortunately, they weren't met. read more

Upon stepping into Rosalia's Kitchen, I was blown away by the intricate and elaborate holiday decorations that adorned the entire establishment. Every corner was decked out in holiday splendor, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that instantly put me in the holiday spirit. One of the things that sets Rosalia's apart is that it's a family-owned restaurant that treats its guests like family. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The service was exceptional, with our waiter being attentive and on point throughout the entire meal. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, yet spacious enough to accommodate groups of various sizes. I particularly loved the themed restrooms, each with its unique decor and style. Everything about the restaurant's design and layout had a personal touch, which added to its charm and appeal. The menu at Rosalia's Kitchen offers a delightful selection of Mediterranean Italian-infused dishes, with each dish made from scratch with lots of love and flavor. This place is a 10/10--highly recommend! The cozy, homey vibe immediately makes you feel welcome. Atmosphere: The ambience is incredible. The decor is thoughtfully curated with so much attention to detail; you can tell how much effort has gone into making the space warm and inviting. The staff is super friendly, and Glenise and Denise were especially sweet, checking in on us and making great conversation. It was so special learning about the family-owned aspect of the restaurant and hearing stories about the family members working there. It added such a personal touch to the experience. Service: Justin, our waiter, was fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations. Food: Every single thing we ordered was outstanding. The boozy meatball sampler was packed with flavor, and the sauces were divine. The caprese salad with pistachio pesto was refreshing and delicious. The crispy chicken sliders, paired with a perfect dipping sauce, were so yummy. And then, there's the Israeli cheesecake--an absolute masterpiece. It was light, airy, and whipped to perfection. Hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had! I could have easily eaten a whole piece myself. This is the kind of place that makes you feel like you've stumbled upon a hidden gem. We celebrated our anniversary at Rosalia Kitchen, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone--elegant, cozy, and full of life. It's the kind of place that feels special the second you arrive. The food was absolutely outstanding. I had The White Lotus, and every bite was bursting with creativity and flavor. My husband had the Spaghetti Bolognese with meatballs, which was rich, hearty, and so comforting. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with taste. Their drinks are truly one-of-a-kind. The pistachio martini is a must-try--smooth, sweet, and unlike anything I've had before. We were also treated to complimentary shots, which added such a fun and thoughtful touch. And when the staff found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a special celebratory drink--it was such a sweet gesture that made the night even more memorable. We went during Christmas and it was like a we were in a Chritmas wonderland! The food was delicious and staff very friendly. The only downfall was the communication with the host and server. We were finishing up our food and excited to order dessert.. when the server approached us and told us we would have to leave because their next reservation was here. I'm a General Manager and have been in the industry for 35 years and would be mortified if my staff did this. However, without making a stink we asked to see the manager. We communicated all the positives, and let her know abiut our disappointment being asked to leave as we drove a long way and made a reservation ourselves and there were tables that were there when we arrived that had not been asked to leave, and we spent almost $200. We were looking forward to enjoying our evening. The manager handled the situation very professionally and friendly, of course inviting us to stay and sending us a Christmas shit on the house. We do plan on going back I just hope they educate their staff a little more how to communicate with guests and be more diligent when mapping out reservations. Despite this I do recommend.. it's a quaint adorable place and the food is amazing! read more

I had the pleasure of dining at this charming quaint restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. I was able to experience two different parties that were not able to get the specific seats that they wanted, but the staff kindly explained that those seats were for people who had reservations. So those two parties accepted that. Being someone that had reservations, I appreciated that they honored the reservations that we made, and were sure too save the great tables inside for those with reservations. I was a very satisfied as well that when I arrived with my reservation, my table was immediately ready, and I didn't need to wait for anyone. With that being said, I highly recommend this place, but just be sure to have a reservation as a recommend on their social media. read more

Rosalia's Kitchen never fails to impress. I've dined here multiple times, both on intimate dates and with larger groups, and each visit has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive to every detail. I especially appreciate their outdoor host stand during the holiday extravaganza--it enhances the festive atmosphere while preserving the seamless dining experience. Between visits, I developed a dairy allergy, and they accommodated me effortlessly, ensuring I still enjoyed every bite. My favorite dish remains the seasonal seafood platter I savored last year, but their steak frites during the past Christmas season were equally unforgettable. Rosalia's is a true gem, blending outstanding food with warm, welcoming service. Highly recommend! read more

5/5** Rosalia's Kitchen was fantastic from start to finish. We visited during the holidays and the Christmas theme decor made the whole place feel warm, festive, and inviting. It instantly put us in the holiday spirit. We tried four of their holiday drinks and each one was delicious. The pot roast was tender and full of flavor, the chicken with mashed potatoes was comforting and perfectly cooked, and the hot honey cheese pizza was the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and cheesy goodness. Everything we ordered was amazing. Our server, Denise, was great. Friendly, attentive, and really made our experience even better. Rosalia's Kitchen is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Highly recommend! read more

Food: Excellent food with great and balanced flavors. Different appetizers that you can shared with your couple or friends. Different wines from different regions and some bottles are have price all the times. They even have wine flights where you can have different whites and reds and later select the one you like the best for your palate. They also have happy hour and special drinks. On Saturdays and Sundays they have brunch and a flight of mimosas. Service: on the different occasions we have visited the service has been great no issues at all. You can make reservations or just arrived. Robin and Rodney were great! Ambience: the ambience is nice and relax. I really recommend this restaurant!!! Ricardo read more

I've been here a few times now. Once for brunch and twice for dinner. It is a small but thoughtfully decorated space. There aren't a lot of tables but they are able to accommodate larger parties if you plan ahead. The service is always great, servers are attentive and always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The food is awesome. I've have everything from the salad to the pasta, all the apps, honestly I didn't have anything here I didn't like. Even items from their secret menu are worth the work to find the menu itself (you'll need instagram for the passcode). But honestly if you are in the Miramar or south Broward area in general, check this place out. read more

We drove from Orlando to celebrate my son's 21st birthday here. The food is exceptional, you can tell everything is scratch made . We had the hummus appetizer with chicken and the meatball sampler which was so good . The limoncello meatball was to die for . We had the gnocchi and the ravioli lasagna and the seasonal pumpkin ravioli. Everything from drinks to apps to main course kept getting better. The decor was such a vibe even the restroom was haunted . The atmosphere is classy, cosy and fun. The staff was attentive, made excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed . Will definitely be making the 3+ hour drive soon for that meatball sampler . read more

Been to Brimstone a few times and it's a nice restaurant located in the shops at Pembroke Gardens…read more It's next to Brio's and across from Havana 1957. Ideal location actually with a massive patio space. I organized a girls night out for a happy hour and movie night. Decided on Brimstone as they had a nice happy hour menu for food and drinks. Happy hour is daily @ 4-7pm and you can only get the HH prices at the bar, inside or outside. We arrived at 6pm and opted for the patio bar. It was a nice day out so we opted for the patio and it was more chill outside. Brandon was our bartender. We had about 11 girls at happy hour and they all arrived at different times. Everyone ordered their drinks separately and had different tabs. Happy hour drinks ranged from $8 wine, $9 mixed drinks and $12 specialty cocktails. Totally reasonable. For my drink, I ordered the Royal Peach: Crown Peach, Mango Habanero, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Prosecco. They had me at Crown and mango habanero. It wasn't too sweet which was great! Good hint of spice! We ordered one of every food menu item, except for the California Rolls because it's just California Rolls ya'll. Lol. I told Brandon to put all the food on my tab and I can have the ladies send me money later for the split, versus Brandon having to deal with this and it being a pain for him. I worked in the hospitality so I totally get it! This is everything we ordered and everything was $10 for HH: * Tuna Nachos * BRG Slider Duo * Grilled Wings * Beef Empanadas * Spinach Dip * Romanesco Steak Bruschetta * Tequenos * Buffalo Chicken Flatbread * Margarita Flatbread * Barbacoa Chicken Tacos When the food came out, they started putting the food at the bar but then all of it came out and we asked if we could place all the food on the long table behind us so it's easier for everyone to share the food. The food servers were hesitant but thought it should be ok since It wasn't that busy and there were tons of tables available. The table worked out perfectly. We literally just used it for the food display, everyone grabbed food and just stood by the bar eating and mingling. We ended up ordering another few plates of the Tuna Nachos, Grilled Wings and Barbacoa Chicken Tacos. The amount of food we got was just enough. And we killed all of the food! I think everyone was hungry! Lol. The Tuna Nachos, Grilled Wings and Buffalo Chicken Flatbread were my personal favorites. The Tuna Nachos were a generous amount and 3 to an order. Grilled Wings were perfectly chargrilled and juicy with excellent guava flavor. Loved the blue cheese on the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. Brandon ended up leaving as we were checking out and George helped us close out for the night. Brandon didn't tell us he was leaving and I felt bad since he serviced us most of the night. I asked George if Brandon would still get his tip and he confirmed an absolutely yes response. George was great too and we were talking about splitting the bill on food items and he mentioned an app that splits bills for large groups. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back here. It's a great space for large groups too and the food quality is great for the price point. Cool vibes all in all.

What a phenomenal place!…read more Ambiance excellent! Service perfect! We visited the first time during a weekday. On our first visit we were attended to by Bob, he was in point constantly we also learned he the bartender. Then after on a Friday evening. What crowd on Friday evening and music entertainment with excellent choice of song and tone just right for dinner. First off, it was a Sunday night and they had live music which was nice. Added to the ambiance. Our waitress came over and offered some incredible specials. Everything she described sounded amazing. And they also have an extensive menu, so I think the hardest thing was making a decision. For starters we got the Burrata. It comes with arugula, prosciutto and tomatoes. I love that the arugula was dressed! It had a garlicky olive oil that was fascinating. The combo of that with the burrata was amazing. Also I appreciate the fact that it was actual Burrata!!! The interior was soft and creamy as it should be! Could've used more prosciutto but I always want more lol For entree I got the Filet Mignon with a peppercorn sauce on the side. That came with a side of mashed potatoes and broccolini. (You do have the option to change your side for pasta if you like) I got my filet cooked to a mid-rare and the temp on the steak was on point. It was also well seasoned and very flavorful on it's own. Now the real star of the night was that peppercorn sauce. OMG... I could bathe in that sauce. It's delicious. Knowing how good it is, next time I'll ask for the filet smothered in the sauce. The mashed potatoes were okay, but the peppercorn sauce made it that much better. For dessert I went with the classic Tiramisu. It is a huge portion! The mascarpone is so soft and fluffy and has just the right amount of coffee. Highly recommend for tiramisu lovers. We got to meet the owner which was nice and he just recently took over the place and is currently renovating the interior. Looking forward to seeing this place refreshed!! The food is already 10/10!

It's a smallish restaurant but they also have seating outside. From what I understand they do have an area for private parties. We were seated and given our menus and told about the house specials. I ordered the taglioline cacio e pepe and my husband got the fettuccine meatballs. All the pastas in the restaurant are homemade and the one I ordered was prepared table side in a cheese wheel. I don't even know where to start except to say that this was so delicious and definitely one of the best Italian dishes I've ever had. The cheese sauce was so creamy and there was a slight taste of truffle in there. They ask you if you'd like pepper in it so I had them add a little bit to cut out some of the creaminess of the sauce. My husband's fettuccine was equally as delicious and I loved the meatballs and I'm usually not a person who likes restaurant made meatballs because I think mine are the best! For dessert we split a slice of tiramisu and it was very good. Sangria was very good as well. Mimmo, the owner and chef came over to say hello and to make sure we were enjoying our food and service. It was really nice chatting with him and I told him that we are definitely going to be repeat customers! It's not visible from the street so I'd suggest using your GPS there first time you go there unless you're familiar with the area.
